Saeberg HI Hostel

I have been here before and were positive. This time the hot tubs we’re not in order, and cars driving by the house to get to the camping besides

Endroit très calme et apaisant. Mais parfois manque de propreté au niveau des toilettes (résidus dans l'évier) et la salle à manger (mouches mortes appuis de fenêtre). Atmosphère un peu "lugubre" sans doute par rapport à l'agencement, à la décoration.

We felt okay about it. It was nice to be able to reserve the day of and get a spot. Generally, it was fine and we did get upgraded for free. We were not provided a key for our room, which was a little concerning but not terrible. Things were generally clean, though I wasn't crazy about having to hold the shower head while I showered. The hot tubs could have been pretty cool, given their location, but they were a little gross looking (lots of debris that wasn't just dirt) and we didn't use them.

I had an amazing stay! It was the cleanest hostel I’ve ever experienced. The views were incredible. Only downside was that the pool wasn’t working which I don’t think I received any information about.

The staff was very prompt and helpful when I had an issue with check in. Nice views nearby. Has a kitchen with everything you need, and restrooms were clean. If the hostel was full I can imagine the washrooms may cause an issue as there is one male and one female and then a toilet. Had booked a bed in a 5 bed dorm, but was the only one staying. A nice hostel, it is a bit expensive but was the cheapest one available in the area so definitely not bad in that respect.
