The code system to open the door does not work properly and also does not feel very safe. The bathrooms are really dirty, and there is not really any room to brush your teeth (only at the sink at the toilets). I did not feel comfortable in this hostel and will definetly, it does not help that there is no staff present, and I will not come again.
FrontDoorcode was not working, nightporter did not pickup the phone , i was lucky te get into the building. Room had no chair, toiletpaper machine did not work. The Hostel is there to make money not comfort guests, never again for me!
Very poor experience at this property. When booking it will state that you are booking a single room when in fact this is a private capsule and this was not made clear. Only two shared toilets that are extremely small and they were not clean either. There is also no communal areas either. Would not recommend
Very unclean everywhere. The guy checking me in was unhelpful and arrogant. This was a poor experience, which did not deliver value for the money !
No chairs the toilet too narrow i did not sleep there, had espected my own room. waste of money
For the capsules: a loud, noisy fan runs all night and makes it hard to sleep.
Its a tablet like dorm bed i only slept one day instesd of 3 days i dont like it there
pésimo hostal no reserven alli, hay solo dos retretes para mas de 10 habitaciones y dos duchas muy sucias la limpieza pesima y encima el huesped de al lado tenia covid.
Could get inside without a code. Door wasn't closing properly. Somebody was in a pod, smelling so intensely bad that even inside my closed pod on the other side of the room I couldn't bear the smell. I got a glimpse in the pod as I entered and it was disgusting, smears on the sheets, so messy, I'm guessing somebody squatting there refusing to leave. This is what happens when everything is automated and there's no staff. Worst experience in a long time.
Puntos buenos: Locación del hostal y espacio de la cápsula. Puntos malos: - Mal olor en la cápsula, habitación compartida y pasillos (imagino que es debido a que la administración no controla que entre el aire al piso) - Solo 2 retretes y 2 duchas para todo el hostal sin diferenciación de sexos. - Aparte del olor antes mencionado, también la suciedad que se encontraba en las áreas comunes. - Seguridad. Auberge très bien placée à Copenhague. Transport et commerces à proximité . On peut tout faire à pied.
Hostel very well located in Copenhagen. transport and shops nearby. everything can be done on foot.
Great location, the only concern is the noise during the night, it's possible to hear anything from the corridor which is ok because it's a hostel and if someone is looking for a quiet place to have a good night of sleep I'd recommend to stay in a place away from town. Overall the hostel is good and super safe.
Bra att veta: på den första sifferpadd hörs en blip när man slår in koden. På dem andra, inte! Blev förvirrad 🙃. Kan vara bra att informera när ni skickar koderna. Annars fint. Ingen personal på plats? Litet opersonligt men ok. Tack det var praktiskt o bekvämt.

Overall good hostel. But constant problems with the pincode key pads (pins not working, or turned off). The ceiling in the showers is moldy and there is no space to dry your hair and put your things down (other than the floor). Room was very clean and comfy, but the door didn't close without slamming it shut with force, resulting in a loud bang audible in the whole hostel. (Room 5)
Ein Ort um unkompliziert zu übernachten. Direkt am Bahnhof. Man kann jederzeit selbstständig einchecken. Allerdings sind an den Türen immer mehrere Codes möglich, was mir ein unsicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Den anderen Reisenden begegnet man nur auf dem Flur. Es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum und auch keine Mitarbeitenden, die vor Ort sind.
A place to stay easily. directly at the train station. you can check in independently at any time. however, there are always multiple codes possible at the doors, which gave me an uncertain feeling. the other travelers you meet only on the hallway. there is no common area and no staff on site.

Great for location and safety. Rooms were small but very comfortable. The only downside to this place is the amount of toilets and showers (2 toilets and 2 showers for the whole place). They also weren’t separated by gender so I did feel uncomfortable at times, and it made it really hard when you had to keep waiting to use the toilet. The cleanliness was my biggest problem, the showers especially! The white shower walls were stained yellow and smelt like a male urinal.
I stayed in a two person bed room which was nice, with your booking you get all the information you need, very good! I arrived pretty late and left early so I didn't meet staff. Only the bathrooms could have been cleaner and I found it a little small amount of bathrooms for the entire floor. Still happy with the stay

Estuvimos 3 noches. El alojamiento no está mal, las camas son confortables. Pero no tiene personal, funciona todo con codigos d acceso etc. Las 3 noches tuvimos fuera d la habitación mucho ruido por otros alojados q hacían fiestas en las habitaciones a la noche, incluso alguna pelea verbal. La ubicación muy buena.
We stayed 3 nights. The accommodation is not bad, the beds are comfortable. But it has no staff, everything works with access codes etc. The 3 nights we had a lot of noise outside the room from other guests who were having parties in the rooms at night, even some verbal fighting.
ot was a little disorienting to have an un-manned hostel, and the codes took a few tried to work on the keypads sometimes, but ither than it was nice
Preis-Leistung nicht angemessen. Wahrscheinlich zahlt man die gute Lage, die Top gegenüber vom Bahnhof war. Zimmer war schön, aber auch nicht ruhig auf dem Hinterhof. Die Dusche roch immer sehr unangenehm, kaum Lüftung, war unsauber und hatte für die eigenen Sachen keine Ablage. Es gab kein extra Bad, nur zwei Waschbecken, wo auch die beiden Toiletten waren. Fand ich unangenehm.
The room was nice, but also not quiet on the backyard. The shower always smelled very unpleasant, barely ventilated, was unsanitary and had no storage for one's own things. There was no extra bathroom, only two washbasins, where the two toilets were also. I found it unpleasant.
Kamer was mooi/prima, we vonden de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet goed, het is een heel heel simpel hostel/hotel waar geen personeel is en verder ook geen sfeer of gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Het sliep verder prima en locatie was ook prima/fijn. Wifi deed het wel goed. Douches en toiletten waren niet heel ruimschoots aanwezig en ook niet zo schoon. Niet per se nog een keer te bezoeken
The room was nice/prima, we found the price/quality ratio not good, it is a very very simple hostel/hotel where there is no staff and furthermore no atmosphere of common space. The room slept further and the location was also fine/fine. Wifi did it well. Shower and toilet were not very spaciously present nor so clean. Not per se to visit again
en general bien.. la habitacion muy pequeña, pero "solo para dormir" esta bien. El unico problema fue que no pudieron cargar la habitacion a la tarjeta y nunca me avisaron, por lo que llegue al hostel y no tenia el pin code. Pero me comunique telefonicamente y me lo solucionaron rapido.
The only problem was that they couldn't charge the room to the card and never told me, so I got to the hostel and didn't have the pin code. but contact me by phone and they solved it quickly.

Without the cleanliness issue of the toilet, 10/10.
Rent och fräscht. Tryggt på innergård med kodlås. Träffade aldrig personal, så jag kan inte uttala mig om dem. Mysigt rum med stort fönster. Önskas: Mer enskild toalett med handfat.

La habitación es imposible de estar. No entran ni las valijas. La puerta abre apenas un poco. Los baños súper pequeños y divididos a la mitad de muy mala manera. Jamás volvería.
The room is impossible to stay in. no bags to enter. the door opens only a little. the bathrooms are super small and split in half very badly. i would never go back.
Good place to stay one night. Room is very very small, no space for two backpacks! It is not even possible to fully open the door because of the bed. Only 2 toilets and showers for all the rooms. It was clean. Noisy outside, had to close the window. Quick response over mail, no problems with (very late) check-in. Would not stay for a few nights but for one night it was ok.
