- Pessima pior pessoas que vá me comuniquei na minha vida! Os alemão não são gentis. Fui pra fazer um passeio de canoa mas as canoas não pode ser usadas e eles não colocam no site! Só podemos entrar às 5h da tarde, é. Primeira vez da minha vida que entro em um hotel esse horário. Eles não disponibilizam toalhas.

+ Nothing, especially the guy at reception during checkin. He was chatting with a girl and did not give priority to checkin. I had to interrupt the long chatter, but it was taken badly by the guy. He game me a bad look and said aggressively that he was dealing with a customer. (a lie as I understood some of the conversation). A message to management: CHECKING BEFORE CHATTING!!!

- I didn't have breakfast because I was ill. So, I had a coffee and 2 glasses of juice. The coffee was too light and the juice horrible. I made a ham 'n cheese sandwich and took it with me to eat later. The guy at reception covered with tattoos wanted me to pay 7 € and was very unpleasant, a kind of a racist guy. Because I refused to pay, he witheld my dorm key deposit. Shame to you!!! I had to insist to get my money back after having a very long conversation with the manager. As I checked in late, I had my dinner late (around 11 PM) in the restaurant which was closed for service. The guy at reception came in and switched off the lights. I finished my dinner in the dark. What a horrible place to stay in!!! NB: Note there is no free parking as stated on booking.com website and there are restrictions to visit the area. No places of interest in the neighbourhood. By the way, you can rent a studio with a kitchenette for 60€ about 12 km away.

- acceuil inadmissible, on vous parle comme a un chien, la madame est horrible avec tout le monde ( on a exhange avec pas mal d' autres guests, tous on le meme ressenti) par ailleur reservation d'une chambre pour 6, on se retrouve splitte alors que nous avons eu confirmation de la chambre l'etat de la chambre, odeur de chaussette ambiance vinaigre, les portes des chambres font un bruit terrible pas de parking, super cher pour un dortoir, accueil de merde, horaires completemznt fumes checkin a 17h lol, check out a 10h max , super franchement une honte

+ Rien n’est à conseiller dans cet établissement, il n’y a pas de parking pour la clientèle on est obliger de marché 5 minutes à pieds une fois la voiture garer.

- Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant, je dirais même un peu raciste, lors de mon arrivé je me fais agresser par un hôte masculin de l’établissement car je gare ma voiture dans le parking pensant réserver à la clientèle. Il y a des souris dans les faux murs

- rivedere i guarnizioni dei porte .gira tanto aria non ho potuto dormire il primo giorno finché ho cambiato stanza. mancano vassoio per mettere la roba da mangiare per evitare le andate e ritorno per niente e non costano nulla. colazione avara .
