+ Das E-Mail war sehr dreckig und überall Handtücher keine saubere Bett einfach so alles durcheinander gewesen und in der Ecke war Kakerlake in in die Zimmer ich habe auch Bescheid gesagt Information die haben gesagt okay sagen wir weiter das war
- Das Zimmer hat mir nichts überhaupt gefallen überall Dreck

- Пришлось ждать 6 часов заселения. Номер не был убран и его убрали последним. Вход в номер перегорожен пылесосом. Персонал издевался. Заставили доплатить ещё 5 евро с моей коллеги, чего не было ранее. Зарегистрироваться онлайн не дало возможности. Номер предоставлен без слива холодной воды. Она застаивалась в раковине. Счёт, который я заранее запрашивал, чтобы отчитаться, так и не был предоставлен. Номер был без вешалки и даже гвоздя для вещей. Останавливаюсь в этом хостеле уже десятый раз, но такое хамство впервые. Возможно, необходимо сменить кадры этой смены?

- Everything. This property is for animals, not people. For this price I could stay at Hilton!

+ You can unfortunately find the only cheap place just here in Aachen. But Aachen is a university city so it is a shame. Just a good thing is cheapness
- It mostly works as a dormitory and there are no rules in the 4 bad rooms. Who stays more they make decisions about the room. For example In my bad experience German ladies opened (in two different room experiences) the window all night outside with -4 degrees. They didn't listen and care about minor rights. There should be rules which the hotel decided not the majority.
- We hebben niet overnacht en een ander hotel gezocht. Kamer heel klein, schimmel op ramen en douche. Kamer met 2 stapelbedden op 1m van elkaar. Ik ging daar logeren met mijn 2 kinderen. Toen vertelde men ons dat in die kamer ook nog een man kwam slapen......dit kan toch niet!!!!!!!!!!! Vreselijk men kom geen oplossing aanbieden, dus uit principe en zorg voor mijn kinderen zijn we daar vertrokken. Ongezien

- Chambre MINUSCULE, aucune place pour 3 adultes!!! Trop de mobilier, ils ont voulu rentabiliser une chambre de 2 personnes!!! Qui plus est en mauvais état, avec des traces sur les murs et un sérieux manque de propreté, y compris dans la salle de bain. Il faut presque faire le lit soi-même. La télévision n’est pas une smart TV (pas de Netflix ni YouTube), ce qui est décevant en 2025. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, sauf éventuellement pour un prix très bas.

- Le WC coulait en permanence, la douche était rempli de moisissure et de cheveux collé sur les murs, les radiateurs faisait du bruit, car ils n'ont pas été purgé. Nous avons pas dormi dans l'établissement. A cause de ça...

- Eigentlich alles-vor allem das schlechte Frühstück, es ist extrem laut, wenn im Zimmer andere schnarchen und man die Züge hört, kann ma es mit dem Schlafen vergessen!

Very disappointing. Room was filthy. Dirt, filth, dust. Room hadn't been properly cleaned for weeks.
it’s near the main station and that’s definitely a plus point! no vibe at all, just a bunch of random people and a study trip staying there. the rooms and bathrooms look like they haven’t seen a broom and a mop in ages. I’ve stayed in worse a&o’s, so overall it’s not bad. big shoutout to the staff, as when I had an issue with a weird roommate, they instantly helped me move rooms even though it was around 1am and made sure I was okay
Great Performance Value ratio
With our own bathroom, the facilities were as expected. Clean and efficient. The location to the train station was a big selling point for us. The guy who checked us in was great, give him things
Staffs of this hostel are very kind and facilities such as bathroom and toilet are so clean.
Had a great time here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was terrific. Definitely recommend this place. Hats off to Markus and his colleague (can’t remember her name) who worked the evening I was there. Thanks again and hopefully see you again. Brian
Some homeless uncleaned alcoholic people in my hostel and unfortunately in my room too! had to leave early
Nice affordable hostel next to the station, only would have liked a means of washing clothes... but overall 👍

Overall fine, great staff, clean, location is fantastic - right next to the train station. Very clean. Downsides: - Rooms are loud because it's super close to the train station (BRING EARPLUGS FOR SURE). - Mobile charging on the beds is old USB, not USB C, so bring an adapter for that or appropriate cable. - Biggest downside: no lockers in the rooms, so there's no secure way to store your things. The only option is to store it in the lobby with 20-30+ other pieces of luggage. - No towe...
