Hostel Cico

Der Raum war viel zu klein, ich habe mich garnicht wohl gefühlt. Die Koffer muss man ins Schließfach packen weil sonst absolut kein Platz ist. Es gibt nur die Badezimmer in den Schlafzimmern sonst nichts. Teilweise musste man lange warten bis man duschen konnte. Die Toilette war verstopft und ist übergegangen und beim Duschen stand das Wasser im Bad und ist nicht abgelaufen. Zudem war das Waschbecken sehr dreckig. Personal war nett.

Family run. Good value for the money. If you want a cheap place just to stay for 1 night, then here is good. Bedroom area is quite small, however locker size is good. Kitchen is tiny - only 1/2 people at a time. Kitchen can only be used from 1pm - 9pm however there is a small fridge outside the kitchen to use). Breakfast is available for a small fee. Small living room/dining room area but not much of an area to hang out and socialise. Very Clean!

Positive : - very good localisation - curtains w/ beds - they give you towel Negative: - 0 commun area - 0 social vibe - owners are cold - they don’t really clean so the bathroom ( for minimum 6 people) is dirty

No atmosphere. Just a place to sleep. Cheap, thats fine. But not a place to meet people.

Nel dormitorio i letti a castello erano troppo vicini. Non si riusciva a passare. E l'ambiente risultava soffocante

The kind of hostel where the staff was so apathetic and unapproachable that my whole experience of the city was off. Also they provided me with wrong and highly inconvenient information, which cost me an entire day of my trip.

En suite bathrooms in an 8 bed dormitory are never a good idea. Always go with separate toilets …. Especially if it’s a mixed dorm!!!

Friendly hosts, good location. The 6 sleeper room felt a bit tight for 6 guests. Comfortable bed.

Heel gezellig hostel, prachtig gelegen. Op 5 minuutjes stappen berg af is er een parking waar ik heel makkelijk kon parkeren. De hosts zijn super vriendelijk en doen echt hun best om het huiselijk te maken. De kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant, maar sowieso zijn de huizen heel klein daar. Sowieso is Girokaster een top plek om te bezoeken en bij cico ben je bij een goed adres ☺️

I loved the hostel, the family running it was so nice, they gave me amazing recommendations for good and sightseeing and also I got shared some burek they made purely out of kindness. Decently clean and comfy beds, great view from lower balcony. Would recommend for sure.

Clean and chill hostel, good to calm down for a while. Everybody is so friendly and the City Center is close. Would come back, really good price as well! :)

Lovely family run, boutique accomodation, close to the Old Town bazaar and all the tourist attractions. Family is very helpful too with tourist attractions

Staff were super friendly, and the location was close to the Old Town Bazaar. The bed was comfortable, and each one had curtains for privacy along with its own outlet to charge devices. Lockers were really big and secure, and they even provided a free towel to use. The A/C in the rooms worked great (when it wasn't turned off by other guests *eyeroll*). Each room shared one bathroom, which was fine, though it would have been nice if soap had been included. Overall, the facilities were good.

Affordable option, really close to the center, nice beds with curtains and big lockers. The kitchen is tiny and max 1 person can cook there at a time, which is not ideal for a hostel, the common area is not very good and the owners don‘t speak a lot of English. But value for money is quite good

Small fridge but there is always room Family house with two (or 3?) rooms for dormitories/travellers, they are all quite cute and helpful!

Charmante maison d'hôte avec belle vue sur le château, propriétaires adorables, serviables et avec qui on a pu discuter sur leur terrasse ! Les chambres sont parfaitement propres, tous les détails sont soignés, des rideaux aux lits nous permettent de garder de l'intimité et on dispose de grands casiers. La salle de bain dans chaque chambre est spacieuse et propre. Enfin, la localisation est exceptionnelle, à littéralement 2 minutes du cœur du Bazaar !! Je vous recommande les yeux fermé...

If your social battery is drained or you’re not looking for a party hostel, this is the place for you! It was pretty clean, very quiet, and very hard to meet people. That’s not necessarily a bad thing if it fits your vibe! It gets super hot at night and I’m not fully convinced the AC works. Defo didn’t sleep well but was at least able to rest.

Im Hostel war alles super. Es war alles sauber und die Mitarbeitet waren total nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Vorhänge am Bett und einen eigenen großen Schrank zum Abschließen, wo auch der Rucksack reinpasst. Top Lage, alles fußläufig ins historische Zentrum aber ruhig. Wir hatten etwas im Hostel vergessen und die Besitzerin hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und es uns mit dem nächsten Busfahrer nachgeschickt, mega nett!

Very cute hostel. It’s simple but all the necessities are there. Not a huge social space but it works.

Great hostel, super nice host, very nice rooms and bed with air conditioner, and great people!
