Mint Hostel

L'établissement est très très sale, on est certainement dans un niveau avancé d'insalubrité. C'est aussi un établissement très mal conçu ou n'importe qui peut rentrer, il n'y a pas de séparation de sexe dans les chambres et l'organisation des locaux est désastreuse.

Worst hostel ever, had to go back due to poor planning and truely would never do again would rather pay the extra money just to not stay here. Rooms and facilities are dirty and uncomfortable. Kitchen consists of fridge and microwave. Vibes are bad, staff are unprofessional and rude. I also has something stolen. Not a good experience 0/10

This hostel is DISGUSTING! Trash overflowing in every single room, in the bathrooms, and in the dorms. The “social area” is absolutely miserable and pathetic. There is no kitchen, only a small fridge, people have to wash dishes in the bathroom sinks. The “staff” here were seemingly volunteers and were ridiculously apathetic, lazy, and rude. The worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. There was only 2 small toilets and 2 small showers to share between every women in the hostel. Which meant it was always dirty and disgusting. It wasn’t a 10 bed mixed. Actually a 12 bed mixed dorm. Ants everywhere. There was no kitchen like it stated. No sink, so everyone had to wash their dishes in the bathroom sink. I was sick and ended up getting worse just staying there. Was meant to spend 6 nights there. After 2 nights, I left to somewher...

Muy sucio, importante a saber, hasta las 14:00 horas no hay NADIE EN RECEPCION, ni para dejar el equipaje ni NADA, por lo que si vas a llegar fuera de las horas de check in vas a quedar barado sin respuestas y sin tener donde dejar equipaje

Llegamos a la hora del check in y no había nadie, luego nos llevaron a nuestro cuarto de 8 camas, pero estaba conectado a otro de 12 en donde las personas tenían que entrar a mi cuarto y luego abrir la puerta del de ellos y entrar, muy ruidoso y dejaban la puerta siempre abierta. No dieron sábanas para el colchón ni funda para la almohada, la cama estaba con manchas y solo daban una cobija. Solo hay un baño para todo el hostal y se nota que no lo limpian regularmente ya que estaba muy sucio...

Very dirty common area, bathroom and “kitchen”. Kitchen is a fridge, microwave and a dirty shelf with a few dishes. You have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, and you’re lucky if they supply a sponge. So there’s also a lot of food in the bathroom sink. Hardly any staff present, doors left open all day and late at night sometimes and doors to rooms don’t lock. Luggage storage is leaving your bags on the floor of the common area..which is accessible to the public most of the day.

top hostel aardige mensen, heel dijn personeel. was een klein ding met een ander gast, maar werd geegeel goed opgelost voelde me heel veilig. badkamer schoon, alleen de douches zijn koud. dat is wel een heel groot nadeel. perfect strand op 3 minuten lopen, iets verder van old town maar wel lekker rustig.

Great staff, but the place overall was on the lower end of hostels I’ve visited. The only benefits were the cost and beach/sea distance. Beds creaked loudly, bathroom shower was hard to hang clothes in, room itself was under construction/improvements while I was there. Basically no kitchen and not a very inviting common space

Close to the beach! Perfect for a more chill vibe! Staff was super awesome and cleaning of hostel was done every single day!

The common area is só much tiny, so that it's difficult to interact with other guests. There's no kitchen, just a refrigerator and a counter for preparing food. There's no sink, and they ask you to wash dishes in the bathroom, which I found quite strange. There are also very strict rules about gathering at the hostel entrance, which is the only place where smoking is allowed, since the entire hostel is indoors.

Over all good but its sad that they don't have a stove in the common area and the showers are wierd to use cuz you can't take your stuff with you inside cuz of the small space but it was fine. over all its ok and the staff is amazing(give the girl at the recepion a bonus for how nice she is)

Nothing special. Wierd layout. A solid bit away from main part of split. Staff were fine. Bathrooms were never really clean. Had to walk through one room to get to another so people walking in and out 24/7. Missing a better common room aswell. It’s alright. But didn’t do it for me.

Was fine for me for a three night stay, but not amazing. It’s a cheap hostel however so what do you expect. The location is good, staff were friendly, great WiFi (in the 16 bed dorm at least) and I was provided with a spacious locker. Other people staying there felt safe, respectful and friendly. There unfortunately is no kitchen and no sink in the common area so you’re forced to wash them in the bathroom. This was pretty unhygienic and it also meant I had to eat out which wasn’t ideal. Amazing Hostel In Split not far from the Central Bus Station and few steps away from the Beach. The place is in a good conditions, nice beds. I would recommend the place for short stays max 3 nights.

se pasaron un poco en llenar de literas la habitación que me tocó (la otra estaba mejor), ya que eran 8 literas (16 camas) que llenaban prácticamente toda la estancia. Cada litera de 2 camas estaba literalmente a 50 cm. de la de al lado. de las 8 literas sobraban 3 ó 4 para ser un sitio aceptable. En cuanto a las duchas, cada una es un cubículo súper reducido que supone un horno y casi no poder moverse. Por lo demás, muy bien la atención personal y el ambiente del lugar.

I would say it's place at this price except kitchen everything staff is really friendly in day and night time I would love to stay here again and it's 4 mins from beach.

I was staying in split together with a friend for 3 nights. The employees were really friendly and all in all I can’t relate the rather bad feedback for the hostel. We had a really great time, met nice people and the cleanliness is absolutely alright for the price we paid. The hostel ist really in a prime position. You can walk to the party scene, the beach and several football/basketball/tennis courts. It’s 10/10 for the price you pay. We enjoyed our stay

Walk in to see food scraps and empty food packets lying around the common area and hostel room. And bathrooms messy. Empty pizza box left there for days & full bins. Bed, sheets, and pillows look and feel as though they are 20 years old. The thing you get to cover yourself with could hardly be called a sheet, almost like a kids sleeping bag. Wifi is bad and doesn’t last. Form layout is terrible, not enough room to actually open up your suitcase. Especially if you are given a top bunk.

NO SINK IN THE 'KITCHEN'? you have to wash you dishes in the bathroom sink so they are gross. not much room to sit in the common area so you just kind of stand around. bring your own dishes and cutlery too
