- I think this is theft and indecency. If a customer is not allowed to stay at the hotel and their money is not refunded because of their snoring to disturb other guests, this is a great shame. This is a style that lacks any dignity or decency. It is very sad that money was demanded from the customer for not staying at the hotel due to financial greed, and it is also sad that the money was neither refunded nor given back to them because they did not stay due to sleep apnea that was causing disturbance to other guests.

- My valuable items (Dior sneakers and an epilator) went missing from the hotel’s storage room, and the staff member Vlad didn’t even report it to the manager. The manager’s response was also completely insincere and irresponsible. Serious failure in security and management. I cannot trust this hotel anymore.

- Bad receptionist behaviour, no proper time to discuss questions about hotel bad things , sent me wonder there is the suggested parking place witch i couldn’t find driving around for 30 min, and at the end he just ignored me and said talk to booking.com

- Unglaublich stressig, unorganisiert, Parkplatzprobleme, keine Möglichkeit, das Auto nach dem Auschecken abzuholen, Codes an der Rezeption funktionieren nicht, man muss warten, bis jemand kommt oder geht, 600 Meter zum Hotel laufen, wo man geparkt hat, und dann können sie einem mit nichts helfen, sodass man das Auto problemlos abholen kann😒😒😒

- My hat was stolen at this hotel by the staff. I accidentally left it in my room when checking out and returned several hours later. The receptionist let me back into the room, but the hat was gone and the room had already been cleaned. She showed no genuine interest in helping me, simply saying she would “leave a note” for her colleagues. Housekeeping clearly either took the hat or threw it away instead of putting it in lost & found. I even told the receptionist that I could return the next day so they had time to look for it, but she showed complete disinterest and even laughed about the situation. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. This incident completely ruined my impression of the hotel. On top of that, the trains are extremely loud, and the air conditioning does not effectively cool the room.

Great hotel/hostel and would highly recommend, place was immaculately clean, staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially Miguel!! Yummy as hell breakfast too! Only a short train ride or 20-30min walk from CBD
Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel agréable. Les dortoirs c'est toujours le même, parfois, il y a des gens irrespectueux. Autour de la gare, il y a de l'insécurité mais autour de l'auberge, ça va.
Good value for money, nice staff. the dormitories are always the same, sometimes, there are some disrespectful people. around the station, there is some insecurity but around the hostel, it's okay.
Very good value for money, but the room is very snug, clearly a double bed hotel room that's been made into a four-person dorm room, with very cramped and awkward space. Clean, no other issues, and altogether I'm satisfied for the price I paid.

- Месторасположение не такое уж и близкое до центра, если пешком идти, но есть метро, до вокзалв пешком близко!

- Lage, da von Bahn und Strasse umschlossen. Aber war trotzdem leise!
+ Vše!!!!! Skvělé ubytování, sice malý, ale čistý pokoj ideální na nocleh. Horká sprcha. Super ochotný a usměvavý personál. Jeden z nejlepších snídaňových barů, který jsme zažili. V celém hotelu bylo krásně teplo. Večerní posezení v křesílkách u baru - 100% relax po celém dni. Poměr cena s výkon =100%. Vrátíme se!
