Ich war leider 4 Nächte in diesem Hostel. Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen und würde auch nie wieder dort buchen. Das Hotstel macht im allgemeinen keinen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Der Boden der Zimmer sind dreckig und im Badezimmer befindet sich überall Schimmel. Leider ist auch das schlafen nicht wirklich möglich da sich unten auf der Straße eine Bar befindet die 7 Tage in der Woche bis spät in die Nacht sehr laute Musik spielt die man leider im Zimmer sehr laut hört. 1. Hostel befindet sich in einer "mittelsicheren" Gegend. Vor der Tür kam es zu Auseinandersetzungen mit Einsatz von Pfefferspray. Die Tür wird von der Rezeption innen mit einem Knopf geöffnet. Leider ist die Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt, sodass es vorkommt, dass man vor der Tür warten muss. 2. Schließfächer kaputt 3. Sauberkeit mangelhaft (Blutige Bettdecke) 4. Fiquei num “quarto cápsula”, que na verdade é só uma cama com cortina. EXTREMAMENTE QUENTE. Insuportável. Acordei todas as noites molhado de suor por conta do calor. Não tem ventilação. Um quarto enorme, com 20 camas, e só tem 1 aparelho de ar condicionado. O banheiro desse quarto é no estilo banheiro público, são 3 cabines de vaso sanitário e 3 chuveiros. Não tem muita privacidade assim. Banheiro sujo e com cheiro de esgoto. Vi rato passando pelo bar/restaurante. Falta boa comu...

The music is too loud and annoying, making very hard to stay on the reception chilling. The streets around are also loud and dangerous.

I'm a bit afraid who I live with in the dorm after I find out I lost my phone when I packing for airport. Feel insecure about who is live here around. if wouldn't be that mess if only travellers , homeless on street ,noises at night, I have to shout to a roommate who is talking in the phone midnight ,heard there are some ppl who work for night business live there, a bit strange honestly. I regret didn't call police when I found my phone missing at first place since I'm so panic at that moment

Great dorm rooms, but not a lot of convenient facilities that increase comfort ability as a hostel.

Huge hostel and in a central area. Not many hostel programs where you can meet other travelers. Mostly local travelers or school kids.

Due to a lack of safety railings on my bunk bed in my first room, I was moved rooms 3 times, teased with air conditioning and a privacy curtain in the 2nd one, and moved to a third one where my key card didn't work. Our room also flooded while I was there. While providing a towel and free breakfast is great (although I never got to eat it with the limited hours), my stay would have been much smoother if the staff knew how to activate a key card and manage bookings.

The WiFi didn’t work at all in the room. We reported the issue, but they simply “restarted” the WiFi and claimed they had never heard of the problem before, which I find hard to believe. The staff member we spoke to was also quite rude. Additionally, there was hair all over the toilet when we checked in, so the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Aside from these issues, the stay was good.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect for group.or family of 6 who needs an affordable layover with clean facilities. Great networking spot, amazing coffee shop, delicious breakfast a walk away from every type of event.Will definitely return on our next vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay here (1 week). Very clean, staff were super helpful, bar which does food right next door, spacious rooms. The area isn't great at night but in the day it's fine.

Die Belüftung der Bäder und Zimmer könnte etwas besser sein aber sonst ist alles sehr gut

It deserves a better rating overall. The pods are a good value for the price. AC is working. I was hesitating becuase of some reviews but I don't understand these people. Would come back.

The staff are 10/10. Beds in the dorms have a lot of space next to them.

It’s always a good time coming to 91 Loop. The restaurant and breakfast options are great, just need a lift

Solid place but not amongst the top scorers. By no means dirty but a bit average. The pod room goes to the side with the kitchen exhaust. Even though the exhaust is above the roof there is a bit of a French fries vibe in the room during meal times when aeration is done.

Very good hostel!! Great value for money. Great overall. Would for sure stay here again. The place to choose if staying in Cape Town. Maybe not the hostel where it’s the easiest to meet people, but if you have your group and just wanna get a good nights sleep it’s fantastic

Perfect stay

I really wanted to give them a full 10 stars, But, despite my request and the staffs promises to not enter my room, we had a visitor in our room EVERY day. I spoke to the front desk daily and they assured me it couldn't be, but it still happened EVERY day!

I really loved the vibe of the place. One of the best places to stay in cape town. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food is also good!

Safe, secure and clean. Breakfast was good. The rooms were pretty specious and it’s in a central location. Would stay again
