Rooms and cleanliness were fine. Its ridiculous to ask for a fee to use the common kitchen. When i was booking through hostelworld there was an option to pay after arrival. The day before my stay i recieved an email saying i had to pay through facilities website. If i wanted to use other websites i wouldn't have booked on hostelworld. I would not recommend the place overall.
The worst hostel I have ever stayed at. It was disgusting. The beds were covered in hairs and stains. The room was dirty and contained the bare minimum. There were 3 toilets on the floor. One of them was out of order. And only two showers. And of course they were not very clean. The toilets smelled of urine. The whole hostel smelt sweaty, musty and stuffy. Like a window needed to be opened. The staff were not incredibly friendly. Overall terrible value for money unless you like living in filth.
Estaba todo muy sucio, la mini sala común olía siempre a cebolla y subía el olor a las habitaciones. La cocina sucia nivel dios,la recepcionista de la mañana me pidió 3 euros por un café que en la carta indica 2.50. Las habitaciones no me quejo es un hostel y están decentes aunque no tiene luz individual. Todo son escaleras y está lejos del centro, lo único cerca es la estación. Everything was very dirty, the mini common room always smelled of onion and the smell was going up to the rooms. the kitchen was dirty to the level of god, the receptionist of the morning asked me for 3 euros for a coffee which on the card says 2.50. the rooms are no me complains it is a hostel and are decent although it does not have individual lighting. everything is stairs and is far from the center, the only thing nearby is the station. they should treat the customers with a minimum of polit...
It isn't a nice place, the rooms and the common spaces were unkempt. The courtains were'nt big enough for the window and neither dark. All common areas and the floor were dirty. The beds were ok, but didn't compensate. We had towels in the bedroom, but the showers weren't clean. The cleaning service was about 11AM, which was also the check-out time, so taking a shower was not an option. Hello, As I entered hostel in the evening I came across a drunk guy going around.On reception they gave me a key for 6 bed dorm instead of 4 bed dorm and they had no knowledge about it until I showed them proof. I went to room that stink badly ,person on the down bed with his stuff in a huge pile around the bed looks like he lives there and you can hear the duo snoring .After 2 hours of trying to sleep I went to reception to ask for another room and see if it gets any better.It didn't...
The reception girl was unpleasant, she didn't even take her time to explain to us, very arrogant, very embered, she really spoils the image of the hostel, the owner hard to see the employees again, it's a shame

A shame, the reception girls were very badly educated, they treated us badly, my first bad experience in a hostel, the coffin and bathrooms are very dirty, it has no safe place to keep my belongings, the cleaning ladies made a mistake and when I got to my room there was a man sleeping on my bed and my bags were gone, when they came down to the reception they were there and my belongings were gone, then I realize they opened my backpack and they never recognized him or apologized.
We booked it for my friend and me. The location is okay. The beds in the dormitory were not clean at all—they were full of hair, smelled bad, and the bed sheets had not been changed. There was a blood spot on the bed sheet and on the wall near the bed. My friend also found a used condom under his bed. I asked to change the room and felt sick. The receptionist was not friendly to me. However, she did give me another bed in the female dormitory. There is no lift, and the stairs are comfortable. ...
nei dettagli della struttura ricettiva, stava scritto che in camera ci sarebbe stato il phon e cosi non è stato! oltre alla sporcizia generale, il wc, il lavandino e un pezzo di finestra erano praticamente distrutti. il termosifone del bagno non si poteva regolare e non si riusciva a respirare...il tessuto della struttura del letto era impregnata da ormai tanto tempo di chissà che liquidi dato che le chiazze erano rossastre/marroni. per essere "safe"stay non mi è sembrato safe per i barboni
in the details of the accommodation structure, it was written that there would have been a phone in the room and so it was not! in addition to the general dirt, the toilet, the sink and a piece of window were practically destroyed. the bathroom thermostat could not be adjusted and one could not breathe...the fabric of the bed structure was impregnated for so long by who knows what liquids since the slits were reddish/brown. to be "safe"stay not seemed safe to me for the barbarians
This was, frankly, the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were consistently rude and made the stay deeply unpleasant.The entire business model relies on charging extra for everything, including basic necessities like a hair dryer and even baggage storage after checkout.Furthermore, the facilities were unacceptable: there is no lift, and both the washrooms and beds were unclean. Given the poor service and hygiene, this hostel is massively overpriced. Avoit this place if possible.

Opzich prima hostel, we hadden een kamer met 4 bedden geboekt maar werden in een kamer met 2 bedden geplaatst, voor ons kwam dit dus er goed uit maar de kamer zelf was wel erg oud en leek wat viezig, maar qua locatie en de rest is het een prima hostel!

It was perfekt stay
Sehr angenehmer aufenthalt, frühstück war quch sehr lecker. Anfangs schwer zu finden gewesen. Mitarbeiter warrn sehr freundlich.
Very pleasant stay, breakfast was very delicious. at first it was hard to find. staff were very friendly.
I’m so glad I came back to this hostel as vibes here are consistently good. Like everyone speaks english v good and t’s so helpful that they have a diverse, multi-language staff. Specifically, Karina speaks some Spanish, which made communication much easier and more personal. booked here bc i expected to have curtain in my bed as it was shown in the pics but got open bed, no curtain, no privacy at all. there was hair on the bed. no curtain on window. blanket was dirty. locker can be opened after using padlock. door room cannot be closed from outside. everything else was good. bathroom clean. receptionist kind and informative. location good, close to train station.
Faltaba limpieza en los baños, mi mochila de viaje no entraba en los loquers, el ambiente en mi habitacion era malo (huespedes comian y dejaban olor en la habitacion, ropa por todas partes, hablaban por telefono despues de las 22:00) no habia enchufe en las camas, me tuve que mantemer en pie en una esquina de la habitacion 1 hora antes de acostarme para cargar mi telefono.
There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms, my travel bag didn't fit in the locker rooms, the atmosphere in my room was bad (guests ate and smelled in the room, clothes everywhere, they talked on the phone after 10pm), there was no plug in the beds, I had to stand in a corner of the living room 1 hour before going to bed to charge my phone.
Yo! This place is spotless and genuinely welcoming. Kitchen? equipped. Staff? more than perfect. A huge thank you to the reception manager, Caterina she is absolutely incredible and makes sure everything runs perfectly. She’s a total superstar! Also, a quick shoutout to Bianca. Thanks for facilitating me important things like... salt, you're the best, even tho I'm 99% percent sure you wanted to steal my super cool slippers. No but seriously, 10/10 stay, will definitely be back.
Female room was spacious, warm and clean but I can’t say that for the bathrooms. I found a bed bug on my sheets :(

A experiência no hostel foi dececionante. Apesar da boa localização, é difícil de encontrar. O check-in correu bem e pudemos guardar as malas, mas sem segurança. O quarto era apertado, com camas no meio do espaço e poucas casas de banho. Tomadas não funcionavam, limpeza insuficiente e áreas comuns sujas. Apesar das camas confortáveis, barulho e falta de higiene tornaram a estadia negativa.
The experience without the hostel was disappointing. Despite the good location, it is hard to find. The check-in went well and we were able to store the bags, but without security. The room was tight, with beds in the middle of the space and few bathrooms. Tomatoes did not work, insufficient cleaning and common areas were dirty. Despite the comfortable beds, noise and lack of hygiene became a negative stage.

Limpieza de baños regular. Ubicación aceptable.
Cleanliness of regular bathrooms. acceptable location.
Everything is good but provided lockers are very small and have less number of washrooms for the number of people on each floor
