J’ai réservé 3 jours à l’avance. Lorsque j’arrive à la réception, on m’indique que je ne peux pas Check-in car il y a un problème avec ma chambre. Je dois booké en urgence une nuit 2,5 fois plus cher dans un autre hostel et j’ai dû argumenter pour qu’ils comprennent que ce n’était pas à moi d’assumer leur erreur, et que je voulais un remboursement. Au final j’ai eu un petit peu moins que la différence de coût entre mon nouvel hostel et celui ci.
I had booked 3 days in advance. when i arrived at the reception, they said i couldn't check in because there was a problem with my room. i had to urgently book a night 2.5 times more expensive in another hostel and i had to argue so that they understand that it was not my fault to assume their mistake, and i wanted a refund. in the end i got a little less than the cost difference between my new hostel and this one.
If you want an actual party hostel don’t go here. No social gatherings, just loud music in an empty lobby. The bathroom for each dorm is one toilet and the shower is right next to it so the bathroom is constantly wet. Will definitely be really moldy in the next couple months or years. The room was constantly unlocked and random people could easily walk up the stairs and into your room. The amount of ants was also crazy.
The bathroom wasn’t very fresh and I had ants in my bed as well. Like a little ant nest under the mattress so I couldn’t keep any snacks in the bed or else I would get company at night. Other than that the hostel was fine!
Ok for a quick stay but definitely not a party hostel. Clearly they are trying to be that as there is a bar downstairs but they are far from earning their title of party hostel.
Really clean and comfortable property. They had multiple wall outlets so it made charging devices easy. Luggage storage was large enough to fit my huge bag.
great hostel for socialising!! all the staff were so nice and welcoming especially josh, dani and hannah! good location and great activities🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
New hostel in Ao Nang and what a jem it is! The owner is soo sweet, rooms clean, comfy mattresses, great AC, free water, and the best location. Had to extend, it was too good! Definitely recommend 🙏🏻
