- Les draps n’étaient pas propres et il y avait des punaises de lit

- Ce n’est pas ma première nuit dans cet auberge pour autant cette fois ci mes draps étaient sales et infestés de punaises de lit. Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit et je suis totalement recouverte de bouton. Comment les draps pouvaient être aussi sales (traces de rouge à lèvre ou autre..) Je suis extrêmement déçue et je n’y retournerai pas.

- Everything was dirty even the bed and they don’t have soap in the bathroom and the service was very bad
- - Je n'ai appris que la veille de mon départ que les clients de l'hôtel bénéficiaient de -10% sur les repas. Aucune information : ni lors du check in, ni par les 3 personnes qui ont pris les commandes sur les 5 jours (7 repas sans compter les boissons hors repas). Ni semble-t-il sur le site, ni sur Booking, ni sur les mails qui confirment la réservation. Le seul endroit où c'est marqué, c'est en anglais (?) sur le papier qui accompagne la carte de chambre. Quand je l'ai signalé au check out, la barman était "désolée mais ce n'est pas rétroactif" ; une autre "c'est marqué sur la carte de chambre" (histoire de justifier que c'est écrit quelque part). Seul le réceptionniste était compréhensif et a voulu faire un geste en m'offrant le petit déjeuner (mais je les avais déjà tous pris lors de ma réservation). Depuis 15 jours, silence radio malgré mes 2 mails + celui de Booking. Je retiendrai donc "On est désolé, on est navré" en guise de réponse pour l'absence d'information. - la chambre cabine est bien isolée (2 portes) dans une pièce de 4. La hauteur sous plafond est réduite de moitié depuis le lit (le lit de la cabine voisine occupant l'autre moitié), ce qui pourrait sembler oppressant pour des personnes claustrophobes. - la possibilité de prendre son repas à n'importe quelle heure est en revanche un vrai plus

- Toilettes qui débordaient Un voisin hurlait et tapait dans les parois de sa cabine, de 01h00 à 05h00 du matin…
+ Der Rezeptionist war freundlich und das Wlan war schnell.
- Die Unterkunft teilte mir ein Bett zu, welches zuvor bereits genutzt und nicht gereinigt wurde. Es stand ein halbvolles Glas daneben und die Bettwäsche wurde benutzt. Nach Rücksprache an der Rezeption teilte man mir ein neues Bett zu, das letzte verfügbare des Abends. In diesem gab es ausschließlich eine Bettdecke sowie den Bettdeckenbezug und kein Bettlaken oder irgendetwas für das Kopfkissen. Weitere Hilfe erhielt ich nicht, ich musste meinen Rucksack als Kopfkissen nutzen. Einer Rückerstattung der Nacht stimmte die Unterkunft ebenso wenig zu, weshalb ich nichtmal sagen kann, dass ihnen diese Situation leid tat. Schlussendlich habe ich den Booking Support eingeschaltet, der mir die Kosten gutgeschrieben hat, obwohl sich die Unterkunft weiterhin geweigert. Das Bild zeigt den Zustand des Bettes, in dem ich nächtigen musste.

- There were bed bugs and dirty sheets and blood on the bed curtain. The staff member did not seem to care about what I was telling him and did not offer any sort of help or refund for this disgusting room.
+ Hostel was located near train station, helpful staff
- Bed bugs!!!! All of us came back home bitten in typical pattern. Avoid the hostel, these bites are not pleasent at all.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, lag nur außerhalb. Es gab eine Bar und Restaurant. Personal war sehr nett.

kept cancelling my keycard to get into my room before my check out date, so kept having to go down to reception and asking for them to make my keycard work again. men and women’s bathroom connect no door inbetween
Superbe auberge de jeunesse avec un bon rapport qualité prix, et de nombreux choix d’offres. La propreté était impeccable tout comme l’accueil du personnel. Malgré son excentricité, l’auberge est située à quelques minutes à pied des transports. Je recommande vivement !
The cleanliness was impeccable as was the hospitality of the staff. despite its eccentricity, the hostel is located a few minutes' walk from public transportation. i highly recommend it!
Overall very good expeirence
Personnel incroyablement gentil. Je suis arrivée tard, j'ai été bien accueillie, bonne nourriture sur place, espace commun sympa. Cependant, gros problème de ménage. Les sols sont sales, les lits aussi. Sous le premier attribué, il y avait des coquilles de pistaches, et sous le 2e des mouchoirs sales. Les matelas avaient des tâches noires. Les chambres sont poussiéreuses, la porte de la douche ne ferme pas à clef, une des deux fenêtres hors service, la clim ne fonctionne pas
I arrived late, I was well received, good food on site, nice common space. However, big cleaning problem. The floors are dirty, the beds too. Under the first assigned, there were pistachio shells, and under the 2nd assigned, dirty handkerchiefs. The mattresses had black spots. The rooms are dusty, the shower door doesn't lock, one of the two windows is out of service, the air conditioner doesn't work
Manque d'hygiène. Personnel désagréable.
Overall good, just a bit far from the city center. Safe for solo female traveler.

Habitaciones excelentes, servicio al huésped un poco hostil, y la cocina no tenia cocina, no se puede cocinar, solo hay microondas y un hornito, nada mas. Dentro de todo, muy bien, pero puede mejorar
Excellent rooms, a bit hostile guest service, and the kitchen had no kitchen, you can't cook, only microwaves and a oven, nothing more.
Ich möchte gleich vorwegnehmen, dass das Hostel für Studenten unter 25 Jahren gedacht ist.
I would like to assume right away that the Hostel is intended for students under 25 years old.
rooms are very dirty, obvious that beds havent been wiped down in ages. Toilets and showers were relatively clean but the podrooms weren't whatsoever.
It was just fine, there is no reason a hostel should let 60+ individuals stay in dorms when we had to listen to people snoring all night, one woman asked us to be quiet at 9pm, and there was literally no hand soap or body wash in the bathroom. It was overall a poor experience because we stayed in one of the dorms, but the bar and kitchen was nice.
Séjour vraiment agréable. Je le recommande volontiers. A déconseiller aux personnes casanières : elles risquent de ne pas souvent sortir :)
I would recommend it very much. a word of advice to housewives: they may not go out often:)
Everything was put together and clean. Staff were decent and the restroom and sharing areas were kept tidy.
I didn’t expect that they have good service like that, it is really incredible and I really enjoyed

+ • Friendly Staff • Many possibilities to meet other young travellers • Good location next to a delightful Portuguese bakery
- • My cabin was DIRTY. (See photos) • So were the showers. •The mattress was quite hard and the sheets didn’t hold in place. •Also: the doors to the cabins are super loud, and the “soundproof” walls don’t do much, which is why I didn’t get much sleep at all. Despise using earplugs.
