The place is pretty run down, window less rooms, sewer smells coming from the bathrooms; and cleanliness is quite lacking (e.g. stains on the sheets). Staff are nice and doing their best.

the staff is mediocre, it took 40 minutes to even check in. afterwards i got put in a random room which i did not book. the bathrooms were very dirty, breakfast was not there, common area was not inviting at all, showers (men) were not working. would not recommend going here

I stayed on a private ensuite without windows, the building is also very old which is fine but the floor outside my room was very loud when anyone walked pass. It’s a hostel we’re people lives there. Not what I was expecting. Shower was terrible too.

Honteux, devrait fermé. Insalubre, sale, pas d’eau tard le soir. On nous a proposé un thermo d’eau brûlante pour que je puisse rincer le savon que j’avais dans les mains. Ambiance très oppressante.

Arrived and our booking wasn’t on the system. showed to a room where the beds hadn’t been changed since the last people, long dark hairs and blood stains on the sheets. Then showed to another room by a noisey road with pubic hairs on the grubby blankets. Refused a refund for the next night despite the disgusting rooms. bathrooms reeked - had no door, loo roll, soap and only one functioning tap. Finally the kitchen was abominable, dirty burnt pans were encrusted with food, fridge was repulsiv...

The location of the hostel was nice but that was everything. The showers were gross (hair everywhere and dirty shampoo bottles as well). Thereby the toilets were dirty as well. I did not feel comfortable showering and going to the toilet here. Thereby the sockets for your chargers don’t work. We also stayed in the Dragonfly hostel in Cusco and I can definitely recommend that hostel over this one. The staff was also unkind and unhelpful when we asked them for information about how to get around...

Estuve 4 días en el Hostel, si estuvo todo limpio, los baños igual, había wifi y todo. Lo único incómodo fue la cocina, que en realidad no está bien equipada, faltaba cubiertos, la tetera estaba rota, deberían de mejorar los utensilios de la cocina para que los huéspedes pueden preparar sus alimentos, además le faltó unas mesas para poder comer.

Établissement qui d'apparence a plein de charme sur les photos mais une fois sur place grosse déception. Hostel froid, pas accueillant, l'intérieur est complètement à l'abandon. La propriété des parties communes est à désirer. Les salles de bains sont extrêmement salles. Difficile de se dire qu'on va se rendre propre dans un endroit aussi peu entretenu. WiFi annoncé à l'accueil mais clairement inexistant dans les chambres.

Great hostel, very cheap but much better than expected for this price. The staff, especially Carlos, was very kind and helpful. Not full stars because washing opportunities are advertised but there are none. but there are some nearby. Except of that veryy good!

The hostel is very well located and the staff at the reception was very helpful. Good base camp hostel to move around.

We liked the hostel, it is a very good deal for the price. The staff is also very helpful, the older man in the reception is very sweet, and generally showed that he cared for us when we got sick❣️ Kitchen is not the best, not much space and lack of equipment. Yet, we stayed here each time we came back to Cusco!

Podrían mejorar en muchos aspectos, el hostel no está muy cuidado y le falta limpieza profunda. Me cobraron en soles con un cambio muy arriba del promedio... La ubicación es muy buena, no lo recomendaría para más de una noche.

el hostel está perfectamente ubicado. El personal es muy amable. me permitieron guardar equipaje por varios días mientras realizaba trekking a Choquequirao.

Pase el año nuevo en este lugar y fue lo máximo, el lugar y sus actividades diarias hicieron que mi viaje sea aún más bonito.

This is a quiet hostel in a good part of town. However, the bathrooms were very filthy and falling apart. Black mold everywhere and only one working shower from what we could find. Kitchen was very small but functional. Found bugs on the bedsheet. Staff is very friendly but it wouldn’t be my first choice for a hostel, especially if you are looking for something social.

There was no lighting in the hallways at night making the hostel very creepy and hard to navigate. The bathrooms (especially the showers) were very dirty. The location was great and the price was good, but the environment of the hostel was incredibly off putting.

The stuff and the location were really good with reasonable price. All the facilities functioned properly.

Great location, private room was fantastic and great staff. Their page may need an update though, as they no longer have a bar, food or laundry service. They also did not have the daily activities that were advertised, but free breakfast at a cafe a short walk away was still available. Still lloved our stay, just needs a little clearer advertisement

Un lindo hostal en la zona centro de Cuzco. es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. la cocina me pareció sucia ya que la gente que la utilizaba no solía limpiar lo cual hacia que debías limpiar lo de alguien para poder utilizarlo. la habitación estaba muy bien y cumplía con lo que se ofrecía, la gente muy atenta

El piso crujia, los peldaños de la escalera presentaban ruturas y el baños del 1era piso dejaba mucho que desear. Se que para el presio esta bien, pero creo q tiene mucho q mejorar sobre todo en el mantenimiento del baño.
