I had a problem with the dates and they simply didn’t care about try to help. Unfortunately, the property can be good but the care about guests problems it’s bad.

Nunca voltaria, me senti inseguro, água do banheiro FERVENTE, sem ar condicionado e as camas faziam muito barulhos, quartos apertados e apenas 4 lockers para 10 pessoas (e que 3 deles não funcionavam)

Tout est cher de la location de velo, au café, la chambre d'hôtel. Douche et toilette sale et tres different des espaces communs beaucoup moins entretenu moins décoré etc... Un autre monde. Sinon lit tres confortable!!!!

It's a more than great place with horribly friendly staff. You know those people that when they get together their group is full of nice and great times then suddenly only your phone gets stolen and nobody that was kind to you before will help because some issue arose: that's these people at clinkmama, they also work clinkcoco! how much of a shame it is to a property this sexy.

pipe sounds all night long 4 closets for a room with 12 people the only way to charge it was 1usb

There are a few pros to this hostel. It is located right beside a grocery store and a bus stop that goes right to the airport. Other than that not many positives. The 12 bed dorm only has 4 lockers so it is a first come first serve basis. The bed themselves are loud and uncomfortable and there are no curtains so no privacy. The atmosphere is nonexistent, their ‘events’ are essentially leaving food on a table. Would not recommend for anyone in their 20s looking to socialize and enjoy Amsterda...

So lucky only booked one night. Low maintenance and cold atmosphere.

Stayed in a 10 person mixed dorm overnight and it was grossly overpriced for what it was. Shared showers were disgusting and there were only 4 lockers in a room for 10 people? Couldn’t even walk around the room without stepping on people’s bags and clothes all over the floor. It was a dirty space and the vibes weren’t nice and I wish I hadn’t spent my money here.

Stayed here for a single night the staff were lovely and friendly and spoke good English they served a nice coffee or a granola bowl and they were open to having a chat. The common area is awesome ex industrial building converted into a open plan common area with a kitchen and a cosy lounge and nice homely decor. The rooms however whilst relatively clean could have done with a better dusting beside the beds. And another resident was under a drain pipe.

It was a nice place !! Near the center ! The shower rooms was not clean , maybe the should clean it more often!

We loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. Close to the city center, but just outside enough to not be crazy busy. The facility was clean and well maintained. The common areas were perfect and plenty of space for everyone. The staff really made it great! We interacted with Stella the most and she was amazing! We are so grateful to the staff for welcoming and helping us in our journey.

This place was cool. Cute and well stocked café, friendly and helpful staff, cool common area. It was my first time in a hostel so I didn't know what to expect and I was glad to find such a relaxed atmosphere. My room itself was pretty bare-bones, but the whole point is to go out, right? Bed was also a little stiff, but I'm in my late 30s so take that complaint with a grain of salt. Ultimately a really cool spot that I would stay at again!

Hermoso hostel! Con todas las comodidades para pasar unos hermosos dias en amsterdam! Volvería sin dudarlo! El personal super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a pesar de la barrera idiomatica! La habitación que me toco daba a unos de los canales! Hermoso!!! Excelente todo!

Overall a decent stay and in good location for Amsterdam. Staff were nice enough, but showers were either freezing cold or boiling hot and laundry cost €7!! Great kitchen though and decent sized chill out space. The rooms need curtains on the beds though as the individual lights are WAY too bright.

Pretty Hostel, pretty dorm rooms. The bath was pretty dirty and you couldn’t change the water temperature in the shower, it was either to hot or to cold. It also wasn’t really social. All in all ok but to expensive in my opinion, but Amsterdam is in general pretty expensive.

Some pros: lovely staff (especially the hostel cat Tommy!!!!), good kitchen, bed was comfortable. Good to know: I booked in the female dorm which is advertised as having curtains separating the beds, but there were no curtains in the room. Not an issue, just wish that had been corrected in the room description. The bathrooms (showers and toilets) are shared between all of the dorms, not split by male/female. The showers never felt particularly fresh or clean

Good staff but not very attentive to the common areas. Not very clean and the fact that the main lobby is also a public cafe is not ideal when you want to just get up and rent a towel from the front desk. The location is great and rooms are adequate. Security is good and everywhere in Amsterdam is safe.

Frauenzimmer hatte keine Vorhänge und man konnte die Nachbarn ziemlich laut hören. Das WC ist gemischt genauso wie die duschen und die Klos sind extremst ekelhaft. Irgendwie hab ich niemanden dort richtig kennen lernen können. Bettwäsche war auch iffy. Unter der Bettwäsche hat sich eine ekelhafte schmutzige Matratze verbirgt. Ist zwar gut gelegen aber ich würde ein hygienischeres Hostel empfehlen für Frauen.

I had a wonderful stay at clinkmama. The staff were friendly and provided recommendations for my trip. My bed was comfy and the bathroom was always clean. Nice calm atmosphere and great location too!

the discrepancy in the 7 bed all female dorm between the beds is crazy, also any time anybody uses any water you will hear it in the pipes (sometimes for 30+ min)

Great stay and staff were very helpful

Das Zimmer war eigentlich ein Container der quasi im Aufenthaltsraum steht. Kein Fenster, kein Tageslicht, keine frische Luft, aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen war ok. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken und der Boden im Zimmer war irgendwie klebrig. Es gibt keinen Gepäckraum sondern Schließfächer die 6€ kosten. Sicherheit ist fraglich. Eigentlich kann jeder ins Hostel laufen und die Gemeinschaftsräume benutzen.

Bien si vous êtes un groupe et que vous voulez tranquillité et bon petit déjeuner. Je déconseille si vous êtes solo. Aucune interaction sociale, mais le personnel est gentil.

Séjour agréable. Dommage qu’il n’y aie pas de petit déjeuner. Les réservations avec les enfants sont souvent compliquées; les sites de réservation en quantité énorme et téléphoner tout à fait déconseillé. C’est pour les single. L’hôtellerie a une dimension internationale. Il faut pratiquement être dans le milieu pour tout connaître. Très propre et pas désagréable. Bon week-end

Tolles Hostel….es fehlt an nichts

Great hostel good location. Kitchen really big and clean. Our private room was very spacious. Only thing I say is the washing machine was pretty loud at night - think this should be locked after evening!

Good little cat that lived there, tommy was his name-o was cute. staff were very helpful in times of trouble. very close to nearby monuments. Thanks team!
