Just don’t stay at this place if you’re a solo traveler, specially a female solo (it is not safe). There is no ambience at all, everyone and everything feels off and creepy, like you’re in the begging of a horror movie. The location is also not so great to walk at night or alone if you’re female

Diabolical dumptruck of a hostel. Do not recommend. They took money out of my account a week before I was even supposed to arrive. Where'd it go?? Narnia?? No apparently I payed the whole amount and they never told me. The room smelled funky, like they used cheap vapes to cover up some nasty poonani smell. DON’T GO THERE!!!! BEDBUGS!! Also: Cleanliness: surfaces were clean to look at but everything smelt musty and was sticky. All the windows were rotting wood, full of creepy crawlers, that turned out to be bedbugs(!) Amenities: receptionist said we could have dinner at restaurant’s on the grounds. Except they were closed. We were told there was a freezer, but it was taped off. Clientele: we only saw two other ‘backpacker’ type people. The rest were clearly local long termers.

On my first night of sleep, when I put on their quilt, it made me feel very itchy on my body, so I thought their bed was not clean. Also, I slept on the upper bed, and whenever I moved, the bed made noise. Aside from that, the stuff at night was very unprofessional and disrespectful. One of the nights I needed to change my key, but I would come back in the evening to change it with the staff. It wasn’t clean at all. I didn’t feel safe around the hostel especially at nights.

i think there were a lot of long term residents for this place to be a hostel. there were many middle aged or old man, than younger people which made the atmosphere very off

One of the worst hostels I have stayed in. Most staff seem to want to make life as difficult as possible. Note on laundry - i.e. it isn't free and can't be done except at 10 o'clock in the morning so bad luck if you have tour booked!!. It took several days for me to work that all out from the limited amount of information I was drip fed by individual staff. Put up a sign for goodness sake! Laundry 5EUR, Hours x to y. Bad atmosphere, freezing at night and won't give spare blankets. Poor value.

Overall our stay was okay. The hostel had an awkward atmosphere, partly because the reception was attached to the kitchen so we felt quite watched whenever we were in there. Could do with some background music in communal areas, very echoey and loud in the morning (keys and doors very loud). The first photos of outside seating is actually part of a pizza place next door not the hostel itself so this is very misleading. O lugar é um pouco estranho, parece muito filme de terror rs mas o quarto era bem limpo, a cama gostosa, cozinha bem equipada, o banheiro também muito limpo o chuveiro bem quentinho. Eles servem um café da manhã simples mas gostoso, o metrô fica a 5 minutos caminhando. Resumindo eu voltaria sim, lá tem uma pizzaria bem gostosa na frente! It's a very calm atmosphere, definetly not a party hostel if that's what you're looking for. Bathrooms were cleaned twice a day and the overall cleanliness was very good. It's located in a local area, you'll need about 15 min with the Metro to the centre

Good place, excelent service

The building has a very weird vibe, and it's mostly filled with the older long-term residents. As a 20 year old woman (with a friend), we did not feel comfortable staying in a mixed dorm due to the other people staying there and the lack of privacy. The staff/receptionist was understanding and moved us to a private room for the night. It's located pretty far from the city center, and about 8 minutes from the metro. The area is pretty scary at night.

Location is far from the city center if you are a girl i don’t recommend this hostel, stuff are nice very friendly. The atmosphere is kinda ackward, on our way to hostel one guy try to steal our food:( because of the cold weather hostel was cold as well but summer can be nice

My stay was comfortable and I got good value. Staff was very welcoming. The place was quiet.

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit. Ich jabe gut geschlafen, die lage ist für mich top (5 min von der metro), der staff super nett. Mein Zug hatte Verspätung, weshalb ich ein paar Minuten nach 22 uhr ankam, aber der Besitzer hat gewartet. Ich bekam eine kleine Frühstückstüte und konnte meinen Koffer nach Check Out noch unterstellen. Alles kostenlos. Ich fand mein Zimmer toll und für mich war die Sauberkeit im bad sehr ausreichend. Es ist ein altes Gebäude, aber es hat Charme. Für female solo ...

I stayed here one night and loved it. Staff were very friendly. My shared room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Loved the small garden as well.
