The Moon Hostel Huahin

Conveniently centrally located but the road facing rooms have no soundproofing, I couldn't sleep because of the sound of traffic. Luckily there was an empty dorm which I was able to switch to. The place has no atmosphere but it's clean and cheap.

good location just a quick walk to the party area and the beach, we felt safe but the building was extremely hot considering how steep the stairs were. mostly it felt abandoned and even though the staff were very friendly, they were impossible to get ahold of until around 11am. the road in front os very busy smd the walls were paper thin so you head all of the traffic and anyone talking in the next room. i wouldnt recommend this place.

Zimmer war super und alles sauber, Dachterasse klnnte man wieder etwas schöner machen zum wohlfühlen und entspannen aber sonst alles super :)

So I stayed there in the low season so i don't know how the high season is, but i was basically alone with one other girl that joined me on the second night, but yeah pretty lonely. But the location was good, it's a short walk to the beach and you are directly in the night market which is really nice. The only problem for me was, that i saw a huge cockroach crawling across the kitchen floor while i was eating my snacks from the market there, so not great, but everything seemed really clean.

Nice hostel, very friendly woman working there! The roof terrace could have been very cool but it looked a bit neglected. Other than that it was a pleasant stay :)

The reading light above my bed didn’t work and the Wi-Fi could be better, but overall I had a great stay. The staff was kind, the bed very comfy, and everything super clean. A few suggestions: thicker blankets, bigger towels, and maybe someone who speaks English for special requests. Still, I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend it!

not a lot of people even thinks a big building so there’s not much of a chance to be social. nice rooms (stayed in a 4 bed female only) with a good bed, the ac worked weird but ok

They give me an upgrade that I really appreciate! The property is really nice and also the terrace. Bathroom were cleaned however there were some ants in the room. Afterall, if I go back to Hua Hin I will stay here

Great location! There’s a kitchen you can bring your own food:) room is a lil dark just dim lights but great very clean

I really enjoyed my stay here. I wish the smoking area was more looked after as it has so much potential

Good Hostel, In recommend a stay there. It's Clean and near by the beach. During my time thereit was easy to get to know new people because of the Common room and the kitchen.

Great location, you are within easy walking distance from the beach and some lovely markets! Perfectly fine room with balcony and window. Helpful to have the kitchen and common space with lots of light. Filtered water was great and the laundry machine was very helpful too.

Great place to stay. They thought about every detail. There are signs explaining what to do everywhere. Very helpful. Also the communal areas are very clean, thanks to the cleaning lady who is was doing an amazing job. Bathroom is very clean. Very spacious property. Nice view. Bright .many places to sit and work. Everything is explained. I like the fact that the lockers are inside the rooms. Jenny the owner very courteous ,helpful and accommodating.There is free drinking water, cutlery,hot water

Lovely staff and hostel. Only killer was the stairs as I was on the 4th floor! Had good kitchen and shared spaces, and good bathroom facilities too. Jenny was a lovely host! Only downside was that I saw a couple cockroaches, which I’m terrified of, luckily none in my room though!

Ich hatte hier im The Moon Hostel Hua Hin ein super Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so wie es Beschrieben worden ist auf Hostelworld. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Wer in Hua Hin ist sollte umbedingt in diesds Hostel. Es ist zentral gelegen alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, ansonsten nimmt man ein Grab oder TuckTuck. Neben an befindet sich die Busstation „Clock Tower“ sofern man weiter Reisen möchte zB. in den Süden nach Thailand. xx joya

lovely hostel in the heart of Hua Hin. The owners don't speak English very well, but are super nice and almost immediately available. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and the location is amazing (10 min walk to the beach and right across a nightmarket). For socializing this might not be the best place, as we were practically the only ones staying there during 4 nights. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a clean, calm, centred and nice hostel.

Convenient location near beach, near night market(right across the street). Just not sure of where to find local taxi transport and staff couldn't really give good directions. Bluport a bit far to get to and motorcycle drivers overcharge. Female dorm was nice and cosy and private. For passing through a really good choice.

The hostel is in a great location 10 mins walk to the beach, also the nightmarket is just across the road. The staff have been extremely helpful and the hostel is very clean. It has a kitchen area, with a place to chill and relax with many sockets to charge phones etc. I only booked for 3 nights, but it's been so good have booked another 5 nights.
