This was awhile ago (Nov 2025) but I found bed bugs in the private room I booked. We went down to reception and asked to be moved but they were fully booked so they put us in the staff dorm room. This would have been fine because they originally promised us a refund in the price difference of our booking. But every time we asked for it, they told us to come back later. Eventually we were told that they actually “can’t offer a refund.”
