Primeira coisa a mudar,é preciso melhorar o atendimento,tem que ter uma boa organização referente a limpeza e ao bem estar do cliente,por exemplo o ar condicionado só funciona por algumas horas e o cliente tem direito de usufruir do ar-condicionado enquanto estiver no dormitório,e isso n existe neste hotel,o cliente não consegue usufruir do ar condicionado durante a noite porque só dura algumas horas ligado.
The stay was OK. The rooms were rather small and didn’t have privacy curtain but there wasn’t much to choose from. The location was good.
This hostel was super creepy. We (couple) heard random sounds from the hallway and felt very uncomfortable. There is no staff and it gave us a unpleasant, eerie feeling. Location is great but definitely not worth it.
The place could be ok overall BUT no kitchen so it's impossible to make even a breakfast. I had a terrible experience as a female solo traveller I didn't feel safe and I was awake all night waiting for the end of my stay. Because of the empty reception and the beers at the coffee machine from 9pm it becomes a weird place with drunk people all around. My 50 yo roommate was smoking in the room and drinking and all was smelling of alcohol and I was scared. If you're female DON'T GO

Olá, eu fiz a minha reserva para chegar em segurança na cidade de Coimbra para um evento na universidade de Coimbra. Tive um problema no agendamento, e agendei para um dia depois da minha chegada. Só que ao chegar em Coimbra eu não consegui contato com o hostel, eles não tem ninguém na recepção do hostel, por isso, tive que aguardar mais de 6 horas do lado de fora até resolver ir para outro hotel. Eu paguei 150 EUROS em outro hotel, muito mais caro que eu reservei por aqui. Não usei e ...
No bed lights. No curtains round bed. Inadequate bedding (1 blanket). Filthy bathroom. No kettle.
El acceso es fata. Una doble puerta, cuándo se cierra una se pueda abrir la otra. Entre ambas un espacio de 0,40x0,80 metros. El chico de la recepción es un prepotente, si te quejas de algo se encara y busca el enfrentamiento. Mi habitación cuando llegué a las 16,00 h tenia una de las camas revuelta, sucia, y la papelera llena. Los cristales de la ventana llevan meses sin limpiar.... Y así todo.
La recepción no existe, llegas y tenes que comunicarte. Te mandan las indicaciones de acceso por mensaje. La ubicación muy buena, a pocos metros de la estación de tren. Baños bien eran varios y estaban limpios, pues no había casi nadie alojado en el hostel. Lo peor fue que la habitación qué nos asignaron tenía olor a cigarro y el aire acondicionado no andaba. Otra cosa negativa es que no tiene para cocinar ni utensilios de cocina. Solo un microondas y una heladera.

One of the best hostels in Europe
Pretty good rooms, washrooms were quite nice. Very clean. Hostel was also a great location. Our main issue was there was only a fridge and a microwave, no cutlery or anything for a kitchen.
Only one bathroom for the whole hostel and they were honestly really gross, but otherwise the hostel was very secure and in an amazing location, accessible walking to the main areas in just a few minutes. Staff was super nice and helpful, but hard to get ahold of because they aren't always at the desk. Wifi was relatively good, but not much seating/areas to socialize. Only a microwave and fridge in the kitchen

Good place to stay near city centre and the river. Friendly staff and overall very nice. Was slow season when I went so not very full, but people were happy to chat if you happened to run into them. Could do with a kitchen, but there are lots of eating out options close by as well. Would stay again.
Amazing price to value, looks bad from the outside facade but very nice tile work on the inside, staff was more than welcoming, make sure to text them ahead of time if you have any issues, maybe I could complain about the wifi? tbh you’re not in Coimbra to be on your phone, would go again
Good location, clean bedrooms with plugs and AC! Very pretty azulejos on the walls. We were a bit confused about the tourist tax to leave with our key cards but that’s it.
It’s was so good. The most comfortable beds, it’s clean, you get a free towel, there’s air conditioning in the bedrooms and the staff is so friendly. If you have any problems you can dm the staff at any time. Overall the location is perfect and we (two girls) were super happy with this hostel and felt really save.

Hostel muito bem localizado,contato somente por meio eletrônico WhatsApp a qual respondem prontamente, não há uma cozinha e nem utensílios, banheiros sempre limpos.

Muy normal, muy buena hubicacion. Sin personal aceptable, y limpieza correcto.
Very basic Hostel with really bad security..the doors to my room were impossible to lock. There were no lockers inside the room to lock my belongings so i had to just trust noone will steal from me. The rwceptionist was kind tho.
Large common area and bathroom. They only have mixed dorms and staff are only available on site at specific hours. For eating, microwave and fridge are available. No plates, cups or utensils. An electric plug and night light for each bed would be a nice touch.

La recepción no existe, llegas y tenes que comunicarte. Te mandan las indicaciones de acceso por mensaje. La ubicación muy buena, a pocos metros de la estación de tren. Baños bien eran varios y estaban limpios, pues no había casi nadie alojado en el hostel. Lo peor fue que la habitación qué nos asignaron tenía olor a cigarro y el aire acondicionado no andaba. No commun room, no staff at all
It’s a nice hostel with a good location. Train station is very close so are the other tourist attractions. Ideal for people who want to have their privacy and want a calm and peaceful stay.
