Si vous pensez que l'hebergement n'est pas cher, c'est que vous n'avez pas encore vu l'état de la chambre ; des poils dans le lit, des tiques, les toilettes cassées et impossible de tirer la chasse d'eau, des taches contre le mur, la literie de mauvaise qualitée et sale, de la poussière (vu la quantité de poussière présente, je pense que vous n'avez jamais nettoyé le dessus des armoires), un accueil autant chaleureux qu'un rendez-vous dans une morgue... Donc si vous souhaitez économisez...
If you think that accommodation is cheap, you have not yet seen the condition of the room; hairs in the bed, ticks, the toilet is broken and impossible to pull the drain, stains against the wall, poor quality and dirty bedding, dust (given the amount of dust present, I think you have never cleaned the top of the cabinets), a warm welcome as a dead-room appointment... So if you want to save money, take it.
Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué tarde. No pude hacer check in, no contestaban ninguno de los números que estaban disponibles y tuve una muy mala experiencia
I couldn't check in, they didn't answer any of the numbers that were available and I had a very bad experience
The room was very basic.. not refurbished probably for 30 + years.. beds were ok .. bathroom was very basic.. sink could not drain .. the shower… we’ll if you we’re very very skinny, you could fit sideways into shower.. taps leaked We was only available at reception.. not in the room Desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful

La chambre au 5 étage est répugnante;un vrai taudis:lavabo bouché,beignoire inutilisable.Wifi inexistant,literie sale, les draps n ont pas été changés pendant tout le séjour.Tout ce Qu il y a de positif c est l emplacement.
A stay to forget. austere reception. a wall of incommunication between client and the gentleman at the reception. the room on the 5th floor is disgusting;a real mess: clogged laundry,unusable sink.non-existent wifi,literature sale, the sheets have not been changed during the entire stay.All that is positive is the location.
Worst experience. I booked through the website and they cancelled my reservation “due to unforeseen circumstances”. Which caused me to rebook somewhere else for like $700. They told me they would refund me my deposit, which they never did. They don’t respond to emails. Incredibly unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. However, I did get my refund after I contacted the website. The hotel staff is seemingly helpless. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Hotel cancelled 2 days before stay without notice. It has been 2 months and I still haven’t had my deposit refunded!!
Do NOT book this hotel!! It’s a fraud! I booked and they send me to another hostel and I think that’s illegal. The hostel they sent me was terrible, the wifi didn’t work, the guy at reception was rude, the dorms wasn’t good and they didn’t even have female dorms, which was the one that I booked. They might say that this was an incident and that they usually don’t do that, but it happened to other two girls that stayed with me and to a lot of people in the comments.
No kitchen, bad wifi expensive hostel for what it offered, i was going to stay in a hotel but they transfered me to this hostel, it seem that they do it to a lot of people, the only good thing was the location

Un accueil impecable, réceptionniste très sympathique. Très propre, proche du centre ville, des arrêts de bus et metro

Great if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Rome and you aren't fussy. Some things to note: - you get what you pay for - the heating didn't work but stayed there with my partner so wasn't a major issue - facilities are a bit old but mostly functional; - curtains didn't close - had hot water but the pressure was kinda rubbish - bathroom smelly Overall not the worst place in the world if you don't mind roughing it a bit. Staff were lovely.

I made a mistake on Booking date. Then, i'didn't go to your hôtel. I have been surprised with your qualité survêt. I did another book in another hôtel for good date. Your Price for me is too expensive for me for a night between 1sr and 2nd octobre. Have a good date. O. ANDRÉ

Très bon accueil, Will est top et disponible pour aider et informer! Merci à toi Dommage pour la douche et les toilettes qui fonctionnaient très mal et la literie laisse à désirer. L’isolation nécessite d’être améliorée.

Não é o melhor hotel ou hostel, o banheiro estava com o ralo entupido, e como é um prédio antigo, as coisas pareciam estar sujas. Em compensação, o pessoal da recepção é maravihoso, recebi muitas dicas e cartões de desconto, o que foi ótimo.
