+ There was nothing good, we didnt stay at hotel.
- This hotel was really disappointing and last time I have used booking.com. I wonder how you offer a hotel with shared bathroom and toilet to a family and even no gender seperation. We didn't stayed that hotel and no received any payment back. I will delete booking.com application from my phone.

+ The only good thing there was the location, but still it was not the best and definitely not worth the price and horrible service
- Lack of basic equipment (no PJ, no blanket per person), super expensive, very small room, misleading description of the rooms, very rude customer service, old laundry machines and more.

- We booked a double room with bathroom. The room was terrible. The bed is too small for two people and the room should not be offered as a twin. The bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable to use - the bathtub tap is used both for the bath and the vanity sink. The bathroom shelf where they have placed the mouth rinse glasses is actually the top of the toilet back (water tank part). The room itself is tiny, dark and dingy. The room is extremely expensive and over priced for what it is. We asked if we could check out a night early and get a partial refund which was declined. We hated the room so much we forfeited the last night and changed hotels. For the same nightly rate our new hotel - All Day Place is in a much better location (right near the main part of Shibuya) has a king bed, a tv, a proper sized tiled bathroom and shower with excellent finishes. The staff at Graphy were nice but it wasn’t enough to give more than a 1 star. We actually feel duped by hotel Graphy to be honest, the room photos are deceptive. Hope we can save some other people from making the mistake we did.

- I paid for drinks at the bar with cash but was also charged for the same drinks on my credit card. I didn’t notice until the next day but I’d already left Tokyo. I have emailed the hotel and after an initial response they have not refunded me.

Super friendly staff! Atmosphere - a hotel design with bunk bunk beds and private rooms. Rooms typically stay quiet for sleeping and if you end up chatting with people, it ends up being more in the restaurant area. Age demographic skews slightly more late 20's - 40's vs true younger-only hostel. For me, that was perfect of course lol. Social life reflects that age approproate level usually. Clean, not in center of things but perfectly halfway between Ebisu/Shibuya train stations. Loved it!

Super lovely hotel/hostel! Very clean and nice roof top terrace to chill. Not the most social and not a lot of “hang out places” as it’s also a hotel. So if you want to meet people better to use the dorms and communal bathrooms - this worked for me. location: In a quieter area which was good to take a break and meant you can use the Ebisu train station which is less chaotic than shibuya. Only negative was when I arrived at 11:30am I had to pay 100 yen to use the shower in the communal bat...
+ Lovely clean modern hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, but in easy reach of shops, restaurants & the main station. The staff are lovely, helpful (spoken English) & the restaurant was really good.

+ Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, das Frühstück der Hammer, man bekommt alles, was man benötigt (sogar Schlafanzüge), die Terrasse im 7. Stock ein Geschenk. Auch dass man sich dort oben rund um die Uhr gratis heiße und kalte Getränke holen kann, ist toll. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden ausgewechselt.
- Ich weiß, dass Shibuya teuer ist, aber für ca 270€/Nacht hätte das Bett für 2 Personen breiter als 140cm sein dürfen. Das ist aber scheinbar nicht in allen Zimmern dieser Klasse so. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Eher Hostel- als Hotelvibes. Ist Geschmackssache. Macht's lebendiger...
+ Very clean, easy to navigate and the free beer hours was a great way to meet people. Also loved the rooftop!
