    staff were helpful at first and the breakfast was nice. however, staff did not disclose that the room we were in was infested with bed bugs and when we mentioned it they didn’t seem surprised and their apologises seemed disingenuous. we were then moved to another hostel in the middle of the night while one staff member filmed the situation giggling with the other staff members. we’ve had to wash literally everything we had with us and wipe down our bags

    Property itself was nice with a fairly modern pool area. Rooms were quite cramped with not enough space for bags etc and only 3 lockers per 4 beds. Main problem I had here was bed bugs- woke up covered in bites head to toe and upon inspection found come adult bugs, eggs and sheddings in the bed. Notified staff of this and they didn’t seem overly surprised

    Very good hostel with a good atmosphere! The people that caring about the hostel was very kind . Only problem there were bedbugs in our room . I hope it’s finish !

    Had a member of staff perch on the wall of the bathroom and watch one of my friends use the toilet, came home with bedbugs in our backpacks had to sterilize everything. Curtains are hung on the wall with string and don’t fully close, mattress is creaky and could make loud noises whenever I would move even a little bit. Poster on bathroom wall said to ask up front for toilet paper, but when we asked they said they didn’t supply it. I would not recommend staying here, the bedbugs are not worth it.

    We found three bedbugs coming home after staying here. Often when using the restroom staff sat on the tops off the walls watching. Breakfast was nice however.

    For the price it was alright, but they should really fix the bedbug problem. Would not recommend staying in the dorm rooms though, as there were only three lockers for four people. The facilities were alright and at least the free breakfast fast good. It’s okay for one or two nights but the bedbugs really ruined it for us.
