Lost Inn Porto

My worst hostel nightmare. The staff were rude and behaved badly. The one locked himself outside, smoking a cig, and had to have the guests let him back in. They blasted music so loud it penetrated to the third floor at ALL HOURS. I woke up to it at 6 am. I left Porto early because I could not stand staying here any longer.

The hostel is actually pretty clean and the atmosphere was good. I left zero in all categories however because of the reason below: I asked to stay an extra night twice, they accommodated me the first time,but the second time there was a mixup and I got kicked out because my bed had been booked. The cleaners and staff were pretty rude about it and just wanted me out. They denied everything as if I was lying to them. It's a mistake from them, but a pretty big one, to kick someone out. Worst dishonest hostel Sí have been in.

Two reasons I rated it low: It was Sunday and the dude who checked me in never told me about sangria and soup. Like isn't that your job to inform guests about what's happening at the hostel?? You can smoke on the terrace and it gets into the bedrooms above it. I have asthma and coughed the whole night and barely slept. Probably ruined the other two peoples sleep too. No smoking should be allowed on that terrace especially since it's hot and you need the windows open.

Es el peor hostal en el que he estado, el trato del staff es horrible!! Fue el primer destino de mi recorrido y de verdad que fue la peor experiencia, no se lo recomendaría a nadie y con seguridad no volvería. Las personas que atienden son muy mal educadas y te gritan sin escrúpulos. La única persona amable fue la chica de la limpieza. El peor hostal.

Nous n'avons pas du tout payé ce qui était prévu sur la facture! Et les taxes sont écrites "incluses" or on nous les a réclamé en espèces à part en disant que ce n'était pas les mêmes taxes!!

When I was in the Flixbus to Valladolid they sent me a message on WhatsApp: I can’t arrive at 3 so I can sleep for two hours and check in at 7 before I have to catch my train on 9.30 So brutal; I paid €18.80!

I lost my AirPods here when I was staying a previous week and they were turned into lost and found. When I came back I was told another employee took them, but was supposed to come back in a few days. Just went back to pick them up and now they're nowhere to be found

Hat nicht mehr viel mit Partyhisyek zu tun! Zum Teil hatte mana Gefühl die Mitarbeiter waren sehr betrunken und es haben sich Leute dort aufgehalten die nicht in dem Hostel gewohnt haben

All around a nice place to stay. The curtains on the door beds were so nice and the beds were comfy!! Everything was very clean, the showers had good pressure, and the shared kitchen was nice. Community wise I would say it is what you make of it. Not the most social of hostels, but there are friends there if you put yourself out there! I would just say to any solo female travelers that it is down a dark alley and a group of guys seemed to hangout. They never gave me an issue, just be awa...

Die Ausgangslage ist super und sehr zentral, das Hostel selber liegt in einer kleinen Seitengasse, die nachts etwas düster wirken kann. Mit ein wenig Vorsicht habe ich mich aber auch alleine als Frau sicher gefühlt. Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und kompetent, Schlafsaal auch sehr gut. Badezimmer könnte ein wenig sauberer sein, aber alles in allem trotzdem ein sehr gutes Hostel.

Had a very nice stay here. Good social aspect with free Sangria at 9pm. Just wish there was more bathrooms available. Perfect location!

Excellent central location for Sao Bento station and exploring the city. Bright, clean room with good sized bed and plenty of space for luggage. I also appreciated that the luggage storage opens/locks with your room key card so no need for padlock. However, the bathrooms were not at all clean during the four nights I stayed.

Excellent place to stay. Convenient and fun.

Es simplemente excelente. Solo le falta un poco mas de joda pero es muy bueno en todos los aspectos.

Das Lost-Inn in Porto war das beste Hostel, in dem ich je war! Als ich ankam, hat Bernado gerade free Sangria gemischt, den es jeden Abend gab. Alles war super sauber und die Betten richtig gemütlich mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist schön groß und super ausgestattet. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist sehr gemütlich mit Sofas, Spielen und Gitarre. So entwickelten sich jeden Abend coole Gespräche und ein richtiges Gemeinschaftsgefühl mit richtig schöner Atmosphäre. Ich habe zwei Nächte in Porto verbracht. Das Hostel war nahezu perfekt für meinen Aufenthalt. Top Lage, ein schönes Zimmer (Vier-Bett), nette Leute und saubere Einrichtungen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This was absolutely the best hostel where I have been. The dormitory was perfect, clean, personal lockers, curtains which gave privacy. The toilets and showers very good, even the hair dryer available. I would give10 points!

Great location, staff is so nice, definitely recommend doing the pub crawl. Lots of easy ways to meet people.

Great hostel overall. The location’s great, walking distance from almost anywhere of the touristy spots (a bit hilly, but that’s Porto). The staff were helpful and kind, and the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Kudos to the luggage storage size, super big. Overall, good spot.

Nice hostel with modern facilities and friendly staff. It happened to be the 4th anniversary of the hostel when I stayed, so there was a mini party too! Toilets and showers were good.

Great hostel, perfectly placed walking distance from the main attractions. Spotlessly clean with spacious rooms and communal.spaces, as well as a very good breakfast. From welcome to farewell, very professional, approachable and helpful staff!
