The Hosteller Mussoorie, Mall Road

Even though this hostel is a bit difficult to reach, I had a great stay here. It's clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

Great place to be if you love socialising!

Private room was clean, however the bathroom and the rest smelled strongly of sewage and air fresheners only added scent on top. Also the mattress was horrible, with no padding and springs clearly felt all over. It was impossible to find a comfortable position, and we had aches, pains, and almost bruises in the morning. I actually checked under the sheet to see if the springs were exposed... Otherwise the place was clean, with a good location and friendly staff

Great space, pretty clean and nicely taken care of. Staff was helpful in checking me in. Unfortunately sleeping was very difficult because the cafeteria was blasting trap music late at night. Also the dorm was noisy with other travelers who were smoking inside the dorms which was very disturbing.

the stay was very convenient and comfortable. we really enjoyed staying here. the view is really amazing from here. Special thanks to Sunil and Mohit for their cooperation and help with our iternary and other stuffs.

It was nice stay at this property of the Hosteller. I would definitely say staff at this hostel is extremely helpful. You will not face any issues. Location is good, walking distance from Mall Road in Mussoorie. When you are in Mussoorie, you should give it a try.

Das Hostel liegt direkt am Berghang und man hat einen super Ausblick... es ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker:)

Very good place and comfortable bed and nice view and nice food friendly staff

Property is conveniently located near Mall Road. We arrived early while it was still dark, so locating exact spot was a bit challenging. Shouldn’t be a prob in daylight. Overall stay was quite pleasant. Hostel is divided into two blocks, A and B. Manager and staff were all friendly, polite, always available to assist. Washrooms in dorms were clean, common areas were spacious, Wi-Fi was reliable on each floor, snacks from hostel's cafe were decent. Common washroom of Block A can be improved.

Really comfy beds! Quite cold in dorms (travelled in January). The room was next to the cafe and it played music from 7am which was disturbing. The views from the hostel are stunning and location is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful

Staying at The Hosteller, Mussoorie, for 7 days was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I stepped into the cozy yet vibrant ambiance, I knew I had made the right choice. Here’s what made my stay unforgettable:

I didn’t have a good experience with your team. First, the staff was quite rude. When I tried to reach out, they ignored me. When I asked why there weren't more gaming options, one staff member interrupted and said they couldn’t do anything about it, then left the conversation. Additionally, a group next to my room played loud music at night, and despite informing both them and the hotel staff, I received no response.

Excellent stay! Definitely recommend!

Hosteller almost 2 km from main Picture Palace bus stand, an easy walk along Mall Road. Its 1.5 km from town center, not 0.38 km as stated. Good views from terrace. Competent staff, good place to chill, not far outside town. Hand soap, toilet paper, hot water, extra washroom, sink. Restaurant, work area, good wifi, quiet. Hosteller a couple hundred meters PAST Ropeway. No signage. Go down side path, ask for beech wood estate. Not "right off malli toad" as stated. U will have to wander a bit.
