+ It was relatively clean but that’s the case with almost every place in Japan
- Everything. From the photos you can’t understand that they are 14 people rooms. You assume that is maximum 6 people per room. And also when you book they don’t specify the number of residents at each room and I am quite sure it’s on purpose. My bad as well, that I didn’t email them to ask before I book it. Hostels usually have a place that you can chill and meet other travellers. This hostel was far away from it. This place is supposed to be a cafeteria in the ground floor. I guess the hostel and the cafeteria are under the same ownership. They don’t give you a card to access the building and the room but just a password which changes every Monday. Very far from safe even if it’s Japan. Also, you don’t have a locker for you luggage like every hostel. They have a small area in the room that 14 people have to fit their luggage there unlocked. They have a paper saying that they apologize for the small space and the inconvenience that they cause but I am wondering for how long it has been like that. Maybe reduce the number of beds at each room so there is space for a locker for each resident? But no, they want to fit as many people as possible in a from for maximizing their profit. I was supposed to stay 4 nights there but I after 2 nights I booked a new hostel and I was wondering why I booked that initially. They were options that were cheaper, in a better location and being in rooms with a reasonable number of residents. I wouldn’t suggest to stay at this property

+ Not much
- DO NOT STAY. When I went to go check in I was told I needed to change rooms half way through my stay and I wouldn’t have access to a room between 10am and 3pm of that day. I had no prior warning to this before check in or when I booked. They were moving a whole dormitory room from one floor to another due to an inspection. When I complained asking for some sort of compensation the woman just replied ‘if we give you compensation we’ll have to give everyone compensation’. When you pay for 4 nights of accommodation you expect to have somewhere to stay for the whole time. Not be homeless for 5 hours during the day. You also have to pay EXTRA for a towel and the onsen at the property costs 4000 yen and is not included. There is also nowhere to store luggage - just a taped area on the floor.
+ Staff are nice and helpful
- Dont recommend. Dorm room were horrible. Nonstop noise from other people, slamming coming in and out, moving around on the bed. WATERBEDS. So noisy worst stay ever. I had to book their final double room for my last night because I couldn’t tolerate it anymore. Also rooms are so dirty. Pubes all over my double room bedding. They put the new bedding on the floor when they are ready to change them. Who knows if they were ever clean. Hard pillows too. FYI Have to pay for towels in dormitory & slippers.

+ Cf. Infra

+ Nice location and very friendly, helpful staff.
- The room was extremely small—more like a shoebox than a proper hotel room. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to the bathroom and laundry area, and noise was a big issue. On two separate nights, guests were using a hair dryer at midnight and 1am, and on another night someone was doing laundry at 2am, which woke me up. Overall, it made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Even though the price was on the cheaper side for Tokyo, it still felt expensive for what was offered.

+ • Friendly and helpful staff • Very clean and well-maintained • Excellent location near a major metro station, convenient for getting around Tokyo • Comfortable and hassle-free stay
- Honestly, nothing to complain about

Bathrooms and showers were great. Common areas were good. The capsule was a disaster. I've slept in dozens of capsules, and I generally love them. I dont know what material these walls were made of, but sound travelled as if 10 guys were sharing one big bed. The floor of the upper bunk is perforated, so sound travels vertically as well. Add to that a crinkly pad under the mattress, and it was really annoying.

+ I loved the location and how nice the people working there were. The rooms were clean and the vibes and aesthetic was amazing 😍 I loved how well organised everything was
- It was a little bit tight in space leading to sometimes having some trouble with the managing of space in the common rooms
