Mellow Hostel

O stare de frica si nesiguranta in acest hostel. Nici o informatie de la personal. Curatenia lipsea cu desavarsire, cearceafuri mototolite, paturile miroseau a urina, materii fecale in dus, lipsa masinii de spalat (contracost nu gratis), ti se lipeau mainile pe tot ce atingeai. Booking ar trebui sa evalueze locatiile care le ofera pentru gazduire. Am platit peste 40 de euro/pat suprapus/ noapte si in camera nu era macar maturat de luni de zile. Ar trebui inchisa aceasta locatie!!!!

It is very dirty, and it is far away from everything . There was faeces on the showers floor for more than 2 days. The Worst hostel i have ever been.

Al llegar al hostal dicen que tengo una reserva mixta, les digo que eso es imposible ya que yo tengo reservada la habitación femenina. El agua en las máquinas no funciona estaba súper caliente en la calor que hacía no quedaba otra. Las duchas son horribles en general sucio, y no nada completamente nada para colgar, la ventana de la ducha abierta sin nada de tapar lo de la intimidad cero. Las habitaciones pequeñas y muy sucio en general todo, la cocina no se puede ni asomar indecente repugna...

Pongo esta reseña porque he tenido que dormir en la calle por un problema con la reserva que ya estaba pagada y el señor me ha dicho que es culpa mía que quien ha hecho la reserva soy yo y no el sin darme ningún tipo de solución y tranquilidad he solicitado la hoja de reclamaciones y se ha negado a dármela así que yo no volvería porque como tengas un problema no te dan ninguna solución

Booked 14 days with Mellow Hostel and on my first week I was scammed out of my money by another guest who was a know to the hostel staff as a fraudster who prays on people and still was allowed in the hostel for a second time.The staff was very very rude and can’t speak Spanish or English properly but when it’s time to tell other guest who pay money and are from a different country they argue and say that in this is Spain and they should speak Spanish when the staff themselves can’t speak ...

Not good very bad not clean good

I paid extra for the female only room. When the host was showing me the room, he said that “the girls are already sleeping behind the closed curtains”. Any it turned out that these were guys, and I was given a mixed room without any warning. To my complaint they answered that this was the only available room. Moreover, the door lock was broken, it was not possible to exit the room from the inside, and the door closed with a sock. As a person concerned about security I feel extremely uncomfo...

No gasten su dinero en este lugar, todo super sucio, pase muchísimo frío. Sin calefacción con temperaturas bajas. El personal brilla por su ausencia y al recibirme uno de los empleados estaba acostado en la entrada y me dejó esperando casi una hora y me dijo q el no trabajaba ahí. No pude dormir ninguna noche bien..los huéspedes ruidosos, la habitación olía fatal. Los baños todo meados y super sucios. La cocina asquerosa. Me fui antes de acabar la reserva y recibí compensación de nadi...

Esperienza molto negativa. La cucina era sporca e poco igienica, con scarsa pulizia generale. L’ambiente non era per nulla accogliente e alcune persone presenti davano una sensazione di disagio e insicurezza. Nel complesso non mi sono sentito a mio agio e non tornerei né consiglierei questa struttura.

I mean at that Point it was the cheapest in Barcelona. I felt quite safe there but I have seen better Hostels for that price. In general it was not the cleanest especially when it comes to the bathroom. Also this hostel is more outside of Barcelona.

I stayed 4 nights . It was a good experience. The hostel was clean overall, my request for an only-women bedroom was honored. The staff is friendly and efficient. The hostel is calm and has a lot of spaces (terrace, kitchen, working space, common area) The neighborhood is a bit far from the city center, but its still a lovely neighborhood with restaurants and cafes

Es un lugar que está alejado del centro y en la montaña, pero accesible, yo caminé a todos lados y por ejemplo para ir a la sagrda familia me tomaba 1hr de caminata. Es grande y las camas estaban muy bien, la cocina un poco sucia, pero se limpiaba todos los días.

Clientèle peu respectueuse, personnel peu concerné, pas de porte manteau dans les chambres, des casiers dans le couloir, peu de toilettes, des douches pas au niveau et sans possibilité d'accrocher ses affaires ou bien s'habiller au sec, qualité du ménage à désirer parfois.

The front desk Receptionists are very persona ke and helpful with a friendly disposition. The Staff is also diligent in keeping the facilities clean. Thank you.

Verry good

I was threatened by a man while I was sleeping in my room and he wasn’t kicked out until the next morning. I did not feel safe here, and there were cockroaches. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve ever had.

gewoon een goed hostel. alles was schoon en het personeel was aardig. iedereen heeft een persoonlijk kluisje onder het bed.

Cet auberge est dans un état proche de l'insalubrité, realtivement sale, la cuisine est inutilisable et ma chambre avait la porte cassée.. Je pense qu'il est necéssaire de faire quelque chose pour ameliorer ces differents points
