Terrible customer service, and as a frequent traveller this was unfortunately a bad experience. I don't usually try to leave negative comments but after a simple mix up with booking I was completely ignored for customer service support in any way by the hostel team. I would recommend other hostels in the area.
Hay demasiado ruido en las habitaciones, además el hecho de que no hay más espacio en la nevera supone un problema, y la ubicación está demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad, lo que dificulta los desplazamientos, lo que significa que gastamos una cierta cantidad de dinero.
There is too much noise in the rooms, plus the fact that there is no more space in the fridge is a problem, and the location is too far from the city center, which makes traveling difficult, which means we spend a certain amount of money.
First impression on arrival the room didn’t have a key so everyone has access to it. I didn’t feel safe. Very small locker under the bed which doesn’t fit anything. You have to pay 5euro for another locker. There is no window in the room no clear air, only air conditioner and mouldy smell. No outdoor space where to hang the your wet towel and bikini. Management team was rude after I expressed disappointment. Only Veronica on reception was nice and kind!

Avoid at all costs. Forced to pay a circa £50 deposit which was not returned due to my group making noise (in a ‘party’ hostel). Beds very fragile- when climbing the ladder the whole bunk bed can easily topple over which is not very friendly after a few beers. No negotiation with staff over the issues we raised with the place. this day was absolutely terrible. There was a homeless man I broke into the hostel and slept in my bed. He harassed my friend and I we are 20 year old girls. Not only that, but there were bugs in my bed. The Hostel was disgusting. We left at 4 AM on the first night, and could not make it through the night, because the place was so disgusting. I called the next day since I had to purchase another hotel room elsewhere and requested a refund and they refused to give it to me. The service was awful
Cero recomendable. Ambiente raro, gente mayor con problemas de alcohol, que se le pierde cosas y vómitan en la cosina. Yo fui agredida verbal y culpada de robar. Gente que vive ahí y no son turistas. Por lo tanto, más o menos había que estar sujeto a sus reglas.
Zero recommended. odd environment, elderly people with alcohol problems, who lose things and vomit in the kitchen. i was verbally assaulted and found guilty of stealing. people who live there and are not tourists. therefore, more or less had to be subject to their rules.
Les photos sont vraiment trompeuses. L’établissement était très malpropre , désuet et non sécuritaire. Aucune sécurité pour la chambre seulement pour femme. N’importe qui pouvait rentrer dans la chambre sans clés. Seulement 1 douche fonctionnait sur 4 et il manquait souvent de papier de toilette dans les deux seules cabines pour femmes. La cuisine était très petite et très encombrée, peu pratique pour cuisiner. J’ai dû quitter dans le milieu de mon séjour sans être rembours�...
The photos are really misleading. The establishment was very messy, outdated and unsafe. No security for the women-only room. Anyone could enter the room without keys. Only 1 shower was functional out of 4 and toilet paper was often missing in the only two women's cabins. The kitchen was very small and very cluttered, impractical to cook. I had to leave in the middle of my living room without being reimbursed for the remaining nights.
Not was expected at all
The hostel is okay. It is not very secure and the reception is not 24hrs, we checked out in the early hours and nobody was there and we did not get the deposit back. You have a locker key and that is it, access to the property is open pretty much all day meaning anyone can wander in or out. It’s okay for a quick stop but I wouldn’t want to have stayed longer.

Lo bueno: Instalaciones nuevas, servicios muy completos. Lo malo: no tiene ventilacion ni iluminación natural 🌱 en todo el interior.

Great place! In a good location it is a 45 min walk to center but there is a bus stop right outside and there are many food options along the way as well. Beds had curtains and lights inside the lockers worked well and were quite big. Everything was cleaned every night. The atmosphere was very lively. Showers and bathrooms were great. Checkout is 12pm. Staff was very kind and helpful. Free towels.

I really recommend this place, plenty of interesting people u can meet. It’s very well equipped and clean.
I would say that it’s an okay hostel. The beds in the female dorm were very comfortable. Since there no windows in the hostel, there an unpleasant smell, especially in the rooms. It was so humid in the room that your towel wouldn’t dry. They provide a towel, which is amazing, but it smell horrid. The fridge was so cold, it froze half of my food :(

We loved our stay, we had been super well received.
Great beds and privacy, great kitchen area and sitting area, bathrooms are a bit dated weird damp smells near the bathroom not a lot of ventilation. Very central only a 10min bus rise away from great beaches.

The place is well located, in a safe area, and the rooms and kitchen are well equipped, which made my stay comfortable. However, the showers lacked privacy and space to hang clothes or towels. There was also a strong smell coming from the shower drains.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The reception staff were lovelyyyyy and made me feel so welcome. Beds have curtains for great privacy, and lockers with locks are a big plus. The atmosphere was super chill, kitchen facilities were solid, towels provided, and the location was perfect. Only downside—no hooks inside the showers which was a bit annoying, but everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely stay again!
Would definitely recommend staying here. My friend and I had previously stayed in many other hostels and this one really made an effort to create a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms are great with lots of privacy and the staff where super friendly and amazing.
