Br Hostel

Although the hostel appeared to be very clean, I was very badly bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I developed a severe allergic reaction and had to spend R$80 on medication. I also noticed that previous guests had reported the same issue in their reviews. I contacted the hostel and asked to speak with the owner to report what had happened, but I never received a response.

Lockers under the bed is hard to get when people are a bit messy. Also the fan is horrible, I wouldn't use it on hot days as they are huge and make a loooot of noise, roof fan would have been way better. --- Side note, I had a bed bug on my bed room 8. I know it's horrible situation but it can happen everywhere, the hostel take the right measures based on this situation (change me the room, close the room and they will call the specialist for this). Yes bad luck but again, I can't put it on the hostel, I would, if they wouldn't have take any measures after my complain...

Look, I had a good time and met some good people. My problem comes from the fact that I had bed bugs in my original bed. I now have many bites over my body and instead of offering any sort of compensation or even laundry - I was simply moved to another room (a cheaper room) at 2am with no apologies. This should not happen in a hostel at this price and especially not ignoring the problem and almost acting as if it was my fault that I had bed bugs.

Limpeza péssima Infestação de percevejo

Alguns quartos estavam com problemas de percevejos, acredito q seja algo a se atentar para não ter infestação. E já estavam dedetizando quando saí.

Levei diversas picadas de percevejo/bed bugs, o hostel deixa a desejar na higienização do lugar.

Minha estadia no BR Hostel foi um pouco decepcionante. Explico. Por azar do destino, haviam percevejos na minha cama. Ao acordar, notei que meu braço estava todo picado. A princípio, pensei ser pernilongo, porém, não era uma picada aqui e acolá, eram várias por todo o antebraço. Na noite anterior eu havia notado alguns bichinhos na cama, mas pensei ser formiguinhas e tal. Me enganei. Entrei em contato com o Hostel e disseram que averiguariam a situação. Contudo deixo aqui registrado para que próximos hópedes se atentem. Em contato com um colega de outro hostel, o mesmo alegou que teve o mesmo problema, só que em outro hostel da cidade. Resumindo: atentem-se a cama.
