- 外の車の音がうるさい 部屋にトイレお風呂なしの割に料金は普通 部屋は写真よりも暗く古い。

+ いろり焼きは終わった後 自分達で持ち込んだ食材を焼いても良いらしい。 炭は残った炭を使うけどほぼほぼ炭はついて残ってるから問題ありません。 飲み物も自由に持ち込み🆓らしい！ 食堂にも設備があるのでプチ合宿？みたいな使い方も できそう！

- いろり焼きは説明したらあとは勝手にやって下さいみたいな感じなのですが外人のお客さんが多いので スタッフが中に入って色々盛り上げてくれると嬉しかったような。自分はゆっくり寛げず逆に気を遣った食事会になってました(苦) ドリトミールームでしたけど ベッドがジメジメしており気持ち悪かった。 パリッとスッキリしている布団なら問題ないけど…

+ Propre

- Localisation n'est pas idéal: c'est long pour venir d'Odawara et long pour aller vers les points d'intérêt. On avait réservé une chambre double, on s'est retrouvé dans une mezzanine au sein d'une pièce avec 4 autres couples: ce n'est donc pas une chambre privée. L'échelle pour monter dans la chambre est extrêmement raide et dangereuse: on a même du laisser nos valises en bas, et il y a une poutre juste au dessus du lit....je ne comprends pas comment on peut facturer cette pièce en tant que chambre. Le premier matin, un membre du staff est venu ouvrir les rideaux à 8h, sans nous demander ni nous prévenir. Le lieu est très bruyant, les portes claquent dans tous les sens, aucune isolation. Ils proposent un service de laundry mais le sèche linge ne fonctionne pas, on a donc perdu plus de 2 h à attendre que notre linge sèche (spoiler alert: il était encore mouillé quand on est reparti). Et la cerise sur le gâteau après tout ça, c'est que certains membres du personnel sont désagréables. Franchement, vu le nombre d'hébergement à Hakone, aucun doute que vous pouvez trouver bien mieux!!

- The room smelled heavily like fried fish. Our luggage and the rest of the clothes were kimd of ruined..

+ The staff was very nice

- Possibly because of the high reviews causing my expectations to be high, my family and I were a bit disappointed by this stay and wasn't able to enjoy it that much. We had the family room and it was not the cleanest, neither did I feel like the bathroom and shower were clean. There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room and in the middle of the night we had to get rid of them. It was the most expensive yet the least enjoyable stay for us in Japan.

+ Parking

- Far away from all the cool spots, restaurants around never seem to be opened. Rooms are dimmed light fixtures don’t work. Paper door panels torn but not patched. Dinner ingredient was subpar but at restaurant price. Felt being ripped of of the Ryokan experience. Some staff are friendly but most staff are non chalant.

+ The stuff was super friendly, and they also agreed to refund a second room which did not meet our expectations. I thank them for that. The place itself had a a shared space for eating and leisure which was nice and friendly.

- The rooms were old and could definitely benefit form a good renovation. The mattresses and the bedding could also use some cleaning. The showers where very basic. The second room we took, was not fit to be a bedroom: it was literally the size of the bad, so small, had no windows or fresh air. I think it is not respectable to offer such room as a sleeping space. As I said, the stuff was decent to refund us for that room.

+ Le saline très chaleureux et calme. Le personnel accueillant.

- Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon, beaucoup top cher pour ce que c’est. Sur les photos du salon sur booking on pense avoir une forêt à côté de l’hôtel mais en fait pas du tout. La vue du salon est sur un poteau métallique électrique et une installation métallique derrière, forcément ça perd tout son charme…

+ Amazing hostel - family dinner was a highlight!!

+ Option for group meal at the end of the day. Staff where amazing 👏 Location is ideal.

- Rooms where slightly cold at times but heaters are provided throughout as well as blankets and covers.

+ Die Gegend rund um Hakone ist traumhaft schön. Schon alleine die Anreise mit der Bahn war ein Highlight. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben wertvolle Tipps gegeben (leider zu wenig über den Freepass, da sollte man sich selbst vorher gut erkundigen). Ein weiteres Highlight war der BBQ Abend an dem man mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kam. Unbedingt vorher buchen, ansonsten könnte das schnell ausgebucht sein. Es wurden, bei Bedarf, täglich frische Handtücher gereicht.

- Dadurch, dass sich um ein traditionelles Gästehaus handelt, waren die Hauswände und Fenster nicht isoliert und somit war es trotz Heizung in einigen Räumen ziemlich kalt. Man sollte auch schauen, welches Bett bezogen wird, da sich in den Mehrbettzimmern in manchen Betten ein Fenster befindet und es dort extrem gezogen hat.

+ Goede locatie voor kabeltrein, kabelbaan en Lake Ashi. Vriendelijk personeel met voor iedereen aandacht. Gezellige maaltijd rond haardvuur.

- Met openbaar vervoer via Hakone Pass is accommodatie niet heel snel of makkelijk te bereiken.

- Nothing what was about the staff or the place, but other customers had little noise while trying to sleep. Great place and even more great staff!!!

+ מיקום טוב שנגיש בתחבורה ציבורית, האווירה שם מאוד אינטימית וכיפית. המיטות והתאים נוחים ומרווחים. המקלחות נעימות.

+ Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Spoke English well and were always helpful and knowledgeable about recommendations around the area.
