I gave 2 stars for the personnel being kind enough to give me a partial refund of my booking. I cancelled after my first night because I found bed bugs on the bed.

1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre 0. Rapport qualité-prix ignoble. L'hotel n'est pas du tout celui vendu sur internet. Hotel très mal entretenu, chambres TRÈS sales, couloir sale. Le ménage n'est pas fait, ils changent juste les draps et les serviettes, qui sont eux-mêmes tâchés et troués. Très mauvaise expérience car nous avons eu des punaises de lit dans notre chambre. Nous leur avons signalé, ils nous ont passé une autre chambre, SALE et qui pue. L'hotel mérite beaucoup de rénovations.

Tout , insalubre , chambre désastreuse , payer 240€ pour une chambre moisie , douche noir, tache sur les lits , punaise de lit, miroir casser porte manteau cassé , énormément cher , ça n’a rien à voir avec les photos

It was an awful experience. We booked 4 nights from booking and paid before the arrival. From the first night we have been bitten from bedbugs. We inform the night editor but he told us to wait until the morning. When we spoke with the morning receptionist he didn't seem surprised he was quite laughing actually ' for god shake ' and he suggested to change room but we didn't accept it because early in the morning we heard spray a lot to the rest of the rooms so we realised that all the hotel is full of them and they hide it. So we request our money back so we can stay somewhere else and fortunately they gave it back to us but then the receptionist start to act more rude and aggressively and demand pack our things immediately even though that we already start to prepare leaving from there. They had the most unacceptable rude bad behaviour that we ever saw in a hotel and we travel a lot. Such an unpleasant experience. I don't how booking let them be on the list of accommodations we trust and use booking a lot this hotel don't follow the protocols. If you want to not waste your money or risk your health DON'T Go there.

INSALUBRE. Dormir dans cet hôtel était la pire expérience. Tâches sur les draps, les couettes et les coussins, trous dans les portes, paroi de douche cassée. Les murs et les sols étaient tâchées. Lorsque je demande au personnel de changer mon drap remplit de tâche il me menace de me mettre dehors. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre avec des restes de cendres sur le rebord de la fenêtre. L'odeur ne partait pas car était imprégnée dans les rideaux. Le pire était la présence de punaises de lit dans 2 chambres réservées sur 4. Le personnel n'avait pas l'air choqué de l'apprendre et a pris notre situation à la légère. Nous sommes partit après la nuit. Logement à fuir absolument.

There were so many bed bugs that couldnt sleep all the night becouse they bite me and there were interference from other customers like they talked all the night and we could hear.

Unser Hotelzimmer war voller Schimmel. Ich vermute, die Betten hatten Bettwanzen, allerdins gesehen habe ich die nicht. Aber die Bisse und Symptome, was wir hatten, sahen danach aus. Day Bad war sie klein, dass man sich kaum am Waschbecken waschen konnte.

The hotel was old and the rooms were not clean at all.. They had cleaned what was visible to the eye but under the bed you could find dust and dirt in generall.. There were bugs in the bed and in the room so I wouldn't recommend it even for one night.

We didn't like bed bugs.

Do not stay here!! My friend got severely bitten by bed bugs and the hotel refused to take any responsibility or show the slightest bit of concern. Horrible in every way I do not recommend.

Nightmare experience, for the love of God don't stay here. The rooms are infested with bed bugs. We went to ER to get anti-allergic treatment to bedbugs after staying one night
