Bad atmosphere & breakfast. Female dorm 4 bunks stuffed in a tiny box room, no fresh air at night & hot room. 1 shared toilet/bathroom for the whole floor of rooms. The night guy let himself into the room through the night & turns on the main light & there are no curtains on the beds. I couldn't breath & felt claustrophobic but was told no to every question of room change, upgrade & i pay extra or refund. Next day I asked for solution for 2nd night & was told no everything & I lost my money.

breakfast with cheese and ham 1 per person, this is ridiculous. cold coffee . breakfast ended at 10 and already at 9 the employees, by order of the owner of the hostel, did not put coffee and hot milk in the bottle. we had to put it in the microwave. we all bought ourselves extra food and butter at the supermarket. another ridiculous thing. we couldn't cook during the day. I could only cook twice a day and I had to wait for him to turn on the s

The cleanest place I've ever stayed at! We got the private room, with shared toilet. The facilities are cleaned daily, the ceilings are tall and the rooms wide, it's such a comfortable vibe. I hadn't had such a good sleep in ages too. Quiet, not a party hostel, but still young and fun. Great large balcony under the sun, where we chilled every night too. They don't let anyone else in, not even your mum which is weird and there are a lot of stairs. Lovely staff. A bit expensive but recommend 100%.

Locatie was mooi, middenin de stad bij het uitgaans- en winkelgebied, en dicht bij het station. De faciliteiten waren in orde maar niet speciaal. Prima hostel als je Porto wilt leren kennen.

I had a great stay! I stayed in an all female room. Everything was clean. There were big lockers to store your bags and items. They had a small breakfast. It’s located in a great area and everything felt safe. And it was a good price!

Amei! Os banheiros super limpos, a cama super confortável, a cozinha devidamente equipada. O locker com um espaço gi-gan-te…. E é do lado de um dos pontos turísticos mais visitados de Porto! Simplesmente d+!

Lugar arrumado limpo com carregador ao lado da cama, só encontrei 3 banheiro para hostel entre os andares então a fila às vezes era maior doque esperava mais fizeram check in depois das 22 e me deram um edredom a mais e isso fez grande diferença. Café da manhã bem simples.

Kleines und stilles Hostel, perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse. Sehr zentrale Lage und tolle Anbindung zum Flughafen und zu den Busbahnhöfen. Frühstück in Ordnung, jedoch auf den ersten Blick keine veganen Alternativen, für die die danach suchen. Was mich gestört hat ist, dass ich für den Check-In nicht drinnen warten konnte, obwohl ich nur 10 Minuten zu früh da war. Gepäck konnte ich aber trotzdem da lassen.

Muy buen hostel. Tranquilo, limpio, staff muy amable, las camas cómodas. Mi única observación es que creo que deberían considerar tener una recepción más accesible, yo tuve un retraso en mi vuelo por lo que llegaría muy noche y sin más me dijeron que no, que ellos ya no recibían fuera del horario, creo que deberían ser más accesibles, obviamente llegan viajeros de todo el mundo con horarios diversos y también por seguridad o en casos de emergencia, no es posible que dejen solo el est...

Good place, nice people but having only one bathroom/toilet on the floor isn't very practical, though the hostel wasn't too busy

The hostel is good and the location is amazing. But the guest support and hospitality are terrible, the worst experience in my life.

Une agréable auberge de jeunesse, bien placée, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuné très correct avec de bons croques monsieur. Terrasse et personnel sympathiques.
