Pisa Train Station Hostel

Dormir en este hostel fue una pesadilla. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y hace demasiado calor. También estaba lleno de mosquitos. El Hostel está en un primer piso por lo que hay demasiado ruido de la calle. Te cobran €3 y €5 por guardar el equipaje. Absurdo para un lugar de tan baja categoría.

Realice una reserva ya pagada y la persona no quiso ayudarme con el check in y se portó muy grosera

Not clean. No AC. Mould in the rooms on the walls. Had to PAY €5 to store my bag there even after PAYING to stay at the hostel. Just not what I would expect from such a ‘highly rated’ hostel.

Das Hostel war meines Empfinden nach, nicht sauber. Das Bett musste man selber beziehen und es war sehr warm, die Ventilatoren haben nicht geholfen.

Very dirty place. I really think they need to refurbish it urgently. You can not ask dsuch money for those heavely poor condition. It is called explosion. I would not reccomend. Tbe staff is very nicw

horrible lugar, realmente no recomiendo. No tiene aire acondicionado, hace mucho calor y la gente suda y se queda todo el mal olor en la habitación. Tuvimos que pagar más por llegar después de las 10 y esque el bus se atrasó; definitivamente no vale la pena por el precio. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Te presionan para hacer el check out cuando aún tienes tiempo, y prácticamente te echan del lugar, si te quedas 1 noche está bien pero es de pensarse

Not great

I found the hostel great. The receptionist is professional, respectful, and flexible. The kitchen is well equipped, except that there are no spoons or forks. However, the blanket is not clean: it smells bad and has stains. At minimum, it should have a duvet cover.

Hi everyone. To draw a sum up line and list the positive things in one review I will begin saying that the business company just had a fresh restart, so the staff is totally new. However the service doesn't leave customers disappointed, there's a kitchen where is possible to cook and store food, a communal TV room, large sleeping rooms. The only thing that is to be highlighted refers to the bathrooms that are a little bit too small. CCTV cameras guarantee safety standards. Affordable rates.

The staff were very friendly. The location of the hostel is also strategic, only one minute walk to the pisa centrale station. The beds were clean and the bathroom is also super clean. The host is adamant about the cleanliness of the property so the hostel is in a good condition, both the common room and the bedroom. Would recommend this ^^

L'auberge est pas mauvaise mais il est interdit de rester dans le bâtiment entre 12h et 14h ce que je trouve aberrant.

The staff try their best. The linen was clean and bed comfortable. Mattress and pillow seemed new. Free lockers. Big tables in the kitchen. Floor looked as if it hadn't seen a mop for weeks. We arrived in the dark. I would not recommend this. I was with another woman and we had men following us in the station and other men were hanging around the street outside the hostel. Kitchen is well equipped. Several small grocery shops in the area.

EN : Location practical and quite clean but I have to say that to pay a supplement of 5 euros just because we arrived 10 minutes late (so 10.10 pm) after a very long and chaotic journey (trains late etc), it's annoying and unfair. FR : Emplacement pratique et plutôt propre mais devoir payer un supplément de 5 euros juste parce qu'on est arrivées 10 minutes après la fin du check in officiel après un voyage long et chaotique (retard de train etc), c'est vraiment énervant et incorrect.

O hostel é bem localizado, fica bem próximo ao centro, 5 minutos da estação de trem e 20 minutos do aeroporto, andando. Perto tem alguns restaurantes. Os quartos são grandes, não tem ar condicionado. A limpeza deixou a desejar, tem apenas dois banheiros. Não utilizei as áreas em comum. O local é pequeno, acredito não ter tantos quartos.

the place smelled like pee, especially the bathroom. the beds were extremely hard and every time you moved, it squeaked. it was a decent location, and the employees were kind and helpful. but im glad i was only for the evening.

Muy buena la ubicación al estar cerca de la estación de trenes, de todos modos se ve bastante inseguro en la noche, es un hostel para 1 noche.

The hotel staff was friendly and the bed was nice, but that’s about where it ended for me. It seemed there were folks living there (although they were very nice), the room and hostel in general smelled damp, as well after I checked in the two staff at the front desk went to take over and watch TV in the common room. As well they came into the room multiple times without knocking?? Ok in a pinch but there are better places.

The floor in the room was dirty and a quite “sticky”. By the way, I have to use my sandals all the time. There’s no flexiblity to check-out, even if you have left all your stuff organized inside your baggage.

Ubicado a minutos de la estación del tren y sólo a 20 minutos caminando desde el aeropuerto. Las habitaciones limpias y los trabajadores muy amables. Lo recomendaría nuevamente

Alright stay for a night or 2, very small, not very social but close to the train station so does the job

esta bien si buscan algo de pasada. si buscan varias noches, busquen algo más.

Bagno sporco e doccia peggio.

As 2 female travelers we felt quite unsafe in this hostel. When we booked the only option left was a 6 bed mixed dorm which resulted in our first night being in a room with all men. One of the toilets seats, out of the two bathrooms available, was broken and both bathrooms were very dirty with mold and stains in the showers. The bed looked like it had bed bugs on but the sheets were clean. The location wasn’t the safest and the overall hostel had a creepy vibe to it, didn’t feel safe at all!
