Owner is super nice, and shares a lot of good suggestions for activities in Tbilisi. Building looks run down from outside and stairs up, but room was great and the shared bathroom and kitchenette are just fine as well. If you have traveled a lot, you will be comfortable here - this is its best quality, in my opinion.

The hotel is very centrally located. The building is very charming, and the experience is very authentic. Irakli is a great host who has lots of good tips for all sorts of places in Tbilisi. The bathroom is very clean and modern. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are clean and very bright, with beautiful parquet floors. Anyone looking for an authentic hotel with character will love it.

This is truly an exceptional place to stay. The location couldn't be better, and room incredibly comfortable and inviting. But truly, the kindness of the host, Irakli, made the stay perfect. Thank you for the great conversations, the knowledge you imparted, and the kindness you showed me. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Value for a large private bedroom. Very laid back, the place is only a few beds. Owner was very nice, knew a lot about art and film. Good location too.

Irakli is the best host; one of the kindest, loveliest, most thoughtful people I have ever met! He goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere is friendly, warm and peacuful thanks to his efforts. As a solo traveling woman I felt really safe and welcome there. Great location. Clean and organized. Close to everywhere. Quiet and has lovely people as guests. I am so grateful for the this stay. I will absolutely go back and I highly recommend it. It's a true gem! ✨️

Irakli is a phenomenal host. This is a true rare gem in terms of guesthouses. Perfect location, cute rooms, lovely balcony and sometimes a few other nice travellers are around. I would always go to Irakli in SkadaVeli again if I’m in Tibilisi

A really nice place! From the outside it looks like an old building but in the inside it is just a really great place.

Un super séjour à l’auberge SkadaVeli! Nous avons pris la deluxe twin private. La chambre avec sa salle d’eau intégrée dépassait nos attentes! L’isolation thermique et phonique sont mauvaises mais avec le chauffage allumé vous n’aurez vraiment pas froid! Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, des bouchons d’oreilles font parfaitement l’affaire. Irakli est un hôte très prévenant. Si nous revenons dans la ville, nous reviendront définitivement dans cette auberge! Merci en...

Nice and clean room and also nice owner(s). I felt comfortable there. There is for me an another time to Georgia and if I decide to stay in old town of city, I will go there again.

This place is a bit of a gem if you like to stay in a quiet and clean place right in the heart of the Old City. Irakli the owner and Nadia the house keeper are super nice and will help wherever they can. It is not the right place though if you want to socialize and party a lot (Fabrika might be better for that….). I very much hope to get another opportunity to stay at SkadaVeli also in the future.
