+ 地理位置非常優秀，離雷門淺草寺只要3分鐘，離地鐵銀座線和淺草線也都非常近，甚至去成田機場不需要換乘，這點真的很方便。 澡堂非常舒服，甚至有桑拿。

- 但除了上述的2點優點之外，其他全是缺點😬😬 床墊它是分成3塊的不是一整塊，所以床墊會移動，睡起來非常不舒服，腰一直是懸空的。 工作人員除了金色短頭髮的女生工作人員之外，其他人態度都很不好，明明我們也是很有禮貌的詢問，一副都愛理不理的，根本沒有想要解決的意思。。。。。還有，明明已經事先詢問過櫃檯是否可以幫忙收一兩件包裹，工作人員也說沒問題的，結果2件A4大小的包裹一到櫃檯，一個高大胖的男工作人員(據說是負責人)還特意到我的床位來警告我，讓我不要再寄包裹了，你一個男的為了這種小事還到女生床邊？？在櫃檯不能說？？到底有沒有基本常識禮貌和尊重啊，實在太噁心了，還有威脅客人命令客人的這種態度🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 這是對客人該有的態度？？？？？另外其他客人也照樣有包裹送過來，我也事先徵求了你們的同意，到底為什麼要收到這種對待？？！！！ 其他地方就和其他客人的評論一樣糟糕，沒什麼特別好寫的。 非常不推薦這家膠囊旅館，真的除了一開始說的優點之外其他全是缺點。

- Terrifying Experience – Privacy Violated, Disrespectful Staff I had a terrible and terrifying experience at Hotel Plus Hostel TOKYO ASAKUSA 1. When I first tried to enter the hostel, the door wouldn’t open and the screen kept showing “C=E.” A male staff member came out and asked what I was doing. After I showed him my reservation, he said nothing, walked past me, intentionally hit my foot with a garbage bag he was holding, and smirked at me. Because of this, I sent a message via Booking.com’s APP directly to the property, politely asking: “Why was the staff so rude to me?” Later, at 3:00 AM on July 8th, this same male staff member suddenly opened the curtain of my bed without permission and aggressively questioned me about the message I had sent. Even though I politely told him, “I need to sleep now,” he forcefully slammed the curtain shut. I felt threatened and extremely unsafe. This was a clear violation of my privacy and caused me great emotional distress. I checked out immediately that night because I could no longer trust this place. This is not just poor service — this is a serious violation of safety and privacy. I have reported this to Booking.com and am considering legal action. Especially for solo travelers, I strongly advise you to think twice before staying here. - They do not allow you to store your bags which is very ridiculous. All of the showers were out of order so you have to shower in the onsen room. I found the staff to be rather rude to be honest and not so friendly.

- While booking I got option that one bed is available in Women's dormitory. It doesn't matter to me so I booked . When I landed at property I was told you booked wrong and how can we offer you bed in females dormitory and was told that I booked wrong and there is no bed for me on 12 th June . I told them that if I booked wrong why your system accepted . Moreover why you charged money and confirmed booking . I failed to convenience the lady ar reception and finally she said they are full .this means she sold my bed to someone surely at higher price. Police was called and they also were talking of hotel language. Finally I had to book a room for 12 night by my self and spent over 15,000 yen. In 13 th and 14 th I was provide bed.

- Rude day time Manager who was aggressive and ignored me when discussing that the cleaner had thrown away my daughters medication stored in the tiny shared fridge for 100 people. We had emailed saying we needed access to a fridge for medication. Fridge gets cleaned at 11am each day so no point in having it to store food. Very disappointing the way were were treated when we wanted to discuss the fridge being completely cleaned out. No tea coffee cups or facilities just kettle, microwave. No private showers. Very tight quarters with 24 people jammed into a no natural light room, not power point in bunk bed, only one where light is plugged in and a USB plug. No access to bathing facilities for 4 hours each day. Have to pay for towels etc, no ability to borrow plug adaptors. Wasn't allowed to talk to Manager no apology for throwing out medication in fridge. Wouldn't recommend to stay here as it does not deliver on its facilities and promises. Looks great on website but disappointing in person. Would not recommend you stay here find somewhere else.

- Piezas con demasiadas personas y muy poca seguridad. Mucho calor en la noche. El baño compartido era incómodo. Se escuchaban ruidos constantes desde las paredes en la pieza.

+ The onsen was nice but this is your only option for showering and it is the only nice thing about the place.

- The staff was incredibly rude and made me feel unsafe when I made a pretty simple request. The rooms have been described in google reviews as “like a prison” they are and my bed was next to the lift. I couldn’t sleep and had to change hotels. This is the first time I’ve ever had to do this.

+ Pretty much perfect location Everything is close-by and plenty to do till late night Staff is kind and helpful The guests have been very quiet which is a huge plus The place is pretty clean

- The bed suffices however it really could do with an upgrade It’s a bit humid and considering the cabin is pretty barebones it can be pretty uncomfortable at times Some beds only have a singular outlet AC100V outlet that’s being used by the bed lamp, so you either have a night lamp, or you’re charging your electronics No in-between The sauna was closed off for repairs it seems, not a deal breaker by any means but it would’ve been nice to be made aware of this ahead of time However the communal onsen bath was quite nice so not a big deal by any means The luggage situation is however a little chaotic, I hope a solution can be made for this Good for 1-2 nights
