+ Room looked big and in a good location

- The staff were so rude - they tried to hide my flip flops and then I caught them out . All because I wanted to check out straight away because the pool was green and the sheets weee dirty

+ The only slightly okay part was the breakfast, but even here the staff were unfriendly. It’s located right at the main road.

- I had a terrible stay at this hostel. I booked a female dorm but was first taken to a male dorm. When I raised the issue, the staff seemed confused and only then moved me to the correct room. The room was filthy: sheets and pillowcases had stains and hairs from previous guests, the blanket had no cover, the bottom bunk was almost on the floor, and the mattress was rock hard. The towel I borrowed smelled moldy. The bathroom was unacceptable: no toilet paper or soap, and brown water came from the shower. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and spoke very little English. Transfer prices were inconsistent, way to high and they showed no interest in helping with shared transport. I also don’t understand how this hostel is listed as 3* with an 8.6 rating on Booking.com — it is nowhere near that standard. To make matters worse, they canceled my Booking.com reservation after I had already checked in and paid. I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone.

- J’ai réservé au vu de la note globale très bonne mais j’aurais dû lire les derniers commentaires/les commentaires Google. Les douches/toilettes ainsi que l’hostel de manière générale étaient sales. Il est fourni pour dormir une petite couverture qui n’est clairement pas lavée entre les clients… et les draps étaient tachés. Il y avait même du riz dans mon casier/coffre. L’hostel a une porte grande ouverte sur la rue 24/24 avec personne à la réception pendant la nuit, et les chambres ne ferment pas à clé… je n’ai pas trouvé ça très rassurant. Les lits ne sont pas fonctionnels. Il est difficile de monter dans le lit du haut, et les barres soutenant les rideaux tombent facilement car certaines ne sont pas fixées. Le personnel est désagréable. L’eau se coupait plusieurs fois par jour pour environ 30 minutes à chaque fois, peut être que c’est la même chose dans les autres hostels de la ville mais c’était la première fois que j’expérimentais ça au Laos.

- Sinceramente el hostel está muy bien, pero son unos estafadores. Pagué dos noches al llegar y como no anotan las cosas correctamente te intentan hacer el lio para que pagues mas al hacer el checkout. El personal deja mucho que desear, lo cual es una pena teniendo en cuenta lo bien que que está el hostel

- When I was checking out, I was returning my towel and wanting my deposit back. I was accused of stealing the towel. White towels (which I was given) are apparently only for people in private rooms (white is better?). Like I give a sh*** about their rules. I was returning what i borrowed. Then they wanted to know the exact time of my check in to check security cameras. Thankfukky I had that because of I booked the room and directly checked in. Do they think I had some masterplane to get ri h on this 50K deposit? I haven't been that mad for some time. Shame I cannot give negative rating. Other than that the usual, some power outlets not working, light in room not working... nothing in comparsion.

- Bedbugs!!!!!! I found bedbugs in my bed at night, awful experience. I told the staff and they brushed it off. They weren’t helpful about the situation at all. In general the staff weren’t friendly and seemed annoyed most of the time. Also not a social hostel.

+ This is a super clean hostel I've stayed in, good WiFi and a superb pool, anyway everything is very nice.

+ Nice pool and common area. Have a lot space. Cozy room and comfy. Good Wifi.

+ Comfortable, cozy, bright, clean and spacious room. The staff is helpful and responsive. Delicious breakfast.

+ Our room was clean, the view was great, the hospitality is top tier. Everyone has beyond helpful and we cannot recommend it enough.

- War etwas dreckig, der an der Rezeption war manchmal etwas „gestresst“

+ Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better staff and hospitality. We stayed here two times, this is the vest stay in Vang Vieng.

+ We stayed several nights and had a great time. The staff at the hostel was very helpful in their recommendations and assisting with planning our time in Vang Vieng. The room were clean, comfortable, an quiet.

+ I loved my stay here, there is no other place thats gonna take as good care of you as they did. Location was perfect as everything else was, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

+ The staff always had a positive attitude and were happy to help with anything we needed. The facilities were consistently clean and well cared for, creating a comfortable environment.

+ Excellent hostel and great value of money. Rooms super clean and spacious with no noise. Breakfast unexpectedly good for a hostel, pool was really nice and very clean. But the best thing was the stuff, so nice, kind and helpful!!!
