Banaras Rest House

Das Privatzimmer war geräumig genug und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Leider was das Bad dreckig, die Spülung hat geleakt, der Wasserhahn an der Dusche getropft und das Wasser der Dusche wurde nicht warm. Auf dem Bett waren Haare zu finden und allgemein viele Mücken. Es gab eine direkte Verbindung ins Treppenhaus, nachts wurde dort das Licht nicht ausgeschalten und anfangs wurden abends noch sehr laut Musik oder Reels abgespielt was im ganzen Haus zu hören war.

Private room without towels, flush broken, shower broken, toilet tablet broken. The laundry gave us back still wet clothes. Don’t recommended.

The staff is not helpful nor friendly. The A/C stops working every couple of hours and the WiFi is terribly unreliable. The place is a bit dirty. Good location.

Nice, comfortable rest house in Varanasi. It's in the backstreets near the ghats, so it is well situated and authentic. Dorms comfortable, staff helpful and very good value for money. Recommended.

Nothing special, but was cheap and in Varanasi center. No atmosphere at all. The owner does not accept unmarried couples, unacceptable in 2023.

No AC dorm was given but in the facilities it is mentioned as AC.

Near to the ghat about 600m. Have a strong signal wi-fi. I just love it.

Das Hostel liegt relativ gut, die Mitarbeiter sind nett jedoch ein wenig lustlos. Trotzdem wurden alles unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Bei der Ausstattung sind das relativ gute WIFI und die heiße Dusche zu erwähnen. Andere Ausstattung ist nicht vorhanden. Das schlimmste ist, dass es sowohl zur Straße hin, als auch zum Flur hin Löcher in der Wand gibt. Deswegen hört man jegliche Geräusche von innen und au´ßen, als ob man direkt neben der Lärmquelle wäre.

Great manager and good staff. Manager will always help and give good advice. Some afternoons he cooks bbq for customers fee of charge. Help us book train. After we had left had to cancel the train and staff contacted tour company snd help us get some money back.

One of the best rest house. I've stayed in India, staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, they reccomend good trips, good food place.Host was amazing.700 mts walk was worth to reach at Banaras Rest House though it was puzzled.Very comfortable beds and AC was cool.
