Draper Startup House For Entrepreneurs Koramangala

We really didn’t like our stay. This place is not a hostel, so we don’t understand why it’s on Hostelworld… We mainly booked it cause we wanted some kitchen space but we felt very out of place between all the people working and staring at us the whole time. Moreover, we were very sure we booked a room with a double bed, to discover upon arrival they don’t have that. Felt scammed. We got woken up at 7:20AM by someone who wanted to do maintenance work in our bathroom and just kept...

I stayed in the private room for a couple of days, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable, though a stool for seating would have been nice. All amenities were provided, but my window was near an AC condenser, causing some noise. Staff interaction was minimal but good, and the location was easily accessible, though parking could be improved. Whilst it may seem obvious, i wouldn’t stay here if you are not an entrepreneur of some sort as the atmosphere really reflects that (not backpacker at all). On the flip side, the location is good and close to nice places to eat and have a drink.

Compared to other hostel stays this is kind of ok and not a friendly one with limited facilities and no parking space for any Vehicle.

The staff were lovely and helpful.Nice workplaces and lounges, especially the roof top. The dorms, however, are a bit army-like, there's little space, unfinished walls and ceiling, a little more love and design in the dorms would make the stay more comfortable. Sleeping in the top bunk bed, I had the very loud fan right next to my head. Other than that, great experience. Lots of charming Indian folks around who love to chat about their culture.

Draper House is an excellent hostel for travelers, especially startup founders. The hostel is clean and includes a workspace on the ground floor that functions as a coworking space. There is also a terrace where many networking events, especially e-chai events, take place. The staff is friendly, especially Mansi, who is affable and extremely helpful. While there are cafes and eateries nearby, the metro station is a bit far. An excellent place to network, especially for entrepreneurs.

This is THE place for any entrepreneur. Great guests for network, good price for the location and facilities provided. There are plenty of areas to sit working, whether by the reception, in the room floor or at the top terrace. Good locker space in the 4-bed bedrooms. The laundry machines (washing and drying) were the best! Just remember to bring your own soap. Recommended!

I would love this property my go-to place for stays. The rooms and property were well mainatined. Very secured entrance. On top of all, the vibe here is always entrepreneurial where people meet and greet professionally. Earlier I used to prefer Zostel, but this is way better.

I loved the community here, it’s a very welcoming place

Draper house is a very specific place which you might like or might not. For entrepeneurs & tech people: go here, def. For travelers: depends. You’ll be in the middle of people working, talking about their startup or having startup events. Even if that’s not your thing (like me), I enjoyed a clean and well organised place where people respect their surroundings. It was a relief to NOT worry about indian guys waking up at 4:30am and loudly starting to call. Hot showers, clean, comfortable!

I visited for one day and it was an amazing experience for me at this place. Very neat and calm place. Location wise it was fantastic.

A brilliant place to visit to focus on yourself, your art, or your work. Networking opportunities are also available, and people are highly work focused. Great energy.

Had a really nice time at Draper hostel. Got to meet a lot of interesting people, as well as explore a thriving neighbourhood in Bangalore. There are loads of excellent food and drink options around. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the startup vibe was quite tangible, so I got to hear a lot about the things other visitors were working on. Cleanliness was well above average. Overall, I would highly recommend!
