The room didn’t look like the pictures. The room was a bit unhealthy with a strong humidity around. No window in the bedroom nor in the bathroom. No space to cook, no kitchen.
Non consiglierei più la stanza che ci è stata assegnata "El Triunfo" perché molto buia e praticamente con finestra assente. L'unica apertura nel muro che c'è da su un corridoio buio affacciata sull'entrata di un altra stanza e di difficile apertura, così che questa stanza è buia anche quando fuori è giorno. Lampadina con luce fioca. Il mio giudizio è dato dal confronto con altri ostelli che abbiamo frequentato, non con hotel.
I would not recommend the room that was assigned to us anymore "El Triunfo" because it is very dark and practically without a window. the only opening in the wall that there is from above is a dark corridor overlooking the entrance to another room and of difficult opening, so that this room is dark even when it is day outside. lampadina con luce fioca. my judgment is given by comparison with other hostels we frequented, not with hotel.
El hotel está bonito. Pero la cama fue súper incómoda, el colchón está viejo y se sentían los resortes. El cuarto está súper obscuro, solo tenía una ventana pequeñita que ni dejaba fluir el viento. Estuve 5 días y nunca limpiaron la habitación, yo tuve que pedir una escoba y sábanas limpias. No está muy céntrico que digamos, hay que caminar 15 minutos al malecón. El personal fue muy atento y amable.
The hotel is nice. but the bed was super uncomfortable, the mattress is old and the resort felt like. the room is super dark, it only had a little window that didn't even let the wind in. i was there for 5 days and they never cleaned the room, i had to order a clean broom and sheets. it's not very central let's say, you have to walk 15 minutes to the malecon. the staff was very attentive and friendly.
Me hospedé una noche , la habitación pequeña y con lo necesario , tenía un olor a húmeda. Dormimos bien . Llegué tarde y no había quien me recibiera.
I stayed one night, the room was small and with all the necessities, it smelled of damp. we slept well. i arrived late and there was no one to receive me.
Es un hostal super bonito y el personal es muy amable y brinda un servicio excepcional.

Its a cozy enviroment really good to relax and enjoy a good afternoon in silence, i personally wanted a hotel for nights only because i was going on morning/afternoon tours but i would definetely book this place again just to stay confoortable for a day, it has a really good location pretty near to the malecon a perfect place to go and walk where you can find a lot of restaurants, souvenirs and places to rent bikes and that stuff. Staff 24H 10/10 experience 21M 21F couple for a weekend.
Es un muy buen lugar para relajarse, el staff está siempre ahí y pendiente a cualquier cosa que se ocupe, el hotel está en zona muy céntrica lo cual permite estar cerca de centros comerciales, centros turísticos y muchos restaurantes sin estar muy lejos lo que puede evitarte usar muchos ubers o transportes privados, puede llegar a hacer mucho sol y calor asi que protección para el sol es recomendable, vine por el fin de semana para relajarme con mi pareja y todo muy tranqui lo recomiendo
It's a very good place to relax, the staff is always there and attentive to whatever is going on, the hotel is in a very central area which allows you to be close to shopping centers, tourist centers and many restaurants without being too far away which can avoid you using a lot of ubers or private transport, it can get a lot of sun and heat but sun protection is recommended, I came for the weekend to relax with my partner and everything is very quiet I recommend it
