They can't accommodate bike travelers. I found out after I booked (the information was nowhere to be found on booking) and they refused to pay me back. This review is for the actual room I stayed in- a 6 person female dorm room on the first floor. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised, so that was a big surprise. The bathroom was gross- it had mold and needed a serious upgrade. You could open the window from the outside and it didn't lock so anyone could get in. The room was almost 3 times the cost as other hostels I have been at and not worth it. The people were nice but I would have much preferred a nicer room and clean bathroom.

***Not Safe - All of my belongings were stolen*** First - the staff here are excellent and the stay was great. The reason for the negative review is that during my stay, someone checked into my room specifically to steal, stole all of my belongings and the other people in the room, and immediately left and never came back. I lost about $3000 of belongings from that, some with a lot of sentimental value. This hostel isn’t safe. Other than that the stay was fine.

The most overrated hostel I've been in a long time. The property itself is falling apart(it needs a renovation urgently), mold in the bathrooms(and they only have 2 small toilets/showers for many people), rooms are tiny for 8 people, doors make noises, the room 2 is near the kitchen so when they cook all the smell comes into the room and stinks. The plug in the bed doesn't work, breakfast is just bread, colcacao and few cheap stuff. All so ridiculously mediocre for the price, 24 euros for a 8 do...

Bathroom smelled extremely moldy. It wasn’t really clean and the showerhead fixing was missing. Also the beds didn’t feel special - I know it’s a hostel but honestly one of the pricier ones. And for that not worth it.

An extremely awful service experience, with the hotel refusing to negotiate the check-in time with the guest! I was so disappointed with the service at the hostel that I feel compelled to share the problems I encountered in the process. This was my favorite hostel in my month overseas. Such a good time on the rooftop, and the girls in our room were lovely to meet as well. Comfy beds, huge lockers, and cannot beat the location. Highly recommend!

The hostel is quite understaffed. We all waited around 2h to get checked-in. Once we got our bed, some had curtains, some other did not. The state of the beds is quite dirty and old. Basically everything was a bit broken in the room. I ended up leaving the place before I could spend the night. It did not feel right at all (and I have been staying in hostels for the last 9 months.)

Great place to meet people, good vibes in the rooftop area in the evenings with a stunning view of the cathedral. Staff were also great and so friendly.

I stayed here with 2 friends & it was the highlight of our trip between amsterdam, sevilla & madrid! Clean hostel, privacy curtains, friendly staff, events going on every night & made so many friends via the rooftop! We all agreed we would revisit sevilla just to stay in this hostel again. This is hands down my favorite hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The sense of community and social atmosphere were incredible, and the rooftop was the perfect place to meet new people. If I ever return to Seville, I’ll definitely be booking this hostel again

AMAZING HOSTEL!! The location is brilliant close to all attractions, nightlife, restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds, and the rooftop is amazing and very sociable. The staff are 10/10 they get involved, have fun and make sure everyone has an amazing time Including great nights out and family dinners. Big shout out to Nico what a man he made our stay fantastic. I’d go to Seville again just to stay here.

Enjoyable stay, felt safe and kind staff. The downside was no bathroom on the same floor which was inconvenient at night and the shower had limited space to keep your clothes & towel dry. Free breakfast was a bonus!

Such an amazing hostel!!! The atmosphere was great; everyone was very friendly on the rooftop bar and you get the chance to talk to/meet so many people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, you couldn’t ask for a better central place. All of the rooms were spacious with comfy beds. 10/10 would love to come back to La Banda again!

One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at! Very social, all thanks to the amazing rooftop terrace where everyone meets at 7 for a free sangria. There are also many nice activities organized by the hostel for free and you can sign up for a home cooked dinner everyday as well. The beds were super comfy and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend this hostel to anyone!

Fantastic hostel, friendly atmosphere, easy to socialize and very clean and well equipped!

rooftop is a melting pot of people from all walks of life. staff and volunteers make you feel right at home and part of a family. location is perfect too.

The best hostel on my trip, nice rooftop with great view, best community. I really, really enjoy my stay and the time there and I'm sad I had leave so early again. Definetily a place I intend to come back and and to recommend for an unforgettible hostel-experience. Muchas gracias La Banda:-)

This is a super friendly and social hostel! The rooftop is a great way to meet people, and I really liked how they had activities and a bar up there. The room I was in was quite small and dark, but the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Would recommend!

The location is amazing, rooftop has a nice view. Great if you want to socialize, party, join groups, book tours, etc. was a bit noisy. bathrooms are small and shared with many rooms.

Bonito y bien situado

L'hôtel est près de la cathédrale, de l'Alcazar et de la rivière. Le tram et le bus passent juste à côté, et il y a même le bus de l'aéroport. Ils organisent des activités pour que les gens se rencontrent. Il y a un super resto et une gelateria aussi. Merci la Banda !
