+ Absolutely nothing
- The entire experience was, without question, the worst I’ve ever encountered. It was disastrous from the very start, and I’m honestly struggling to find words that truly capture how terrible it was.
+ Nothing. I got to the property and the service was awful. I called them to let them know I had arrived. They explained I needed to fill out a form which I gladly did. It asked me for a damage deposit of £350 which I paid no problem. I then rang them back to say it had been completed. I was then met with the money didn’t go through and I need to send it again. This seemed very weird as the money had been taken from my account. After arguing with the guy in the phone for nearly 1 hour. They then turned around to say a room won’t be ready for an hour. I was happy to wait for the room as I came to London for 1 night so I needed somewhere to stay and they refused and said I had to go somewhere else after messing me around for so long. The whole service was terrible, customer service was terrible, the care from the staff was terrible and how they treated me was awful. I would not recommend anyone to go through this as the inconvenience of the whole thing put me off every returning to this place

+ Booked this apartment last minute and was refused entry due to an under-25 age policy. This was not clearly highlighted during the booking process, which is unacceptable for a rule that results in being denied access. Staff initially made it seem like an exemption or refund might be possible, but the manager was not helpful or understanding, and neither was offered. Being turned away on the day left me scrambling for alternative accommodation. I would strongly advise anyone under 25 to double-check before booking (on the fine print )

- Booked 2 rooms and they cut me off when i couldnt find the property so i had to book another hotel room
+ This is the worst hotel company and I mean this with absolute honesty to stay clear of them. I didnt even gain access to the hotel, they take your money ask you to bank transfer £350 they then send you a fake I novice. They then ask for your passport details and lots of sensitive information including your guest. The customer service is extremely bad. I’ve never given a hotel a bad review ever but this company gives off scan vibes and very surprised booking.com list them. All now I haven’t even been issued a refund for an error they made. Further they also charge an extra £100 for a damage fee. Please guys stay clear from this company

- They way this is handled opens it up to a very high risk of fraud. They ask for a massive deposit - akin to taking on a rental agreement. But for just one night??? Chances of getting that back in full and seamlessly??? . No reference to this is made at time of booking. Booking.com should have no association with them - but would not refund me.

+ Excellent spacious appartment
- More coffee tea and milk, slightly confusing to get into the property. The view in the add is misleading as it is of tue walkie talkie, nit tue Shard.
+ Very bare minimum facilities , good location .it’s okay for few days.

+ I loved the usual apartment I have here, always an amazing stay in apartment No.1. Great facilities and very comfortable
- Check out time is slightly too early but won’t affect my future stays here

- Noisy upstairs, people jumping and running about until late. Lots of chair noises on floor.

- Kommunikasjon med eier/utleier var ganske krevende. Vi var 5 voksne personer som kunne ikke dusje på grunn av feil med vanntrykk. Eier har reagert slik at han er "registrert" saken. og slik det var 5 dager uten at problemet ble løst. Dette var en katastrofalt useriøst oppfølging av eiere, og anbefales ikke å leie dette stedet.
The location was OK Communication with the owner/leader was quite demanding. We were 5 adults who could not shower due to a water pressure problem. Eier has reacted in such a way that he "registered" the matter. and so it was 5 days without the problem being solved. This was a catastrophically serious follow up by the owner, and it is not recommended to leie dette stedet.

+ The location was the best part and that’s probably where it stops.
- The bed was hard, lumpy and no support like it was years old. One pillow per person pillows were thin like pancakes. Hair dryer was only one temperature - cold. On our last day house keeping came and cleaned room but took our toilet paper when we tried to contact hotel through guest portal to get toilet paper that house keeping took - no answer.
+ Ein klasse Appartement über zwei Etagen, unten der Wohnbereich, oben Couch und TV. Der Balkon bietet viel Platz und ist für Raucher optimal, da man nicht jedesmal das Gebäude verlassen muss. Kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt's bei der Lüftung der Klimaanlage und den Balkondielen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr gering.
- Hausnummer 49 ist ganz unten an der Lower Thames Street, die 47 direkt oben an Monument Station. Das ist bei der Anreise etwas verwirrend...

+ Excellent location, just a one minute walk from Monumnet Tube and easy access to plenty of places from the apartment.
- The apartment itself needs repairs and maintainance kept up with. There were several things that needed replacing or fixing which let down the whole property. The mattress also wasn’t very comfy to sleep on, very firm hard mattress which you struggle to get comfortable on. Pillows are also thin.
