No se gasten en ir, el peor hostel del mundo
Don't waste your time going, the worst hostel in the world
Die Betten sind zwar sauber und bequem. Die Mitarbeitenden aber unglaublich unfreundlich und gar nicht hilfsbereit. In der Dusche kam auch nach 5 Minuten kein warmes Wasser. An der Rezeption wird spät abends noch sehr laut diskutiert. Es gibt keine gemütliche Ecke oder eine Küche in der man sich was zubereiten kann, ausser eine Mikrowelle. Der Ort ist kaum angeschrieben und die vierspurige Strasse ist die ganze Nacht zu hören. Immerhin gab es Verdunkelungsvorhänge und es ist nahe vom Bahnho...
The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and not at all helpful. In the shower, no hot water came even after 5 minutes. At the reception, late nights are still very loudly discussed. There is no cozy corner or a kitchen where you can prepare yourself, except a microwave. The place is barely advertised and the four-lane Strasse is heard all night. There were always blackout curtains and it is close to the train station.
Staff is a bit rude. Hostel seems to be a little unclean as well. Good for an emergency for 1 night (fair location)

El peor hostal en el que me he quedado. Súper sucio, olía mal y si, me quedé en habitación mixta, pero el único que durmió ahí al parecer era algún trabajador o alguien que parecía vivir ahí Había animales que picaban en la cama No tienen dónde guardar maletas

La pulizia del bagno dovrebbe migliorare. Le stanze e il bagno hanno pareti sottilissime, sembra di essere tutti nello stesso posto. Non ci sono lampade da comodino.
The cleanliness of the bathroom should improve. the rooms and the bathroom have very thin walls, it seems like they are all in the same place. there are no nightstand lamps.
Not easy to communicate with the staff, not helpful and not really nice with us : impression to disturb ! What’s more, bathroom not really clean. We were not really that safe when coming back at night. The room is really really expensive for what it is, we didn’t feel welcome
Verschrikkelijk onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd personeel. De een zegt niet eens gedag bij het inchecken en zegt geen woord meer dan nodig plus is heel lastig te verstaan. De ander wordt boos zonder goede reden. Daarnaast is het vies en is de kamerindeling niet fijn, te veel bedden op een kamer gezet naast elkaar.
One doesn't even say hello at check-in and says no more than necessary plus is very hard to understand. the other gets angry without good reason. besides the room is dirty and the cameramen are not nice, too many beds in one room placed side by side.
The lock-in is far to early
Estando en la habitación, entra el hombre de recepción y despierta a un huésped que estaba acostado diciéndole que no podía ocupar dos camas y más cosas cuando encima después se da cuenta que la otra cama tenía solo ropa encima de.. otro huésped!! Vamos que esos gritos, cuando encima se equivoca, y entrar así en una habitación cuando todos estamos durmiendo, más la suciedad y demás cosas hacen que jamas vuelva, y en la sala que se dejan las maletas… una cama tirada y comida en una...

Maybe its just the high price level in milan, but 30 eur per night in a 4-bed dorm next to a major road, and worn-out mattress and a room smelling like spicery and unmotivated staff is too much.
Water was cold, bed was stained red. There is a guy that just lives in the dorm who won't shut up and keeps talking to you. Reception doesn't speak neither italian and english, no lockers, i went into the dorm and it was filthy + there were empty fanta cans lying on the floor. PLEASE do not sleep here, i have rarely felt unsafe in a place but this was just something else. I cannot stress it enough: 30€ is NOT WORTH HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS DO NOT TRUST THE NICE RATINGS IT IS FILTHY
Logement correct pour quelques nuits seulement. Personnel pas tant chaleureux mais arrangeant (early check-in, impression de billet de train…). Un peu de bruit dans les couloirs mais rien de réellement dérangeant, douche convenable en été (vu que l’eau chaude met bcp de temps à arrivé :))

Great for a night before train travel since its so close to centrale station. Staff was kind to me as a single female traveler. Closet has no locks but you can place your valuables inside a staff room if needed. I was not given a room key since they only had 1 copy and the other occupants hadn’t arrived yet. Getting back into the hostel past 1am is hard since you need to call someone but staff is not at desk anymore. location and price is awesome but it may be very different from other hostels

The hotel fulfills its obligation, but does not have hot water. The attendants and employees shout and talk loudly all night long, the smell in the reception is horrible.
Staff were really friendly letting us check in at 12:30am after a train strike in Italy left us stranded, the room was a 10 minute walk from the main station so it was perfect for what we needed. Room was not very clean and the room smelt like cigarette mould. Bathrooms were also very dirty.
F****** class. Best hostel I've ever stayed in. Super sociable and amazing location. By far the best hostel experience I have had in all of Europe. No problems with the shower, free towels, luxury accommodation, can't recommend more.
Uma hospedagem simples, para poucas noites, nas proximidades da Estação Milano Centrale.

Horrible experience. Staff were not friendly and defensive even though we were always polite. Random men sleeping in the hallways and loud verbal arguments woke us up at the night each night. I witnessed a staff member wake a girl up in my dorm room to kick her out of her bed because he "lives" there and that's his bed, despite reception allocating t to her. Staff err loud, rude, disrespectful and in a heatwave, refused to put on AC unless you paid 10 euro to them! This place was worryi...
Concernant l’établissement, l’emplacement, il est bien à côté de la gare à pied pour 10 minutes. L’accueil n’était pas chaleureux, voire inexistant. Qualité prix bien le reste y avait rien.
As for the hotel, the location, it is right next to the train station for 10 minutes on foot.The reception was not warm, if not nonexistent.Quality price well the rest there was nothing.

Location was great and it was value for money. The guy at the desk was very helpful but a little eye contact and good mood never hurt anyone. I would reccomend it
La habitación y el baño estaban limpios, pero el entorno es de total abandono. Una pava eléctrica, en el pasillo frente a la recepción.

Un tugurio.. struttura vecchia, impianti elettrici al limite della sicurezza, fili scoperti prese improvvisate, acqua calda non ne parliamo, mi sono sdraiato sul letto la polvere ha ricoperto la stanza.. TREMENDO.. tenetevi alla larga da questo posto..
A shambles.. old structure, electrical systems at the limit of security, wires uncovered impromptu press, hot water not to mention, I am lying on the bed the dust has covered the room..
Affordable hotel in a good location but the whole property feels as if no one cares about the little things. Our room was super dark and two bedside lamps would have solved it completely also cold water for the first 5 minutes of your shower
