Horrible experience: I got robbed. I arrived 2hs before the check in and the receptionist told me to leave my luggage in a locked room, and come back later. When I go back to the hotel, the receptionist opens the door and my things were gone. She left the keys of this room on the desk and left for who knows how long. In one room moorhen 6 people are living and takes 19 Euros per night and extremely high fee with low quality life. Even one single room both man and girls live together and never recommended to any one. Even basic space is not maintained in room due to high number of inhabitants and use same toilets. This place is worthy for 5 euros per day and paying 19 Euros per night is extremely high.

Dark room, creaky beds, marked walls. Restricted to one key for two people. Location good.

honestly it was pretty misleading from what they posted.

the key to the front door didnt work, had to call the reception at 5 am. the beds are a little outdated, like everything else. good thing is free tea and kind staff, also the location is perfect.

Good location and the staff were friendly. However, the security was a bit lacking—the luggage room was left open and unattended, and the room lockers only worked with very large locks (which nobody in my room had). Also, the shower that I used didn’t drain. No common area means there isn’t much socializing. I’d say it’s fine for a night if you’re just passing through.

I hated my time here. Reception was not open 9-5 as advertised, they were rarely around- I waited over 45 minutes for someone to come so I could check in. Beds were not assigned and I walked in on others in my bed more than once. 3 bathrooms/2 showers for the entire hostel, all reeked like a wet dog. Nothing was locked, keys were kept in an unlocked safe. Beds were dirty. No common space except the kitchen. More like a group house than a hostel. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

A recepção não é 24 horas e a chave que deixaram no locker para minha chegada não estava abrindo a porta principal, tive que tocar a campainha até 1 hóspede acordar e me resgatar. Não me senti 100% segura, pois haviam homens/hospedes morando no hostel. Localização é boa, mas se eu tivesse mais dinheiro optaria por me hospedar em outro lugar.
