- It was terrible because they have no control over who enters. Someone almost robbed me in my room from the very first day. I reported it, and they did nothing. A woman from the street also got in and occupied a bed; I reported that too, and again nothing was done. It turned out she was homeless and had never even been a guest at the hostel. By the third day, this woman, clearly under the influence, started saying she was going to kill us because someone had taken her belongings. She was shouting and insulting everyone. At 6 a.m., I went again to report the situation so they would finally take action. They eventually removed her, and told me that because of everything I went through, they would refund me for two nights. To this day, May 3rd, I still have not received the refund. They don’t even keep their word about what they themselves promised. Fue terrible porque no tienen un control en los que entran a mi casi me roban desde el primer día en la habitación y comuniqué de esto no hicieron nada y tb entró una señora de la calle que solo ocupo una cama y yo comuniqué y tampoco hicieron nada y había sido una persona que vivía en la calle nunca estuvo en el hostel , y ya al tercer día esta señora drogada empezó a decirnos que nos va a matar porque se habían cogido sus cosas y solo gritaba e insultaba y fui a las 6 am a reportar nuevamente para que ya hagan algo y efectivamente la sacaron y me dijeron que por todo esto que pase me van a devolver el pago de dos noches gratis y hasta el día de hoy que es 3 de mayo no me han hecho el reembolso, no tienen ni palabra para cumplir lo que ellos mismo ofrecieron
- La chambre n'était pas faite à notre arrivée (21h) et il n'en restait plus à lit double, uniquement à étage. Nous avons donc dû en trouver une last minute un dimanche soir. A part un remboursement de la chambre, aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé, même pas le trajet en taxi pour nous rendre dans le 2ème hôtel.
The room was not done when we arrived (21h) and there was no double bed left, only on the upper floor. so we had to find one last minute on a Sunday night. apart from a refund of the room, no compensation was offered, not even the taxi ride to the 2nd hotel.

- I left on the second day even though I could not get a refund. The steel bunk beds are unstable and three-tiered. Literally three beds on top of one another and constantly shaking when other two people move even slightly. I did not feel safe.

- Camas muy estrechas e incómodas , dormitorios hacinados , 1 baño para 6 personas , sin papel confort , baño muy sucio , no tienes donde poner ni dejar tu cosas , solo un casillero pequeño , sucio , donde no cabe una maleta normal , habitaciones muy calurosas , mucha presencia de mosquitos , demasiado ruido justo bajo los dormitorios hasta altas horas de la madrugada . Se dotan de espacios supuestamente divertidos y de esparcimientos , pero uno no va a vivir ahí , apenas 2 microondas para cientos de personas , todo es insuficiente, es solo una fachada . Si realmente quieres estar incómodo Este es el lugar indicado , no hay donde posar o dejar absolutamente nada de tus pertenencias, todo en el suelo o empacado .
Just the location. Very narrow and uncomfortable beds, overcrowded dormitories, 1 bathroom for 6 people, no paper comfort, very dirty bathroom, you have nowhere to put or leave your stuff, just a small, dirty locker, where a normal suitcase doesn't fit, very hot bedrooms, a lot of mosquitoes, too much noise right under the dormitories until late at night. They have supposedly fun spaces and recreation, but you're not going to live there, only 2 microwaves for hundreds of people, everything is in...

- Actually the room was smelling very very bad when I got in the room I thought that I am gonna die because of this smell, nobody clean the bathroom while I was there for one week, ıt was a terrible experience, there is no enough space for 6 people in the dormitory, the room was really small

Outstanding hostel - so clean, comfortable bed, adjoining bathroom, wonderful staff. Felt super safe there. No complaints at all, would highly recommend and stay again!

+ Die Aussstattung in der Küche mit kostenlosen Lebensmitteln ist klasse.
- Das Zimmer war für 6 Personen und Gepäck viel zu klein, das Bad ohne Fenster muffig und nicht richtig sauber. Die Preise in der Bar sind für ein Hostel sehr hoch. Für das versprochene Freigetränk muss man sich unnötig kompliziert online registrieren, um dann regelmäßig Werbung der Hostelkette zu erhalten. Mailand ist teuer, trotzdem finde ich, dass ich insgesamt für das Bett ohne Frühstück leider viel zu viel bezahlen musste - Preis-Leistung hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt.
The kitchen is equipped with free food is classy. The room was too small for 6 people and Baggage, the bathroom without a window is muffed and not really clean. The prices in the bar are very high for a hostel. For the promised free drink you have to register unnecessarily complicated online, in order to then receive regular advertising from the hostel chain. Milan is expensive, nevertheless I find that overall I unfortunately had to pay far too much for the bed without breakfast - price-perform...
De kamer was heel vies, de badkamer wil ik het niet eens over hebben. De wasmachine was er 1 van en die was kapot. Ik had vooral de optie ontbijt gekozen, daar betaal je dan €9 voor maar bij het ontbijt zelf wordt er niet gecheckt. Dus gewoon eten en niet boeken.
Everyone on staff is gracious, helpful and definitely fun. The volunteers also seem to have a good time. I kept tipping because I was a pain in the ass and I wanted them to know that I appreciated all the extra help they provided. Truly a wonderful experience. You’ll enjoy your visit

My stay was totally comfortable, both for the staff and for the facilities. 100% recommended, definitely one of the best lodgings.

- Dormí en una habitación con tres literas. Yo dormí en la cama central de tres. El baño era mínimo para ocho personas. En las dos noches que estuve no lo limpió nadie ni vació la papelera. Las taquillas eran mínimas y apenas entraba una maleta de cabina. En la litera propiamente faltaba una balda para dejar el libro y una botellita para beber. Me resultó totalmente incómodo. No volvería por nada del mundo. Al final pagas más de 50€ para estar en pésimas condiciones. Con la habitación llena reciben 400€ por cada noche. Pienso que es un negocio completo camuflado de buen rollo.
I liked the location. I slept in a room with three bunk beds. I slept in the central bed of three. The bathroom was a minimum for eight people. During the two nights I was there no one cleaned it or emptied the bin. The locker rooms were minimal and only fit one cabin suitcase. In the bunk bed proper, a bucket to put the book and a bottle to drink were missing. It was totally uncomfortable for me. I wouldn't come back for anything in the world. + L'emplacement est pratique pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est sympathique. Possibilité de boire gratuitement le café.
- La chambre et la salle de bain étaient franchement salles à mon arrivée vers 15h et n'ont pas été nettoyé avant le lendemain Les toilettes communes sont tout simplement immondes et ce, dès 6h30 du matin.
The location is convenient to visit the city. The staff is friendly. Possibility to drink the coffee for free. The bedroom and bathroom were frankly rooms when I arrived around 3pm and were not cleaned until the next day.
