There was the first time I see a hostel charging for keeping the luggages in case of early checkin (before 3 p.m). There was never clear and was they charge 5 euros by piece. Unfortunately I arrived around 11 a.m and had to pay 15 euros for my three volumes. I was not expecting that cost but had no option but to pay as I needed to leave my things and ALL hostels I had stayed keep luggage for guests in case of early checkin. This policy is definitely not customer centric.
I would strongly advise staying away from this hostel. We booked two beds in the same dorm, but upon arrival, they split us into different rooms. While we tried to be understanding due to the busy season, the night turned into a nightmare. At 4:00 AM, my friend returned to her room only to find a complete stranger sleeping in her assigned bed. The reception’s incompetence forced her to pack her bags and move to a different room in the middle of the night. For the premium price we paid, the l...
Wir waren schon in vielen Hostels und das war das schlechteste bis her. Im Zimmer riecht es nach Schimmel, man sieht den Schimmel auch. Zudem riecht es extrem nach Rauch. Die Betten haben sich feucht angefühlt. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!! Vorallem nicht zu dem Preis.
We've been to many hostels and this was the worst one yet.The room smells of mold, you can see the mold too.It also smells extremely of smoke.The beds felt wet.No more to recommend!!Especially not for the price.
The baggage storage policies are beyond ridiculous. Storing my bags for an hour before and after checkin would cost more than then entire stay at the hostel. I wish I had spent my money at a hostel that wants to accommodate their guests. The rooms and location is good but so does nearly every other hostel with much more value.
I caught a male guest filming me from his bed, but one of the managers completely dismissed it as a 'MISUNDERSTANDING' and took no action. After this, I noticed bloodstains on my sheets and a filthy pillow; while I cannot confirm if these issues were linked, the overall experience was traumatic. I have photographic evidence of the unsanitary conditions to back this up. This hostel is unsafe, unsanitary, and the staff dismissive attitude is unacceptable—avoid at all costs.
Voleur !! J’ai laissé mon écharpe sur un porte manteau, j’ai demandé au personnel personne ne l’a vu, 2 jours après je parle avec une femme de ménage et elle me dis que quand ils trouvent des choses ils les mettent à la poubelle ! Merci ! De plus il faut payer 5€ pour laisser ses bagages, du jamais vu, et la wifi fonctionne très mal Je ne recommande pas
Thief!! i left my scarf on a coat rack, i asked the staff no one has seen it, 2 days later i talk to a cleaning lady and she tells me that when they find things they put them in the trash ! thank you ! plus you have to pay 5€ to leave your luggage, du jamais vu, and the wifi works very badly i don't recommend it
Me cobraron 5 euros por guardarme un abrigo por un par de horas después del check out, en total tuve que pagar 15 euros por una maleta, un back pack y un abrigo (5 euros cada uno). En otros hostales este servicio te lo dan gratis. Tenían un grupo de adolescentes en una clínica deportiva los que cada noche gritaban hasta la madrugada y nunca les llamaron la atención.
I was charged 5 euros for keeping a coat for a couple of hours after checking out, in total I had to pay 15 euros for a suitcase, a backpack and a coat (5 euros each). in other hostels this service is free. they had a group of teenagers in a sports clinic who every night screamed until dawn and never attracted attention.
La consigne bagage est payante, y compris pour les sacs à dos. Le personnel de l’accueil nous a dit que le Check out est à 13:30 et ensuite il nous ont fait payer la consigne bagage parce qu’en fait le checkout est à 11h00. The check-in baggage is payable, including for backpacks. The reception staff told us that the check-out is at 1:30 pm and then they made us pay for the check-out baggage because we did the check-out is at 11:00. they didn't want to admit their mistake to earn an extra 20... in the dorm there is no separation between the bathroom and the bedroom so you are forced to get out of the shower in front of everyone. privacy: zero. plus it's very noisy.
unfortunately i got bed bugs here. after 2.5 months traveling i thought i was invincible lol. switched rooms halfway through my stay due to booking last minute. one 8 bed had 3 bathrooms while the next 8 bed had 1. the beds aren’t ready till 5ish. my guess is the cleaning crew is understaffed and as a result not very thorough.

This is the best hostel ever I've stayed !!!! the localisation, the rooms everything was awesome!!! thank you for everything. If I will come Sevilla again, I will stay at here with no doubt.
Really nice hostel, nicely located. But it’s not an hostel in which you will have nice events or else works just like an hotel except that you will have to pay for some basics services. Like towels. Overall it was a nice stay
Modern and nice building/facilities. Not social at all. They charge you for everything like storing your bag and for using a towel. Feels like a money-grab compared to other places. Wouldn't recommend if you're travelling cheap and want to be social and meet people.
El hostal tiene muy buena ubicación, relación calidad- precio es buena. El baño estaba limpio y la habitación cómoda.

Staffs very helpful, hostel is very clean , and the location is convenient to reach all the attractions. Happy stayed there for 5 days.
Unfortunately, my stay was quite unpleasant. I was in Room 18, which has no window , no air ventilation. The air conditioning was turned off the entire time, making the room smell stinky and causing strong odors — likely from other guests’ shoes combined with humidity from the bathroom. Because of this, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The hostel does have a great location, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.
great place. Near the centre and lovely people
Estuve en la habitación fem de 6 personas. Las instalaciones son de las mejores que he visitado. Por otro lado, por la cantidad de personas, sería recomendable que haya más de una limpieza por día. En una de las dos duchas estuvo dos días el mismo chicle tirado en el piso y uno de los aseos se quedó sin papel, y no había de repuesto. Parece más un hotel que un hostel, no encontré ambiente, sin embargo lo recomiendo.
I stayed in the 5 room of 6 people. The facilities are among the best I have visited. On the other hand, due to the number of people, it would be recommended that there be more than one cleaning per day. In one of the two showers was two days the same gum was thrown on the floor and one of the toilets ran out of paper, and there was no spare. It looks more like a hotel than a hostel, I did not find the atmosphere, however I recommend it.

I stayed here for 6 nights. Pros Great location. 7 min walk from the bus station 10 min walk to main cathedral historical centre 25 min to placa espanya Comfy beds with privacy curtain Nice outdoor terrace but doesnt get much direct sunshine Cons There are no social vibes at all. Didn't bother me so much but still a big con No hostel activites, families with children not that many people up for meeting others. Stay somewhere else if looking to meet people and being social.
I was super happy with the provided accommodation- friendly staff, nice place less than 10min walk from the bus station, kitchen you can use to make your cup of tea or dinner. I highly recommend this place!

Todo fenomenal pero si alguien padece de vertigo o tiene mala movilidad no aconsejo coger habitaciónes con literas son muy incomodas para subir
Everything is phenomenal but if someone suffers from vertigo or has poor mobility I do not advise taking rooms with bunk beds they are very uncomfortable to climb up

Lovely hostel, stayed here before so knew what to expect. The hostel is lovely, location is perfect, bed comfortable, kitchen and common room are nice. Reception staff was really helpful too. I was unlucky to have very a very inconsiderate roommate, it’s always the people who ruin the hostel vibe. Thanks to U sense, lovely place overall!
The rooms were dirty, the staff was not helpful when it was necessary. Overall I did not appreciate my stay at this hostel. They had advertisement about game nights or happy hour and we got none. I was lucky enough to meet cool people in my dorm but definitely an older crowd
