Bed bugs in the bed.
It wasn’t very clean and is located close to a busy road. Although the garden looked nice, we weren’t able to use it, which was quite disappointing.
You will need to know 4 different codes to unlock the outer area, the hostel, your bathroom, and your bedroom which is unnecessarily long and doesn’t work every time. Be sure to look at the pictures of how it’s set up. No elevator as well. Cool location.
Traffic noise all night, plus a snorer in our 4 bed dorm. Staff unwilling to do anything. Won't return nor recommend
I had to leave after one night - the female bathrooms were smelly with towels on the floor. The staff who checked me in did not speak English so he gave me the bare minimum level of check in process. He did not explain anything about lockets or kitchen or breakfast or coffee. The staff who was there in the morning was professional but not friendly. She did her job, nothing beyond. They did not have a duvet for me, and when I asked, I was told " ... too bad, you have to wait till morning"
It is an alright place. Only I paid ~70€/night and for this I would at least expect clean bathrooms, working flush, self maintenance kitchen, but this was not given. The staff is very friendly, the commonarea has alright qualities. Even tho the doors to the rooms are usually open (stuff could potentially be taken) I felt very safe over all! The location is good. Very chill, very safe, close to many sights. Probably best in Rome for a hostel! Not social, very little energy. People super friendl...
Do not stay here if you can find another place. While Trastevere is awesome and the location is pretty good, this place is not great. The first night I spent here, three people were snoring and sleep talking in my room. When I asked the staff to change just for the night at 3 AM, they refused while acknowledging that there were alternatives. Beyond that, the front desk plays music very loudly that impacted my sleep and the showers are not kept well. I would avoid this place and stay elsewhere.
Do not book this hotel. We initially booked for three nights, and several weeks before I contacted them directly to change the booking to two nights, as I was unable to do so via the hostelworld platform. They agreed and confirmed the booking change. On our arrival, they charged for three nights, admitted the mistake, but refused to refund because it needed to be 'approved by a manager'. They asked us to send an email, but noone has responded to any email since. Hostelworld has not helped at all
Es caro y no tiene nada, ni lavadora, ni cocina, ni ascensor funcional, ni cafeteria, no hay gente, aburrida
It's expensive and has nothing, no washing machine, no kitchen, no functional elevator, no cafeteria, no people, boring
Separate sleeping rooms for men and woman, but mixed bathrooms without any privacy! No keys to lock toilette doors! No bins or small lights in the rooms. No laundry. Staff was very nice. Breakfast too expensive for what was provided. Better options outside the hostel.

Location was great. Bed was huge and so comfortable, room temperature was good too. A mini fridge in the room would have been really handy to have but the location, staff etc were all perfect

Muy buen alojamiento, bien ubicado en la zona de trastevere la mejor para comer a buen precio. Personal muy agradable y servicial. Como únicas pegas diría que las almohadas eran muy finas y qué me habría gustado que la clave de la habitación no fuera tan larga, daba pie a mucho error. Pero lo recomendaría sin duda.
Very good accommodation, well located in the area of the best place to eat at a good price. very nice and helpful staff. as only pegas i would say that the pillows were very fine and what i would have liked if the key to the room was not so long, gave way to a lot of mistakes. but i would definitely recommend it.

it is a beautiful place, the location is not bad but either very easy to arrive, anyway i liked it! it is beautiful and clean. the o ly thi g i didn't like, they don't have kitchen to cook and the codes to open the doors are 4 diferent ones and dificult to remember.
ci sono le cimici del letto. e i bagni sono indecenti. non ci sono appendini da nessuna parte. unica nota positiva, le ragazze della reception sono molto gentili, e la posizione dell'ostello è super comoda, ma non vale i soldi che costa.
There are bed bugs. and the bathrooms are indecent. there are no hangings anywhere. only positive note, the girls at the reception are very nice, and the location of the hostel is super comfortable, but not worth the money it costs.

Todo perfectamente cuidado, el personal super amable y predispuesto (sobre todo el argentino de ls tardee!). Las vistas al patio preciosas. Trastevere es una gran ubicacion. Lo que no rescato son los baños. No tienen trabas, las duchas solo tienen 3/4 del vidrio polarizado, las puertas no traban. Es super usable, pero podria ser mejorado
Everything is perfectly taken care of, the staff super friendly and predisposed (especially the Argentine de ls tardee!). The views to the patio are beautiful. Trastevere is a great location. What I didn't rescue are the bathrooms. They have no locks, the showers only have 3/4 of the polarized glass, the doors don't block. It's super usable, but could be improved
Le camere maschili al piano terra sono molto rumorose in quanto, si affacciano sulla strada trafficata a tutte le ore del giorno. Non ci sono prese elettriche vicino al letto Ambienti freddi specie i bagni Bisogna essere più selettivi su chi accogliere in struttura. Brutto vedere ragazzi giovanissimi come me dormire accanto a una persona molto più grande e trasandata.
The men's rooms on the ground floor are very noisy as they overlook the busy street at all hours of the day. there are no electric presses near the bed cold environments and bathrooms you have to be more selective about who you invite into the facility. it's gross to see very young guys like me sleeping next to a much bigger, oversized person.

Great hostel on the edge of Trastevere. Modern and clean in a beautiful heritage building. Staff were super friendly and facilities were good. Slightly noisy by the main road, and keypad beeps were irritating - maybe could replace with cards! Overall nice place and excellent value for money.
Super recomiendo, hostel muy bien ubicado en Trastevere cerca de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías. A 30’ a pie del Coliseo. Alejandra y Giulia de la recepción muy amables y serviciales, la recepción está las 24 horas. La habitación era cómoda. Lo único negativo es que en el baño no salía agua caliente de la ducha y hacía mucho frío.
Super recommend, hostel very well located in Trastevere near restaurants, bars and cafes. 30 walking distance from the Colosseum. Alejandra and Giulia from the reception very friendly and helpful, the reception is 24 hours. the room was comfortable. the only negative is that in the bathroom no hot water came out of the shower and it was very cold.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse! La cama cómoda. Lockers algo pequeños y sin candado, lleven el suyo!

The staff is really nice, clean areas and really well located! The only “bad” thing about it is that it’s not that close to public transport stations, so you must walk a little bit, but it’s really safe :)
Für ein paar Nächte ist das Hostel in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es keinerlei Ablagefläche im Zimmer, nicht mal Haken um Handtücher oder Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Fenster im Zimmer war oben nicht dicht und stand halb offen, sodass durchgehend kalte Luft ins Zimmer kam. Das Bad ist ebenfalls mäßig, es gibt nicht einmal genügend Toilettenpapier.
For a few nights the hostel is in order. However there is no storage area in the room, not even hooks to hang handbags or jackets. The window in the room was not closed upstairs and stand half open, so that cold air comes in through the room. The bathroom is also very wet, there is not even enough toilet paper.
