+ La ubicación
- El techo tenía goteras y me mojo la ropa y todo al habitación se inundó Dicen que tienen Parking pero es dentro del restaurante y solo puedo guardar después que cierren Me dijeron que cerraban a las 9 y eran las 9:30 y no había cerrado. Cuando baje a las 10 pm y ahbaina cerrado y no me habiasaron. Me tocó pagar un taxi para buscar una cochera a las 11:00pm y no dejar mi moto en la calle
+ Deberían quitarlo de Booking. La habitación que me asignaron era techo de chapas acanaladas, de asbesto y con pintura descascarada, sin cieloraso. En el baño no había jabon ni papel higienico. No tienen recepcion ni conserjería. Las escaleras no tienen pasamanos. Cucarachas grandes por todos lados. Me fuí sin alojarme.

+ Randal, our host, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, and the location was excellent.
- The facilities were in terrible condition, the shower barely had any water pressure, and the strong kitchen smell permeated the room. On top of that, it was very noisy. I'd only recommend this place to those who enjoy an extremely rustic experience and aren't seeking comfort.
it was okay for one night. the kitchen was horribly dirty and didn't had any equipment at all (stove wasn't working). Although they say it in the description and in the reviews, there is no breakfast anymore. The other guests were pretty cool, still we wouldn't book again.
The hostel‘s location is great, situated on a main street with stores, restaurants and near the beach. The hostel offers surf rental service which is convenient and breakfast is included, so you don’t have to worry about how to start your day. However the room was dirty and moldy, our shower did not work and the kitchen was not made for cooking. The surf rental is ok but the prices are on the higher end. Overall we found the spot overpriced for what you get.

- Tuve un problema con mi habitación, ya que encontré hormigas en ella; sin embargo, el personal solucionó la situación cambiándome a otra habitación. Lamentablemente, en esta nueva habitación las sábanas no estaban del todo limpias, ya que encontré algunos pelos. Es un buen lugar si buscas una opción económica para una estancia corta.

- The hostel is very old and basic. The bed in our room was uncomfortable with an ancient mattress and the door was rotting - there was a very large gap under the door where the wood had rotted and broken away. The bathroom looked very old and grotty, the light didn't work and we were not given soap. There was also a strong drain smell. It was very hard to know who worked at the hostel and despite making a reservation, no one seemed to know what we had booked. The room smelled very strongly of cooking and food, there was no barrier between the restaurant kitchen and the rooms
+ La ubicación junto a la playa,el personal es amable y el restaurante tiene buena comida.
- Las instalaciones son muy viejas y descuidadas, el colchón era muy antiguo y blando y no había enchufes dentro de la habitación. Es una pena porque la gente que lo regenta es muy cordial pero las instalaciones hace años que necesitan renovación.

Great place, great people and great and cheap food in the restaurant! Easy to rent surfboard and go surfing. Overall a nice place to stay!
Absolutely amazing hostel. Randal the owner is super nice, friendly and easy going. You can hire boards, lessons and extend your stays super easy and pay at the end. Amazing location, right on the Main Street close to the supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. However the room we stayed in, the bathroom didn’t close/lock. Small kitchen with just about the tools you need to cook. Small common area upstairs but a super social hostel. Great value
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute! There is a common area we’re you can chill and meet people Also down stairs is the My Friend restaurant with good quality and price balance! The best part for us were the surf lessons with Randall, he was by far the best teacher I’ve ever had. Friendly, really funny, patient and motivational! We had 6 lessons with him and I was surfing on a 6.2 hard top at the end. We had such a great time every day on the water and after chilling in the ho...

Loved this hostel! Stayed here six nights, enjoyed it! Perfect location for surf and there’s plenty of places to eat close by. Great rooftop area, amazing food in the restaurant & Randy is awesome!

+ They had nice boards for rent at a reasonable price. Very close to the beach also. The restaurant is delicious and the staff are very friendly

This hostel is great vibes, the free breakfast is 11/10, dorms are cleaned daily and the common area is a nice place to hangout. Randy and Carlos who are super chill and easy going. It was nice to rent surf gear from them. Come here if you want the Huanchaco hostel + surf experience. I visited ATMA it was a more sterile environment and no free breakfast.
Lovely Hostel, relatively chill when we stayed there. Randy is a very nice guy, helping you with everything you need. Gave good surf lessons as well.
