Great! But too expensive for a shared room.

Disappointing experience at this hostel. Upon arriving early, I requested an early check-in or to pay for an extra night but was met with rudeness and unwillingness to assist. I have a visual impairment, yet no assistance was offered. Interestingly, the cleaning staff treated me better than the receptionist. Additionally, when expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a reservation cancellation, I was informed that the hostel insists on enforcing their cancellation policy.

Not clean at all and in a scary area. Breakfast was horrible

Location, security and staff were all nice but the room was FULL of black mould. I was actually very unwell for most of my stay. (Black mould up all the walls in our room, under the bunk bed, right by the air conditioner which was blowing our cold air, all through the shared shower as well). Really really unpleasant for the price we paid. I will not be recommending this accomodation to friends.

Awful service and unhelpful employees

THIS IS THE WORST HOSTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT. Got a solid 3 hours of sleep because someone puked all over the floor at 2 am. The rooms are very crammed, the bathrooms are filthy and the person at the desk seemed high. So yeah, fantastic stay!

Don’t stay here if you are a backpacker and want to make friends. This is more of a hotel with some dorm rooms. No kitchen, no group activities, no atmosphere- I was miserable here. The rooms were very tight and smelly, bunk beds cramped on the bottom bunk, bathrooms get dirty at night- they could at least add some hand towels.

very expensive compared to other hostels and not much of value. Staff should have offered lower bunk bed as it was available, not just giving something without asking customer's preference. Restroom was not being cleaned.

Sanitaries were not clean, dust and heir everywhere, all through the stay Rooms were not clean, a lot of dust Breakfast is alright

Great hostel. Strongly recommend it.

Solid spot. It’s actually modern and doesn't have that 'worn-out hostel' feel. The staff are chill and genuinely helpful, and the rooms/facilities are clean and well-designed. No complaints at all. It’d be cool if they ran some social events.

Location is very convenient as only 5-10 mnts walking away from central. Staff and the manager was amazing they extend their support to explore city and friendly. Me and friend really enjoyed the stay there . Its recommendable too

Clean and great location. Not the most social but had privacy. Breakfast is a bit pricy and I wouldn’t have stayed unless I got a online discount as the price is a little high at 30€

Fabulous location and facilities. Definitely pricey, but on par for Amsterdam. The location was excellent and the common bathrooms and showers were spotless. Breakfast was great, the staff were helpful.

FANTASTIC hostel experience. 10/10 recommend for any solo travelers

The location is great, and there’s a nice social area downstairs with tables and chairs for talking with other guest! Everything was going smoothly until I discovered the hotel’s magical system: at exactly 11:00 a.m., your key card turns into a useless piece of plastic and u cant open any door. If you leave your room at 11:10 a.m., be prepared to walk to reception in your towel asking for help It’s a good place overall, but that little detail definitely cost them some points here!

Good location . Clean bathroom . Not so much of social vibe. Staffs are nice and helpful except the night receptionist Mo , who was rude and condescending.

Service was great. Rooms and facilities were clean & looked like in the pictures. Good location, many restaurants & bars close by, but not too noisy at night. In the female 6 person dorm, beds were good & the curtains are a big plus. The lockers under the bed were big enough for a backpack & a suitcase luggage. Good air-condition in the room too. A small minus: the room was a pretty tight fit, with six people we had to take our turns opening the lockers and getting what we needed for the day.

Perfect ! This hostel's clean, well located, with great blinds and you even got a towel included ! Would 100% recommend.

I loved my time at the Tourist Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly + helpful. One woman even helped me organize my train to the airport. The beds had incredibly comfortable/lush duvets. The only downside was that the receptionist didn't inform me how the aircon worked upon arrival (many hostels are controlled by staff) + it turns out it's self controlled in each room. So the first night was like sleeping in an oven, but everything was great after that!

Bathrooms are smaller but unusually an attendant is there most of the time to keep it spotless clean. I was in room 15. I was on bed 2. When I sleep on my bed, the bed light from 5 falls on my face. Light from 5 is leaking through the bed. Please see if you can seal it Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay in a private room with my wife. It was a great base for exploring Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful from checked in itself, & the location is central & a short walk from major attractions like the Anne Frank House. My room was surprisingly quiet & clean, as were the shared facilities. The private room had its own wash basin & a hairdryer, & the shared shower room was well-equipped with shampoo & shower gel. The free breakfast was very extensive & tasty with drink...
