Atypicap Capsule Hostel

Worst hostel I’ve ever been. There is no proper checkin, they just send you a whatsapp to tell your bed, but no explanation of the hostel amenities and facilities (for ex I even didn’t know there was a kitchen until I saw it), for the price the minimum is to receive and show what the hostel has to offer. the pod was dirty (I found nail) and it was light all the night !I couldn’t sleep well at all, +a lot of noise from drunk people at 5am. The shower is bad and you have to clean water ever...

Hostel was clean enough, but the pods were really hot inside with only a small fan (I understand that it is August in the Canary Islands, but for me that was not going to work out). Forget about finding parking anywhere near the hostel - had to drive around for 30 minutes. I didn’t even end up staying here, I gathered my things and left after an hour.

Does not really feel Like a Hostel. No socialising. Feels kind of anonymous due to the capsules. Bathrooms were very dirty, which was not the fault of the cleaning Team, defenetly some guests who don't know how to behave!

Good hostel in the city center. It can get a bit noisy especially in the summer when windows are open during the night. Common area with kitchen is small but the same structure hosts a bar to get drinks and food with a small discount!

Das Hostel hatte leider keinerlei Atmosphäre. Man war sehr isoliert und hatte kaum Chance andere Menschen kennenzulernen. Auch waren die Bäder häufig nicht sauber und auch die Kapsel hätte sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist gut und das Personal ist nett.

Good place for a few days stay, though the capsules themselves are slightly uncomfortable. A thin mattress is fine for my liking, though for some reason the pillow is sewed into the top of the mattress meaning it can't really be moved. The pillow is also very thin, and the inability to fold it to add more support leads to a slightly uncomfortable sleep. No fault of the hostel but it's also quite loud, both fellow guests and the street noise outside so that is something to take into account.

Its located in the Center of Puerto Cruz. The Capsels are cool and you have enough space for you, but in one room are ca. 13 capsels. On an stage are in total 26 capsels and 5 Toilets. The toilets are dirty af, s**t flows around and the whole stage smells like a skunk. They have a nice rooftop bar. The Kitchen is unclean and dirty. It was an expirience to stay there.

A lovely hostel, well situated in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and within walking distance of everything. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Two minor details, Some of the pods are quite difficult to close and people tend to slam them, disturbing other people who are sleeping in the same room and the kitchen area is really really small when you consider that you have around 50 people staying there. Only two (slim) people can get in the kitchen.

Muy buena ubicación. La limpieza bien, podría ser un poco mejor. Me pareció que había pocos baños para la cantidad de cápsulas pero de ser sincera nunca tuve que esperar, siempre los encontré libres. Si vuelvo a puerto, seguramente volveré. Las capsulas te dan una intimidad muy importante y al tener tu propio código te sentís más segura

Absolument aucuns problèmes, tout est très bien indiqué grâce aux personnes de l’esccueil, les capsules sont intuitives. Très belle nuit

only complaint is the lockers with a code are too much and often annoying. but the beds are awesome and the price was absolutely worth it. everything else was also nice there

I arrived early and was told ive to wait till the check in so they can get my capslule ready, which is fine, they eventually let me into my caplsule which tuned out to be used? so they had to change it, the new capsule i was given had problems with charging plugs so i had to change it again, the place smelled like feet but inside the capsules theres no smell, its not social at all by any means, most people there were quite old and looked like they lived there for quiet a while.

I loved staying here. I met some of the lovely volunteers who were doing worldpackers and we explored the island together. The capsules are also lovely and feel very private.

Loved the space, but wished the capsules were sound proof, so bring strong earplugs!

Le doy un 10 porque no se puede dar más, desde el primer momento hasta el último momento estuvo todo genial! Gracias por todo.

Staff au top, salles de bains/toilettes très propres. Le concept des capsule, original mais pensais passer une super nuit dans mon cocon. Beaucoup de led allumées + pas insonorisés on entend les voisins. C’est comme un dortoir normal mais en plus fun.

Eine interessante Erfahrung in dieser Kapsel zu schlafen. Leider sind diese Kapseln nicht gut abgedichtet sodass man ständig alle Leute im Raum um sich hört. Insbesondere wenn man sich in der Kapsel neben der Tür befindet wacht man leicht auf wenn die Tür mit dem Piepston geöffnet wird bzw. Leute die Türe dann zufallen lassen. Es gibt ausreichend Badezimmer mit WCs pro Stockwerk, aber da sich doch einige Bewohner in einem Stockwerk befinden sind die Badezimmer leider schnell verschmutzt...

Interssante Unterkunft. Überwiegend sauber. Zentral gelegen, unweit vom Meer. Schöne Dachterrasse. Freundliches Personal.
