They did not accept me in the hostel. They have discrimination. Especially the Arab manager he was the one who refused me. Don’t check in in this hostel! IT sucks

The absolute worst hostel and service I've experienced my entire life. The attitude and (non-)service of the reception staff are horrible beyond belief. They are either unavailable, or do not care to help at all. This hostel should be avoided!!

This is the most overrated hostel I've stayed in. The cleanliness was a huge let down, the showers and toilets stank. The also break the cardinal rule of a decent bunk which is a tiny bed plus a huge gap next to the wall. So easy to drop things through and lose it. You'd think in the quiet seasons the reception would be more able and friendly to help but they quite often just disappear or act completely uninterested. All this for $50? Rather stay in Ramallah and bus in.

I NEVER GOT THERE BECAUSE ALL FLIGHTS WERE CANCELLED BUT I JUST NOTICED I PAYED???

On the day Israel closed the border, I happened to be stuck at the border and was unable to pass through customs. I have contacted them three times and have not received a response. Because it has been less than 24 hours that day, I cannot cancel the order. So far, they have charged me the full fee for three days, and then there is no response.

Stayinn hostel charged me 3 times for my stay and refused to resolve the charges. They ignored my emails and messages, and I was forced to file fraud with my bank. I warn anyone thinking of staying here to reconsider.

They only opened one counter despite a queue when check in and more than one staff actually at the counter. The one ahead me encountered payment issue and they still ask everyone in the queue to wait. WHAT? The room also surprises me with no aircon available at all time. You need to go downstairs and ask for the remote. It will shut down hours later (automatically?). The room is said for both sex and all men and the smell is unpleasant. The bathroom also wet at all time and no soap available.

Great place to stay, but you have to accept really tiny rooms. Better security than some hostels I've stayed at and more of a hotel feel in many ways, but still good common areas. Location can't be beat in my opinion. Convenient to everything and a good value.

Amazing location. Very clean with nice beds with privacy curtains. Unfortunately, my bed didn’t have an outlet to charge my devices over night. The staff were very friendly.

I have stayed at other hostels in Jerusalem and this is by the far the best.

Noisy room straight on the main road, room a bit dirty, unpleasant staff, bed light didn’t work, no bedside socket for connecting phone.

This is a great hotel/hostel for budget travellers, which offers good value for money. It has some clever design features (plugs inside lockers etc.) and comfortable common areas with full kitchen to cook your own food and games to play with children. My only disappointment was the inability of the staff to produce a valid receipt upon check-out. I understand that technical difficulties may arise, but providing the receipt during check-in and payment would give you more time to solve them

Best hostel in Jerusalem for sure! I stayed for two nights because I had an acceptance exam and audition to do in Jerusalem. The staff took very good care of me and they were there for me and they were really fun to hang around with! Special thanks to Diaa, Othman, Mark, and Noah and the others for making my stay in Jerusalem more than pleasant ❤️

The woman at the front desk was really incompetent. Only gave a group of 6 3 towels because of “laundry issues” then I see her give 3 more towels to these girls that walked in an hour after us. Plus it took over an hour to check in with this girl because she didn’t know how to work a computer. Overall, the location is awesome and it’s right near the old city and shuk, but the staff suck. Know what you’re getting into
