Mala limpieza de los baños. La atención del personal fue estupenda, salvo por Tina que fue algo descortés.

1. Charged more than advertised (They say all taxes inclusive, but charged again at hostel). Outside the old town will cost only 1/4th what they charged me. 2. The staff did not know much - regarding eating places, what to suggest, even for the public transport. Rather than saying they didn't know, they gave me the wrong info and wasted my time, energy, and money. 3. l had to find another place to keep my bag for a couple of hours after checkout and pay extra 12€. In conclusion, never again...

Steps to the hostel are a lot, in a great area though. One of the receptionists was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and atmosphere wasn't amazing. Good air con though.

Great location despite the big stairs you have to climb. Rooms don’t offer a lot of privacy. Kitchen facilities are a bonus. Relaxed hostel.

Incredibly basic hostel. Everyday they kick you out for cleaning between 11-1 but I’m not really sure what they clean considering the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned once in the time period I was there. It is up a massive hill with lots and lots of stairs.

This hostel has a great location in old town. Stairs might be hard for some. The regular dorms seem very nice and a good value. I was in the private queen and it wasn’t quite great. Ac didn’t work well abs it was in the bathroom of a female dorm. It was awkward to have to knock and walk through a female dorm then bathroom to get into my room. Staff was really friendly.

Everything in Dubrovnik is overpriced, this hostel is no exception. It was fine, but for the amount of money I paid I had expected more. Even washing and drying is €20…. There wasn’t anything organized and the overall vibe wasn’t amazing. It felt like just a place to sleep and shower. The hostel was super clean though! really have to point that out.

My bunkmate and I both got bed bug bites at this hostel for two nights in a row. The hostel staff only changed the sheets and when I contacted the manager she was incredibly hostile, telling us both that there was not possibility of bed bugs at the property and refused to compensate either of us. The hostel itself was okay, but cleanliness and hospitality were unsatisfactory.

Tuve un problema con la reserva y el trato de la dueña y de las recepcionistas fue muy agresivo. La dueña me dijo me haces perder el tiempo lejos de intentar resolver fue muy ruda. El hostel era lindo pero cuando el trato del personal pésimo.

O hostel é no centro histórico da cidade, então a localização é ótima. O staff nos recepcionou super bem e eu gostei do hostel. O ponto negativo foi ter pago um valor muito alto na diária e eles poderiam fazer algumas pequenas melhorias, como colocar tomada em todas as camas.

Perfect location and facilities were excellent. Very quiet and felt very safe. The member of staff at check-in was welcoming and friendly. Only disappointment was no member of staff in the morning to help locate breakfast items. Found tea and cornflakes, but no coffee. Left at half 9 and had to carry a heavy bag around with me because nobody was there to take my bag

The property is in the perfect spot in the old town, but just outside of the noise/busy streets. The bathroom and rooms were so clean and the common area/kitchen was very welcoming. Staff were excellent and helped us out. It wasn’t a party hostel but was still friendly/social. Would definitely recommend!

The hostel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. It is all the way up near the wall so expect many stairs.

I enjoyed my stay here and found the hostel/my room to be very social which was great as a solo traveller. The common spaces were fine, but small which made a social vibe outside of your roommates hard to establish. The bathroom facilities were fine, but the water stayed hot for intermittent periods. Overall, the location was nice, the property was clean, central and for the most part the staff were friendly.

A good clean hostel, basic facilities and not as social as others I have stayed in but if you would like a comfortable bed and decent shower then this is a good option

Nice and quiet accomodation with large room and friendly staff. Certainly a climb to get there but I enjoyed staying away from the tourist hustle and bustle

Great hostel in a really central location! Beds were reasonably comfortable and the hostel rooms were pretty spacious which was great. Bath towels were free to use and they had a small free breakfast which was really great. The showers were pretty clean but the hot water didn’t last very long. The communal area wasn’t the best but you could still make your meals and go! Overall a great place, pretty quiet if you want that for a hostel, but generally a great stay.

Overall, a nice hostel that's airy, bright, and centrally located. The rooms are quite spacious, with large lockers and great AC, and have nice views of the streets and the city walls. The kitchen is quite small (like one you would find in a studio apartment) and not ideal if you plan to cook much. The only things to be aware of are that the mattresses are quite thin and the price is a bit steep, which is probably more to do with the cost of being in Dubrovnik than anything else.

Clean and quiet. Not social. Will charge you 20 euros for your washing. Expensive towel service. Pretty grumpy staff except for the older gentleman. Absolutely no atmosphere. Air con good tho. Pretty expensive for what you get - they will charge you a crazy amount for any sort of help and services.

Amazing location and the hostel was so cute. Very clean and quiet. Literally a minute walk to Buza Bar which was great for peaceful, early morning swims. If you have a suitcase, walk to it from the fountain and against the walls as there are a lot less stairs.

I liked this hostel! The location is great, inside the old town. Be aware that there are a lot of steep stairs to reach it. The staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were nice, with AC and towel provided. Bathrooms were ok, shower screens looked like they had never been cleaned… It is very pricey for what you get, but it is Dubrovnik after all!

Great location in Old Town but be ready for the stairs up! Took me by surprise. Good stay overall, but probably wouldn’t return. Staff was kind and friendly but unfortunately had limited front desk hours. Got unlucky in that my AC wasn’t working when I first arrived but thankfully the staff fixed it. The laundry was incredibly overpriced - 10 euros to wash and an additional 10 euros to dry. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and lockers were spacious

Fand es einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht, Ausstattung und viel Sauberkeit. Falls man ein Hostel sucht das sehr sozial ist, ist man hier falsch aber es hat auf jeden Fall alles was ein Hostel braucht
