+ As i booked from booking they not allow me to checked in because as i have booked in female bed and they don’t have bed available for mixed category
- They didn’t let me checked in, saying that this was booked female dormitory, and I am a man. It was not mentioned that only female may stay when I booked the bed space.
- This property has terrible mosquitoes issue. I stayed there for three nights in August, the room I stayed doesn’t have window, only patio door, and the room doesn’t have air conditioner, we had to open patio door at night since it was too hot, then lots of mosquitoes and flying ants coming into the room, even we didn’t have light on. The staff there said they can’t control mosquitoes, and mosquitoes are not their problem. I got lots of mosquitoes bites on my body, it was terrible.

- オーナーが客のことより、金と自分の気分を優先する。スタッフもその影響を受けてるのか、いつも忙しそう。 •荷物置き場が臭い •14-17時と夜から朝8:30までスタッフがいなくなる •オーナーが客を嘘つき呼ばわりし、追い出す 延泊の手続きを終えた次の日、観光から部屋に戻ってくると、靴と衣類をごちゃ混ぜに一つの袋に入れられてフロントに来るようにと、メッセージがあった。行ってみると、オーナーがフロントを担当していて不機嫌な様子。昨日延泊手続きを終えたことを伝えても、されてない、証拠を出せの一点張り。レシートを貰わなかったので証拠がなく、また疲れてたのでとりあえずカード会社の請求を待つことにして、またお金払って泊まろうとしたら、断られた。何故か尋ねるとオーナー「なぜ？俺はオーナーだ。お前は延泊の手続きをしたと嘘つくし、酒飲んでるよな。俺は時間ないんだ。早く出ていけ。」。疲れてるのに急遽別のホテルを探して移動する羽目に。後日、カード会社からの請求を見せると、ごめん、泊まってない日の分を返すのメッセージ(写真あり)だけ。その後、抗議のメール(写真あり)送っても無視。

Check in time of 5pm is too late.They charge £145 a night yet you check in at 5 and must leave by 10am the next day.good facilities for cooking and nice communal areas.Location not good,20 minutes walk from station in a quite boring area with no supermarkets nearby.The room although clean was the most basic I’ve ever seen ,no cupboards,drawers Balcony was covered by tree so not much view.Stay elsewhere unless your planning on going somewhere to cook 3 meals a day and play scrabble.
I have extra deductions of 20 CHF. I dont even know for what reason.

+ 場所はバスで近くまで行けるところにある。シャワールームとトイレは部屋相応の数があって時間にもよるが使いたい時に利用できる。それぞれ非常に清潔。ベッドは上半身が囲われててプライベートは確保されていた。ベッドそれぞれに充電できるコンセントがあるのはすばらしい。
- 正直ないが強いていうなら、近くの道に街灯が少ないため、日が暮れて暗くなるとホステルまでの道が不気味に感じるぐらい。

+ Great location on the lakeside, 10 minutes walk from Lucern station. Great communal kitchens for use. Well equipped.
- A towel would’ve been nice. Also, but this is a Swiss theme, it is only value for money in a Swiss reference set.
+ Its bery cozy and comfortable. All you need is there from good beds to bagno to kitchen and the ambiance
