I booked single room, but have to stay in an 8-person room due to no Wi-Fi not to contact the reception). The hostal didn't leave a note to guide me on how to check in correctly. At the end, an additional single room rate was charged, and even the room rate was increased to 44,000. In fact, I had already prepaid 10,000 online.Even after my correction, they still wouldn't say sorry or pretend to be ignorant. I think that offering a discount is the correct business practice.

Basic, clean hostel close to transportation and attractions. Bizarrely my Canadian credit and debit cards were not accepted on the property's terminal so I had to get cash from the bank and pay the withdrawal fees. I have not had this problem previously nor since.

Pretty basic hostel but it has everything you’ll need. It pretty empty when we stayed there but the women who works there was really nice. The one downside was the lack of ventilation in our room, the windows were not openable.

Pure “Hostel Culture”! Gladys was very welcoming and the place is well located in P Natales. Bed was comfortable and all facilities were simple but clean.
